Crashes Every Time I "Add Missing Person"

Question

About a week ago, People Recognition stopped working (tried solutions involving renaming BreezeData and face.thumb.9.cache to no avail).
Today the "Add Missing Person" stopped working as well.  Every time  I click on the green "confirm" check mark after having identified a person in a photo, the program crashes. 
I've reinstalled the application several times, I've repaired and optimized my catalogue several times... 
I'm using Elements 10 on a laptop running Windows 7 Professional 32-bit.  Any feed back would be greatly apprecaited.

Glad you got it sorted out.  Unfortunately, corrupted catalogs happen too often for my liking.
Two tips to keep in mind:
You can use the Organizer to write the tags and captions to the metadata of the image files.  That's how the tags will come in when photos are re-imported.  This does nothing for PNG files, however, which do not support metadata.
In the Keyword Tags panel, click on the green plus symbol and choose "Save tags to file".  That will save your complete tags hierarchy to an XML file that you can store in a safe place.  If you ever need to create a new catalog, you can use "Load from file" to instantly get back your tags hierarchy.
