Cpu patches in R12

Question

I am under process of applying cpu jan-2012 patches, we are in 12.1.3 ,i am referring Oracle E-Business Suite Releases 11i and 12 Critical Patch Update Knowledge Document (January 2012) [ID 1384016.1].
document says Oracle Fusion Middleware homes for Release 12, where i need to apply patch

for above i am using Document 1315202.1
in Patch Availability for Oracle Products section, i am checking Oracle Fusion Middleare subsection-->3.2.8, "Oracle Fusion Middleware"
.and 3.2.8.4 Patch Availability for Oracle Fusion Middleware 10.1.3.5.x (correct one right)

Forms 10.1 (Form Compiler) Version 10.1.2.3.0 (Production)
for this i am checking 3.2.8.5 Patch Availability for Oracle Fusion Middleware 10.1.2.3 section one i need to choose.
