Crash Problem with Adobe Photoshop CS3

I have been using photoshop and getting the same problem many times. Many times the software gets off during the work. I alwats used to save my work in the end but due to the crash problem my dats gets lost. I am trying to get it recoverbut i think its not posibble to get your lost data back.
If somebody have any best solution to this issue please let us know. Adobe must take care of this issue seriously.

Thanks to both of you for responding. The files I am referring to are loaded to my C drive from ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS3 "CLASSROOM IN A BOOK" tutorial. On the cover, it says "The official training workbook from Adobe Systems". I don't know what to do at this point. I'm ok with Html. Just need photoshop knowledge added and understand usde of .psd files provides a means to work with layering. Any suggestions?

Problem installing Adobe Photoshop CS3 Trial

When installing the trial version of Adobe Photoshop CS3, I get an error message saying that there has been a "fatal error". What is the problem? I have re-downloaded the exe more than once, closed all programs, etc.

Installation problem with Adobe Photoshop Element 10

I purchased the Photoshop and Premiere Element 10 suite and I had no problem the first time I installed it to my computer. However because the first time I installed it in french and want to change for english to I uninstalled both.
When reinstalling I had no problem with Premiere however Photoshop Element refuse to reinstall giving me the error message ''Failed to install Share technologie''
I turned off both antivirus and firewall and it does not work

Uninstall each and every bit of Adobe software on the system, including Adobe Reader etc., then try again. You may also need to delete the caps.db in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\caps.

so hello i also was facing this sort of problem few months back and one of online friends suggest me to do Quick crop or rotation emailing or facebooking w/o downloading to the computer and edit it and morover iPad is the best than any thing to use Adobe photoshop and its 16 most frequently used tools from the Apple iPad rather than using the mouse and primary screen so guys try to do it and there after inform me the results.

Another crash problem with Adobe Premiere Elements 4

another crash question! burned a dvd of project, saw something i needed to change as i watched the dvd, tried to get back into project, but crashed time and time again. have tried any and all suggestions in the forum for other crash problems, but cannot fix. can anyone help? below is error message and my equipment. using Windows Vista. I want to go back to Windows XP, never had a problem. thanks to anyone who has an idea.

I'm not sure what's up at this point, if doing a Save As and deleting your render files doesn't fix your glitch (and assuming you've got adequate, freshly defragmented room on your drives for the program to work).

Renaming the presets folder can help. (The program will automatically make a new one when you next launch it):

Problems with Adobe Photoshop Elements 11

I recently purchased the above and I am having problems with colour. When trying to work with a photo the colours are not true to the original. I have checked the inks and have checked the printer. When copying somthing staight from the printer the colours are perfect. I have only had this problem since I installed the above. What can I do to rectify this problem. Cheers. J Briggs.

.EXE Problem with Adobe Photoshop 5.0 LE

I just installed Canoscan driver and Adobe software on a Toshiba w/ Vista(32 bit). I get about 30% into scanning a slide and I get this message: "Photosle.exe has stopped working." Have no idea why this is doing this. Even tried to reinstall Adobe software to no avail. I know this is older software(I think around 2001) and maybe there is something conflicting. Any help would be appreciated.

Yep, I am using a Twain32 driver for the Vista OS. Not sure if any of the other scanning software will work. The Canoscan software works through the Adobe Photoshop. Scanning slides is different from scanning a picture or piece of paper. But I will see if I can get something to work. But, I would rather know what the glitch is so I can use the Photoshop normally. Thanks for your suggestions.

Installion problem with Adobe Photoshop Elements 10

The setup first wants to de-install, instead of installing Adobe Photoshop Elements 10. I confirm to de-install, but then I get the message : Specified path is empty and then no installation. A prior Adobe photoshop emelents version was deleted manually from the computer and the deactivation did not happen.
What needs to be done to run the installation?

Problem with Adobe Photoshop desk top icon

How do I get the Adobe Photoshop eye icon on my desk top. I can only get a file folder on my desk top. the icon is not in my program files to drag on desk top. Do I have to reinstall program from disk?

Create a new desktop shortcut and point it at the Photoshop executable. Depending on which OS you're running and Photoshop version you have installed, the path will be something like one of these:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop 6.0\Photoshp.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop CS\Photoshop.exe
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5 (64 Bit)\Photoshop.exe

I'm having problems with Adobe Photoshop 4 on iMac after update.

I just installed a system update to my iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2) and now suddenly my Adobe Photoshop CS4 is misbehaving (menus disappearing, files not opening, etc.). Any idea what's going on?

IPhoto 6.05 problems with Adobe Photoshop Elements 4

Prior to the latest update iPhoto integrated nicely with Photoshop Elements 4 allowing external edits with that app. Now external edits does nothing (brief spin of beachball and that's it). I've tried the usual repair permissions but to no avail. Hate to ask, but wonder whether this has anything to do with the new support for Aperture...

Additional info. This problem seems to relate only to half a dozen scanned images I imported into iPhoto last month - everything previous (which was mostly images from digital camera) seem to be OK. I can only conclude this is some sort of corruption of the image files but don't know whether this relates to 6.05 or just dumb luck...

It's supported when the GPU reports to Photoshop it can provide what Photoshop needs. Adobe lists those they have tested toward the bottom of this page:

Near as I can tell, yours is listed.
If you are not able to enable the Use Graphics Processor setting, it's likely because either something's installed that interferes with the driver on your system - or the driver is faulty and needs to be updated. Mac users must get driver updates through Apple with OS updates.
To diagnose the issue further will require a Mac expert, which I am not.
