Cprojects-xrpm integration error

Hi
I need to integrate cprojects and xrpm (both are on different systems). When I try to do so, it gives me "No system found for alias SAP_RPM" error at source "Application".
How do I resolve this?

Hi,
in the portal, you have to define a "system" for your RPM backend system and also
define the alias SAP_RPM for this "system" in the portal. Same has to be done for
cProjects and the alias SAP_cProjects.

CProjects-PS Integration - ERROR

We are on PPM5.0
We are working in cProjects-PS integration.
At the flag for transfer, we get to see cockpit errors (COCPCPR).
"Entry Profit Center = SAP-DUMMY does not exist in CEPC (check entry)"
There are some more errors but the source of all other seems to be the one above.
How can we get rid of this error?
How can we refer to some other profit center so that the system does not reference this?
Or else, what is the other option?

CProject, xRPM and PS integration

I have some question about integration between SAP PS and cProjects/xRPM.
I know that I can upload structure of project from SAP PS to cProjects and then to get some
data to xRPM.
Is this integration permament and in both directions?
What I mean.
When I change some data in PS eg. dates, structure or responsible persons will this be send
automatically to cProjects and xRPM?
The same in the opposite direction. When I plan some resources eg personnel will this be send
to PS at the same time?

yes, the integration is permanent.
For Example....
During transfer of work centers from Project System to xRPM, teams are created in xRPM for each of the work centre being transferred to xRPM. One can do this from SAP PLM PS by running the report RPM_WRKCNTR_UPLOAD,
which transfers work centers to SAP xRPM and uses them to create team master data. The team name in xRPM is generated using a combination of plant and work center, because the work center ID is only unique within a plant and can be used again in a different plant.
The resources assigned to the work center are used to create the resources assigned to teams in SAP xRPM. The employee IDs of resources in SAP PLM PS are used to search for business partners in SAP xRPM with identicalemployee IDs.
If a match is found, the business partner is added to theteam.
If the SAP PLM PS work center is created using organization units, the employees in the organization unit are derived during the transfer of the work center and used as the basis for creating teams. If new employees are added to the organization after you have run the report, these employees are not included in SAP xRPM system unless you run the program again. For
this reason, you should run the program regularly (for example, weekly) or schedule it for background.

CProjects-PS Integration (Automat. Case) PS profile missing from install.

We need to create PS-project automatically form cProject project. We know there is a standard project profile cProjects-PS Integration (Automat. Case) for this purpose. However, for some reason this profile is not installed in our development system. SAP told us to manually create this profile and so we did, but still we are not able to create the PS-project. Have someone else had the same problem? Is there something else required to get the profile working than just creating it? We donu2019t find any IMG node where the PS profile would be activated to automatic creation.
Any help appreciated

Difficult to say what is wrong here.
Did you check the error messages in the Controlling Cockpit in your PS system? Transaction COCPCPR.

FRM-41211: Integration Error: SSL failure running another product Error

I am developing POS Application in Oracle(Forms6i/Reports6i). I design the Invoice Print Format in Reports6i and call from the Invoice Form. When the
user save the Invoice I Commit the Invoice and call the Invoice Report for Printing Immediately. I use Epson TM U210B Label Printer for Billing. Sometimes the Invoice Print is not coming in the Printer and it gives the
following error(especially the First print after restart the computer).

After that if you print further for transaction no plm. only it gives the error first time of print

As Petr said make sure you're reports25_tmp is set in your registry and that the directory exists AND you have the rights to write to that directory.
You can also get this error if you try to issue a 2nd asynchronous run_product call to run a report and there is another one running. For this, Oracle has two 'solutions'.
1) Do not run more then one asynchronous report per session
or
2) Use a delay loop before calling the next report.
It's been my experience that #2 is worthless as, if it works, is doing pretty much the same thing as #1. I really hope this gets fixed (for good) at some point...somehow. <G>

Run report --- Integration Error ----SSL failure

I have a form that call a report through the Run_Product Built, this works fine on Developer 6 version, but after I upgraded to 6i, everytime I press the buttonn that call the report, an error message will appear that say "FRM-41211 Integration Error SSL failure running another product" after the Report Background Engine appeared. And the report will not start.
But if I press the button again, all will be fine.
Does anyone know what happens ?

It is a bug in Forms 6i and possible workaround (from Metalink) is:
WORKAROUND as follows :
This brings up the Background Engine on startup and minimizes it.
1. Create a shortcut for rwrbe60.exe and do a CTRL+C to copy it.
2. Right click on the TASK BAR at the bottom of the screen and get the TASKBAR
Properties box up.
3. Select ADVANCED
4. Expand Tree for PROGRAMS.
5. Click of STARTUP folder.
6. Do a CTRL+V to Paste in the Shortcut to rwrbe60.exe.
7. Right Click on Shortcut and select Properties.
8. Click Shortcut Tab.
9. Make sure of the following fields are as follows:
TARGET : {drive}:\{path}\rwrbe60.exe /c
START IN : Is the location of your Reports and Forms.
SHORTCUT KEY : None
RUN : MINIMIZED

Anybody knows what could be the possible problem and how to solve it. This error is coming when I am running RUN_PRODUCT built-in forms 6i, that application was running for 2 years in Forms 5, without any problem.
I have included the message what Forms doucmentaion had.

I got this error when I was using 4.5, it may be caused by the
correctness of report_path in registry.

I am facing some problem while running reports from forms
SERVER:
•     OPERATING SYSTEM: Windows.8
•     Database: ORACLE 11g
•     Forms & Reports = 6i.
In form when click any report button to call report some time error comes.

Forms/Reports 6i on Windows 8? I very much doubt that this is going to work. The last supported OS for Forms/Reports 6i was Windows XP.

I'm using DeveloperSuite 10g. I'm trying run the report from Forms but when I'm
clicking on button to run report using RUN_REPORT_OBJECT I'm getting following

I think you are good at oracleDS 10g and it is running on your machine successfully. But I am not able to run any form on my system.
My OS is Win XP with service Pack 2
Installed Oracle Database 10g
Installed Oracle DS 10g
Able to run reports on paper layout and web layout, But can not run forms. Error is shown on the IE Ver 7. Only source code is displayed. can you help me out from this.

Forms / Reports 6i - slow starting printing & FRM-41211 Integration error

We are having a problem with Forms / Reports 6i that seems to be slowly getting worse.
When beginning printing, the CPU usage goes up to 100%. In task manager I can see IFRUN60.EXE or RWRBE60.EXE, or IFBLD60.EXE or RWBLD60.EXE taking up 70% or so of the CPU time with the rest being taken up by the SPOOLSV.EXE spooler service.
This can be observed when
* Starting the Reports background generator from the Forms runtime
* Printing from a "print form" function inside the Forms runtime
* Starting Reports builder
* Printing from Reports Builder
* Printing from Forms Builder
The big problem is launching Reports from the Forms runtime. If this CPU / Spooler wheel spinning takes more than 30 seconds or so (and it can on slower machines), Forms thinks that it has failed to launch Reports and gives the error "FRM-41211 Integration error: SSL failure running another product" Eventually the reports background generator will finish launching.
This happens on NT 4, 2000, XP, and 2003 server. I have tried this in a "clean" configuration where nothing else (no extra services or anything) is running at all and this still happens. We are currently running Forms & Reports Patchset 17.
Does anyone have any idea what is causing this? Thanks.

I've searched the forum about this and there are a lot of unanswered questions. I'm thinking my chances are slim on figuring this out.

When we are calling Oracle report builder 6i report from Oracle forms 6i first time it gives us a FRM-41211 integration error. It's urgent.

Symptoms
"Frm-41211 Integration Error Ssl Failure Running Another Product" error while calling a report from form that is invoked by a shortcut place in the desktop. The Form runs fine when running from forms builder.
Cause
This is caused by the incompatibility introduced by the shortcut settings in XP.
Fix
In the Properties of the shortcut goto Compatibility-->Compatibility Mode tab. There uncheck the "Run this program in compatible mode for..." option. This will revert the default compatibility. This solves this issue. . sarah

Forms Crashing FRM-41211 Integration Error (6i)

In the last week, almost all of our sales reps have had their screens crash when they exit their order screens. When they exit the screen, it is supposed to print the orders they entered.
This also happens in other screens when they are trying to print.
Here is the Microsoft error that comes up first:

Our department has been working on this issue for a week. I just found out about it and was wondering if y'all had any suggestions....
