CProjects Severities Alerts help

Dear Experts,
i try to do below config for cProjects Severities Alerts but fails to do so.
In the configuration
Collaboration Projects
--> Evaluations
--> --> Define Severity
i have maintain below

Hi Ravi,
Have you finished Threshold value settings?
For threshold settings you can define the severity which is called for the TRUE condition
Do that which will have formula in it which if becomes true that severity is set.
If you want the severity to appear as manual select then remove checkbox for Not_Manually then it will appear in cProjects frontend for user selection

Spry Alerts Help

I have a page that is tabbed. The tabs are embeded in a form. The problem i am having is that i am using spry to validate the fields and as we know the alerts apear under the field. Well since i have differet form fields in different tabs, the user can't see the alerts if the alert is in the 2 or 3 tab. Is there anyway to get the alerts to show up in a different location like next to the submit button instead of under the field. Again because i have field on different tabs there is no way for a user to know why the form isn't submitting unless they check all the tabs. Thanks for any help.

Flash Player stopped working in Safari - Missing Plugin alert - HELP

All of a sudden, while surfing web pages with Flash Content, statrted showing a "MISSING PLUG-IN" alert.
I work with:
IMAC 2Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo
MAC OS 10.4.11 and Safari 4.1.3.
I followed all Flash player troubleshooting guides.
Refreshed page
Uninstalled Flash
Installed latest version of Flash 10.2.153.1
Verified permissions with Disk Doctor
Re-installed Safari (According to hardware / software requirements latest installable version is Safari 4.1.3.)
Re-installed Flash
Flash Still not working with Safari
What baffles me is that it works fine on latest version of Firefox 3.6.16
I've been working for quiete some time on Safari - so changing back to a different browser will be the last resort.

Worked for me at least...
"I had a similar problem with a few image types. The fix for me was to go into SYSTEM PREFERENCES > QUICKTIME > ADVANCED, click on MIME SETTINGS and then USE DEFAULTS.
I dunno if it broke more than it fixed, but everything started working again and I've noticed no adverse affects. I think, for me, a recent flash player update messed up a few mime settings.
In any case, I hope this helps! "

SMS & Voicemail Alert - HELP!

I have a BB 8310 and ATT as the service provider. I want to set up my phone to give me an alert when I receive a voicemail messages manual indicates the same alert tone is used for both SMS & voicemail. However, I get an SMS I get an alert but I do not with voicemail. Why am I not getting it for both? How do I fix it?
I would prefer to separate the alert for SMS and Voicemail with each having a different tone.
I have been searching the internet and found nothing that works. One web site said to upgrade my Blackberry 8310Desktop software to version 6 or higher. The 8310 model can only use 4.5 or lower. Another said to change it under profiles by selecting voicemail, but that is not an option.
I have spent hour and hours and nothing had worked. If anyone has figures out please help!

If you are not receiving any notifications of new voicemail, I would advise contacting your wireless service provider as voicemail is a carrier controlled service.
Voicemail notifications are received on your BlackBerry® Curve™ 8310 smartphone via SMS and because of this an SMS notification should be received when a voicemail is received. IPad stuck on "Find My IPad alert" Help?

Did the "find my Ipad just because it was there. For some reason it didn't find it until I got home, then I heard it beeping. I tapped "ok" and went on. When I went to use it the next time I get this notification, "Find My Ipad Alert" with an "ok" button. I punch "ok" but nothing. It won't do anything but show me that button. Won't turn on, won't slide to unlock, or shut down. HELP? Any ideas?

Try a reset:
Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 second until you see the Apple logo.

Instant Messaging Alert help?!?

Well, I logged onto my AIM account on my Centro, so that worked out fine, just checking to see if people were online (since I have unlimited internet) so I logged out. Now when I chat using my computer I get AIM alerts saying I received a new messaging even though I'm not logged in (on my cell), its costing me about 10 cents every alert I get. Anyone got any clue how to fix this? I thought it was an AIM issue on AOL's site, but its not since I have no mobile set up on there. I don't know what's up, I can no longer use my AIM account because of the 10 cents every message I receive.

It's most likely an AIM setting that is incorrect out in the real world, not the Centros you keep getting!
Something has been set to send alerts to your phone from AIM. I'd recheck all the advice given you above by Ridius, and contact AOL if necessary for help!

Apple Mail Alert help, please

I have Rules that direct new mail into various mailboxes, but I can't see where the messages go after they arrive. Is there a way to get the mailbox label to flash, or change color, or for the box to open, etc., that will direct my attention to it?

As I understand your question, no, there is no alert EXCEPT the notice of Unread messages in a mailbox. I use such Rules, and simply look for the number of Unread messages beside my mailboxes, in the Sidebar. Of course, if you have a lot of mailboxes, you may have to scroll down.

Form app.alert help

So I have this custom formating script:

So if you don't input the right format and hit tab then the little app alert pops up and after you click okay it moves you to the next field (since you hit tab).
My question is how to make it if the app.alert is executed then to make the previous tab request null and keep you in the field that caused the app alert to pop up?
I hope that makes sense if not let me know and I'll try to clarify.

The alert doesn't do any checks, it just shows an alert. If you mean that you want to make sure the user entered exactly 9 numbers, you would need to change the last part of the code to something like this:

Texting and calling alert help

When texting on my iPhone 4, if someone calls me I don't recieve an alert until they leave a voicemail. Is there a way to change this in settings? I'd like to recieve an allert when someone is calling while I'm texting so I don't miss the call.

How is it confusing? While I am texting, meaning I have the texting screen open, I'm typing a text out to a friend or they are replying to my last text. Then I suddently get an allert that another friend left me and voicemail at that moment, but I had no idea they were just calling me because my phone doesn't allert me that someone is calling me while I'm texting. I want my phone to alert me when I have an incoming call when my text screen is open so I don't miss the call.
However when I am on the phone with somone, meaning I had a call that I answered and I am now having a voice conversataion with this person, if another friend texts me during the call I do get an alert for that, I'll hear a little tweet during my phone conversation. So that is not the problem.
It shouldn't have to do with my provider because on my old phone when I was texting and got a call the call came up on the screen so I knew someone was calling.
I hope that's more clear.

if i get a text or call and dont hear it at the time i dont know ive had one especially as it is in its case is there any way to get it to beep to let me know i have missed one

SMS's sound alert (HELP)

Hi guys.
I have updated my 8520 to the 5.0, but now I can't change the tone of messages.
It is allways the same, no matter how much I try to change it.
Any help or tip?

Perhaps the update botched... I've been having huge calendar issues on my 8530, as I posted on the 8530 board...
Anyway... recommend a full backup, and wipe... It's fun, I've done it 3 times over the last 2 days.
Until a new version of 5 comes out... hopefully, before the next batch of iPhones come out, maybe then we can look at a working phone...
So, what does RIM have to say for itself? I bet they could care less...

IPhone Alerts Help

I just have a quick question. I am using a 3G iPhone with OS 4.0. I have data disabled and I continuously get a pop up message saying "Cellular Data is Turned Off. Turn on cellular data or use Wi-Fi to access data." Is there any way to to disable these notifications because they pop up constantly. I know that data is disabled, I don't need 1000 reminders telling me it is disabled.

I second this. Evidently not everyone who uses an iphone subscribes to a data plan or wants it on constantly. You don't see ipods nagging for wifi whenever an app requests data!

I connect iphone to iphoto on mac book. If I click "Trust", the iphone gets disconnect. If I click "Don't trust", nothing happens. What's wrong???

This isn't too hard to do. This should get you going:

The idea here is to first define your list of keywords/names to trigger. Then, for any incoming chat room message it tries to break the message into text chunks based on the list of names/trigger words.
For example, if someone sends a message "Wake up bob!" then the text would get broken into two chunks: {"Wake up ", "!"} (the matched trigger is stripped, but that doesn't matter here). Compare that to the text 'Wake up sleepyhead!", which doesn't have a match and just returns the same, single text string.
Given that fact we can test whether the text was broken into two or more chunks - if it's one chunk there was no match, but if there is more than one chunk then we matched and you can play your sound.
Note that the text matching is pretty simple - in this example, someone saying "did you pay the phone bill yet?" would also match since the script doesn't understand context. You'll have to deal with that.

I'm implementing the SolMan - Service Desk.
So the end-user can create support message in many system like CRM, R/3, and BW. The end-user working in c-Project too but, in this system there isn't the same option (through help- create support message).
I wouldnu2019t like available a link to SolMan - Service desk because, in this way the system not fill the component system automatically for example.
Is it possible to available u2018help-create support messageu2019 like the other system?
Do you know how can I do this?
