Crash Occuring When Trying To Make In-App Purchases

Whenever I try to buy stuff from apps or games, the application just completely crashes. I can't seem to find a reason why this is actually happening. I have been restarting it and still looking for an answer. My next thought is if I should restore the phone? I'm trying to lean away from this idea as I've heard there has been unfortunate consequences to it. If anyone can help, that would be great. Thanks.

Double tab Home button, delete App Store from multitask-bar.
Do a reset (Hold Sleep/Wake and Home buttons about 10 secs or more till Apple logo appears, ignore the Slide to Power Off that appears)
Note: You will not lose any data.
If no joy, restore from backup using iTunes
Finally restore as new without backup.

I cannot make additional in-app purchases. Message always says cannot connect to iTunes store. I cn purchase apps with no problems but if I want to purchase additional packs for a game, I cannot. Anyone else have this issue?

I had this issue just yesterday. There was a message that said: Cannot connect to itunes store when i bought new challenges for a game. Later, when I checked my account, it still charged me money on my itunes card

Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them.

I have the "isingworship" app and it will not let me purchase songs within the app... I made sure my in app purchase is turned on. 2 error messages come up when I try to purchase a song 1. We cannot connect to the iTunes store, and 2. please contact apple.come/support. The only reason I purchased and Ipad was to use this this app at our church and now it wont even work. I can purchase songs in itunes, but not the in-app purchase for Kingdoms at War. I've checked the parental controls and all the other obvious things in settings. Let me know if anyone knows how to correct this. Thanks.

Here is an update and more information: I actually have two MBP's. One is a mid-2009 model and one is a new, mid-2012. I transferred files from the mid-2009 to the mid-2012, but I use both computers frequently. This problem only occurs on the mid-2009 and not on the mid-2012. I have authorized both computers.

Hi, i am trying to make an in app purchase in the game Iron Force, but keep getting a screen pop up that says "Sorry, your device doesn't support the payment". I have already tried to trouble shoot this, I went into settings and made sure in app purchases were on, I also checked my I tunes account and verified my info. Also I have hard reset the phone, and the app, turned the phone off and on, deleted the app and reinstalled it on my iphone. I am stuck, if anyone can help me that would be great. Thank you.

Are you running modified software on your phone? This error seems to be common if the firmware has been modified and you're trying to restore the phone again.

New ipad 2, unknow error occured when trying to sign into app store

I just bought this bad boy. I have an apple ID and when I try to download an app it says uknown error occurred. Also if I try to sign into the appstore through settings it says cannot access itunes i think. It does have internet connection.

Apple’s having trouble with the iTunes Store servers right now. Wait for them to resolve the issue.

While trying to make in-app purchase sign-in required alert pops up. It takes me to my billing info saying my payment method was declined and to input a new credit card. I use a debit card that I know has more than enough funds on it. Any ideas?

Try purchasing and redeeming and iTunes gift card.
Contact iTunes if yo know your current payment method is valid. Form the message it appears that it is not valid (has no funds)
