Crash when adding image on DM8

Question

I need help tofind out the problem such when I try to add a
images to site DM crash.
This happens every time I try to add a image.
Could someone help me?
Dreamweaver Vr.8.0.2
Windows Vista

70K is not "very small" for a web page. In fact it alone
exceeds the weight
budget for the entire page if you want to consider 56k
dialups in your site
design....
