I have install Illustrator cs5 on My Samsung R60 plus Laptop.
When fully opened disappears (crash or stop working).

Reinstall Adobe AIR/ Flash player and check the hardware acceleration options for Flash Player. UI panels are based on this technology and if not set up correctly, this might cause the issue you are describing. And of course the usual: run as administrator on first launch so the Adobe services can configure themselves properly and in case of doubt trash the prefs to restore factory defaults...

Cisco jabber for android crashes on samsung s5 mini when proxy is configured

We are a facing a strange problem with samsung galaxy s5 mini, android 4.4.2 and the latest Cisco Jabber client available on play store.
Cisco Jabber crashes on startup every time because in the wifi connection we manually configured a proxy.
If we disable the proxy in the wifi settings, cisco jabber works!!
No traffic is passed to proxy, we also tried to configure a non-existent proxy and Jabber crashes again...
Any help would be appreciated!

I have a customer which about a dozen of these phones and it only vibrates on incoming calls but doesn't ring.

Safari crashing on iphone 6 Plus when in landscape. Latest version of 8.1 is loaded.

Safari is crashing when my iPhone 6 plus is rotated in Landscape mode and this is really annoying! I have the latest version of IOS 8.1 loaded.

For anyone having this problem I have solved it on my phone, if you have jailbroken your phone and have the StatusHud2 tweak installed, you may want to uninstall until they update as there seems to be a conflict with this tweak and YouTube. After I uninstaled everything went back to normal.

Messages app crashes on iPhone 6 plus when trying to send a picture from my library

As soon as I select the camera icon to send a picture in Messages it crashes on my iPhone 6 plus running IOS 8.0.2. It happens every single time. I have restarted the phone several times. I can go to my photo library, choose a photo and send it as a message and that works. I checked the diagnostic information but can't decipher it. Any ideas?

I had the VERY same problem with a iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 8.0.2. I did a hard reset and a full restore to factory settings and then a restore from a back up- nothing worked. I then read Cal4one's post on turning off the read text function (which I had just turned on days before to try out) and ta-da! all is well! I can now use Messages and when I go to attach a picture, the Photo library comes up quickly (it was not before the chance) and the Message app no longer crashes. Just to be safe, I turned off all reading functions in the Accessibility (settings/general/accessibility/speech) settings.

Application restart causing it to crash on samsung sm-t230

Environment
S-SM-T230 Samsung tablet running Android 4.4.2 with Air 16 on-board.
Problem descriptions
Any air application multiple (2-3) start/close sequence or even minimize/expand causing device to freeze and crash throwing Fatal signal 11 (SIGSEGV) at 0x00000005 (code=1).
It is 100% reproducible with any Air app even if there is only one button "exit" (as in attached showcase) or simple empty stage. So nothing related with app logic.
Even if you try to dispose app using Android task manager it would still sometimes crash on next startup.
Steps to reproduce
1) Start some air app
2) Close it using nativeApplication.exit() (in some cases you could even just minimize/expand it but this takes more time to crash)
3) Repeat 1-2 until it crash (usually 2-3 times for "exit button" app.
Expected result
App would normally release from device memory then start again (as it does on any other device i tested).
Actual result
Device would slowdown during restart sequence, then app would stop to response and crash.
Here i made some video showing the problem.
This is simplified test application with it's source.
And that one is some logcat output.
Additional information
I also tried to reproduce this effect with native java app and have no luck at all. Used this piece of code to exit app:
activity.finish();
System.exit(0);
Then i tried to use this "immune" code as java native extension to exit my air app and it was still crashing.
Tried to build using air version 4, 15 and 16.

Sorry for too late, i was having problems accessing adobe.com for about last two weeks. As i could see Air 17 perfectly solves this weird problem, but instead "kills" all starling-based apps on some samsung devices. Now, after air 17 runtime update i face this Uncaught ArgumentError: Error #3672 at starling.display::QuadBatch/createBuffers() · Issue #676 · Gamua/Starling-Framewo… problem on sm-t230 and even sm-t2105 (avaible acer or asus devices still work as excepted). When i downgrade runtime to 16 it starts to work as it was (sm-t230 having this crash issues, when sm-t2105 doesn't). Anyway i think this need another topic so thank you for help with solving my problem.

Firefox Crashes on Samsung galaxy note 8 after latest update

I just updated to the Latest version of Firefox on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Firefox now won't start and I keep getting 'Firefox has closed' messages, two messages follow one another and then the same happens every 5 to 10 minutes. As far as I know Firefox isn't even running. It's quite annoying as it keeps interrupting so am considering uninstalling until this is fixed.

Wow, first off who taught you to read. I quote "There is really nothing to help you out with here. This has been widely reported, and there is no 'fix' for this behavior." As I said restoring is not going to help this particular issue, but if you are having multiple problems with your ipod, it could very well be a case of software on the ipod plain old being screwed up, which has happened OFTEN. In these cases a restore DOES often help, and is the only thing that can be done. There are no utilities or any way of "fixing" the software on the ipod besides restoring it. If you actually have something useful to contribute that is actually going to help people out then by all means let us know, but as for your previous post, I would consider that the definition of wasted time.

Iphoto 11 crashes with iphone 6 plus

When I connect my iPhone 6+ to iphoto11, the application will my iphone under Devices. However when it tries to import photos it will crash. I have tried relaunching the application, restarting my MacBook Pro....still crashes.

As a test launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos and test to see if the same problem persists. Does it?
If the new library doesn't crash then your current library is damaged and needs to be fixed. Do the following:
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down to open the First Aid window. Be sure to follow the circled recommendation in the screenshot.
2 - run Option #4, Rebuild Database.

Daily Firefox crashes... need help reading the tea leaves!

Firefox has been crashing every day or so, sometimes more. My version is up to date and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox. (Windows 7, MS Security Essentials running, i7-860 processor w/ 8gb ram.)
I'll paste in all the details from today's crash below... plus whatever the troubleshooter inserts into the box below. Would really appreciate if someone here could take a look at this data...
Any ideas about what might be causing this problem? Or suggestions about what I should do next?

Yes, you can try to use Firefox in Safe Mode for some time to see if that helps.
Running Firefox in Safe Mode disable the JavaScript JIT compiler what might be involved in this.
You can do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. 
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. 
All these programs have free versions.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

Every plug-in crash.

When I tried to install Stumble Upon Toolbar, it suddenly crashed. And wher I tried to run it again it said it was updating. When it finally ran; a 3.6 update page greeted me. (But I think: I have already updated it to 3,7 weeks ago.). The language was English again. When I tried to download something it crashed and the same things happened when I tried to run again. Download Manager and Add-on menu doesn't work too, whenever I click them; they crash. Also AdBlock Plus, Flashwave and every other plug-in don't work. I uninstalled it in Ubuntu Software Center, then installed it again; still the same.

Honestly, I have no clue. It sounds like the way your mac tries to handle connections to other apple devices isn't working, and I don't know of any reason why this would happen other than a random corrupted file.
You may want to try reinstalling iphoto and itunes to see if the problem is there. Otherwise, I'm at a loss as to what you should do.

CS4 Illustrator Keeps Crashing.

Keeps crashing.... plus I can't get my rasterized text over into Photoshop. Right now I am just trying to open Illustrator and get rid of anything except my 4 words but I can't... Illustrator keeps crashing.
I've reinstalled it after I opened Illustrator for 1st time and then lost my ability to open InDesign which we had to reinstall a couple of times.

Is there something seriously wrong with Illustrator?
1. End of last week, I opened it for lst time and then InDesign failed to load/open. So I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and took a tech person visit to fix.
2. It keeps crashing. All I am trying to do now is open a small 938 kb doc and eliminate 4 parts so that all I have left is my altered outlined text. Crash every time.
3. So I decided to restart compute only computer would not shut down and I had to hold the power button down until it did. And no is not the computer, few weeks ago I got a new logic board and the 3rd party RAM was tested and all was OK.
Is there something seriously wrong with Illustrator CS4? I see a lot on the forum re. Illustrator crashing. This is a Mac OS 10.6.2. Thank you.
