Crash running Photoshop Elements 12

Question

I just installed PE12 (PE12 + Premiere Elements 12 downloaded from the Adobe site). I have also mantained in my PC the previous version PE11. During the installation all run fine. Once installed the program as a first step I run the catalog conversion from PE11 to PE12, and also this time all seems to run fine.
From Now on every time I start the program, PE12 crash after a very few moments, even if I just activate the program and wait, doing nothing.
Of course PE12 at status results to me as unusable.

The error message I get is the following : Elements 12 Organizer stop to run.
Can you help me in solving this problem?

Have you tried deleting the preferences file to see if this solves the problem?  If not then it is worth a try.  the full instructions are posted here: <http://forums.adobe.com/message/5983210#5983210#5983210> Although the instructions were for PSE11, they should work in PSE12 as well.  You need to delete the preferences file for both - Organizer as well as Editor.  So perform the process twice. G/L

I try to follow your indication (launch PE12, waiting for the mask asking what kind of activities I want to run and at this point pushing all togheter CNTRL-ALT-SHIFT and cicking on the Organizer word on the mask). Nothing happens. The only result is the activation of PE12.I have also installed my PE11 and try to do the same with this program. Again nothing happens but the program activation (this program fortunately work fine).Does it exist and other way to delete the element organizer setting files.Thanks for your coop, regards Enrico Palma

Although the instructions were for PSE11, they should work in PSE12 as well.  You need to delete the preferences file for both - Organizer as well as Editor.  So perform the process twice.
