Crashes almost daily on new windows 8 laptop, latest FF.

Question

2 month old Dell laptop, Windows 8, latest Firefox, Windows is up to date, drivers are up to date, plugins are up to date, Norton 360 is up to date, cat is up to date, wife is up to date. FF just decides to crash, seemingly unrelated to any other event(s). This has been going on since the computer was new, on previous version of FF and now on the newest version.

Update. It just crashed again. It crashed when I clicked the "share" button on Norton. This is the 1st time I ever used the "share" button as I didn't know what it was until researching the crashes. Maybe this points toward Norton's Toolbar, eh? Or not? I have just disabled Norton Share to see if that helps. Any ideas?
