Return your iPhone to Apple for repair/replacement, and ask for a white one. It couldn't be simpler. Whether Apple will comply with yuor request is another matter.

Select the iPod shuffle in the iTunes sidebar (under DEVICES). If this is a current 4th (or 3rd) gen iPod shuffle, you should be able to see the contents of the shuffle by type, intented under the shuffle's name (still in the sidebar). Select Music or Audiobooks (not sure where those items from the library will be listed). The items will be listed to the right, for each category. Find the items, select, and delete.

NOTE: If this is an 1st or 2nd gen iPod shuffle, select the iPod shuffle in the iTunes sidebar (under DEVICES). Over to the right, go to the Contents tab, where the items are listed. Select and delete them from this list.
I find it more convenient to make a playlist in iTunes with things I want to put on the shuffle. I then set up automatic syncing (or use autofill) to have iTunes load the shuffle from that playlist, automatically.

One thing to keep in mind is that any electronic component inside your computer could be damaged, so you could end up paying to replace a lot of other parts later. (You also may not... it's a bit of a gamble.) It's your decision whether to repair or not, of course, but I personally would never consider repairing a computer with liquid damage. I would consider it a loss and would just replace it.
BTW, hope the smog is clearing up where you are!

A cracked/damaged screen is not covered by the one-year limited warranty (or) the AppleCare Protection Plan. It is considered accidental damage and thus not eligible for a free replacement/service under the terms of either. That being said, your renter's or home owner's insurance might be able to offer service/replacement coverage if personal electronic items are covered. In addition many major credit cards offer additional warranty/coverage options within the first X (it varies) of ownership. You would need to reach out to those specific coverage options yourself, however.
