Step 1, I created Answer-request, create .rtf file with Word and add the request name, Add bar chart and table, preview PDF is working fine with data, Upload this template to Answers, View Template from Answer is working fine with data.
Step 2, Answers – More Products > BI Publisher > My Folders > Create a new report > Edit > Data Model > New > Type: SQL Query > Data Source: Oracle BI EE > Query Builder > from SupplierSales assign Customer, Periods, Sales Facts (select Region, state, Year, Units Shipped) > Results > Save > Save
Click Layouts > New > enter Name ….. > Click Layouts > borrows .rtf file in Manage T file > Upload > Save > Click View
It is showing only the .rtf file without data. Why there is no data?
Please guide me to solve this issue.

Our scenario is this report is basically a dissconnected mode report... we are developing these reports for mobile clients.
We dint face this kind of issue while developing other reports.
So please let us know if you have any idea on why we are facing this issue.

Strange scenario,Oracle can not display the data in mysql correctly
I use Heterogeneous Service+ODBC to achieve "oracle access mysql"(any other method?),and now i find Oracle can not display the data in mysql correctly:

I can able to display the data through the FM REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY in the out put screen.When I click on the Microsoft Excel (CtrlShiftF7) at the ALV toolbar to view the same data in excel sheet it does open the excel sheet WITHOUT ANY DATA. Please help me how to make the data visible in the excel sheet.
Can anyone help in this regard.

Check whether the tool bar export is disabled in the alv.
check in the alv->set_table_for_first_display FM the toolbar exclude export list.
If that is ok, then try download manually by providing abutton and clicking it. You can download data manually in this way.

Text box does not display the date??
I have a text box <input type="TEXT" name="invoiceDate" readonly></input>. I select the date using datepicker .The date gets displayed in the text box.Then i click on "Show" button which loads the same jsp page again.
When the page is loaded the text box does not show the date.
I try to save the date in the text box as

The value is saved in this hidden variable..

View not displaying the data in some of the clients

OS- RHEL 5.6, 64 bit
We have an application which is built using .net , but the database is 11gR1 we are connecting vis ODAC ... it was working good.
But when we treid to move to other server, we created a user B , created a VIEW.
But we are facing one strange problem that - when i query its showing data in client PC , but when i ran it from Windows Server 2008 R2 edtion no data is displaying?
Any hints y?

Not displaying the data in to the table..wht is the issue
I have problem for the displaying the RFC Model object date in to the table.
I have created the Table in the view, Then i have choosed the "create binding" option in the outLine window to map the perticular RFC model object to the Table to display. The data is not displaying in the table . But the RFC model object contains data. when i am trying to display with MessageMaganger.reporSuccess(). it is diplaying the data.
Can any one tell me what is the issue.First, in your view layout in NWDS, look at the tableview, do you see fieldnames in the columns and rows. If so, then I believe that you have bound correctly. Also, in your executeBAPI method, make sure that it looks something like this.

DataGrid does not display XML data

I am having a problem displaying XMLList data in a DataGrid.
The data is coming from a Tree control, which is receiving it
from a database using HTTPService.
The data is a list of "Job Orders" from a MySQL database,
being formatted as XML by a PHP page.
If it would be helpful to see the actual XML, a sample is

All is going well until I get to the DataGrid, which doesn't
display the data, although I know it is there as I can see it in
debug mode. I've checked the dataField property of the appropriate
DataGrid column, and it appears correct.
Following is a summary of the relevant code.
...An HTTPService named "get_all_job_orders" retrieves
records from a MySQL database via PHP...

So, I just had to manually go through the selected Tree node,
copy each XML attribute into a simple Array, then ADD this Array to
an ArrayCollection being used as the DataProvider for the DataGrid.
It's not elegant, but it works and I don't have to use a Label
Function, which was getting way too complicated. I still think that
Flex should have an easier way of doing this. There probably is an
easier way, but the Flex documentation doesn't provide an easy path
to it.

Problem in alv grid display (it is not filtering the data in print preview)

I applied sort criteria on my final internal table which is pupulated and then i passed to the function module...
when i execute the program it is showing me the perfect output..when i take a print preview it is not filtering the data instead it is showing me the normal uotput i.e..,without sort criteria...

In the FM "REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY", use layout to generate your sorted report for now as shown following:

2.)Generating chm File : View -> Pods –> Single Source Layouts -> Right Click on Microsoft HTML Help -> Tagged Set as Primary Layout

4.)Viewing Primary Layout : File -> View -> Primary Layout
Everything works FANTASTICALLY till here with the required output (as Hide, Back, Refresh, Home, Print, Options, Contents, Index, Search, Glossary and with the data contents)

5.)I copy the entire robohelp project folder from my local machine to my application Server path
6.)My Application has been developed in ASP .NET, Version 4.0.

Cheese – Vipin NambiarIf you looked at the error message and searched the forum, you should find the answer as this is a problem that started in 2005. You should not run CHM files from a server and cannot without editing the users registry. See the page below.

I have an iPad 2 and it does not display the cellular data button under settings. It does display a Bluetooth button in its place. I have tried the reset but no luck
Is the iPad the Cellular version? Does it have an active Data plan? Does it have a Sim card installed in inside it?

Data not displaying the report (Help me out Urgent)
Hi Folks,
When i am executing the query and web reports for the date 27/11/2007 & 28/11/2007 am not getting the data its saying "No applicable data found"
But i can see the data in the ODS for those dates.
Report is working fine till 26/11/2007.
But when the user is trying to check the reports for the above mentioned dates its not displaying.
Even in checked it the RSRT as well but the same case over there the data is not displaying.
Its bit urgent as its month end user wants to see the reports.
Any help or any clue will be great helpfull and appreciated.

Installer could not locate the data it needed... Entourage 2008
Hi, I'm a bit of newbie to Mac's... I am trying to work out why a copy of Entourage 2008 I have wont install... I have posted on the Mactopia forums but with no success, so I thought I would try here, as I am not sure if it is an Entourage/Microsoft issue or a Mac OS issue. Every time I try to install my downloaded e2008.iso (came with my Exchange server rental) I get the following error: "Install Failed. The installer could not locate the data it needed to install the software. Check your install media or internet connection and try again or contact the software manufacturer for assistance". I am assured that the download I have is complete and 'verified'. When I double click the .iso file, it mounts and then opens - i then click through 'Office Installer_mpkg / contents / distribution.dist to begin the install. If anyone has any advice on what I might be doing wrong I would appreciate it! Thanks.
Thanks - it is reputable (should be...) as it is from the company i get my exchange server rental through, part of the 'package' is a download of entourage or outlook. Unfortunately they do not offer very good mac support... Have gone back to them to make it their problem! thanks all the same.

You may not have authorisation for S&D cubes, so i feel it is an authorisation issue, kindly take one of your colleagues id to check this, if it is working for them, then i think you have to add those to roles to your ID..
Still there is a option to override this, but you have debug it once, and change the authorisation code(sy-subrc) value, and please dont try this if you are not familiar at ABAP, and this is not adviceable if it is an authorisation issue as there will be logs recorded for all the things you are doing and oreover each time when u click on DTP you have debug it to change the authorisation
code..
Note: If it is QA or Dev system you can try debugging it, but if it is production system then i think u have to use an alternate ID...
