Create a follow-on audit in SAP Audit Management

Hi, I am struggling with figuring out how to create a subsequent or follow-on audit in SAP Audit Management.
I am aware of the "Subsequent audit required" check box on the evaluation screen of the Audit, but as far as I could tell from other people's feedback is that the system does not create a follow-on audit automatically.
How then does the system recognize the "Last Audit" when you click on the "Display Last Audit" button?

Hi,
"Subsequent audit required" check box is just informative. It does not automatically create an audit.
When you click on the "Display Last Audit" button, system finds the last completed audit for the audit object assigned. You can customize the function of this button by a BADI, defined in customization for Audit Management.

As per the requirement transaction type is activity(ACTI) & sales order(TA). when the take order objective is complete system automaticaly craete a new activity of tele sales call or metting with wholesaler.
this is requirement of client.
now i am already create all type of transaction types of activity & sales order & create follow up transaction also. i have doam already create action profile also but when i am assign this action profile to transaction & try to create an sales order no follow up transaction could be create automatically. i think the condition is not right so please help me out in this. what should be the start & schedulec condition for this scenerio

Reference document stating SAP Auditing is done in application level

I have been asked to find a reference document that says that Auditing in SAP is mostly and preferably done in application level via SAP and NOT directly on Database level.
I browsed ton of threads on sdn before posting but was unable to find anything that meet my requirement.

SAP Audit Management - Unplanned Audit checkbox greyed out

Dear All,
I am facing this issue of Unplanned Audit coming in check box while creating an Audit(Tcode PLMD_AUDIT).
When i try to create an Audit it shows Unplanned Audit as check mark and disabled. Why is this so?
I have created the Audit Plan before and then while creating Audit Unplanned Audit CheckBox is coming greyed out.
Please tell about it.

Hello,
Audits created or assigned after the audit plan is approved, are marked as Unplanned Audits by the system. You need to create and assign all the audits to the audit plan, then approve the audit.
In this case, you might detach the audit from the audit plan, reverse the approval of the audit plan and re-assign the audit to the audit plan to have the check-box unchecked.

Terminal name in extract of SAP Audit Log

Has anyone been successful in including the terminal name when extracting the SAP Audit Log to an external tool? We've used sample program RSAU_READ_AUDITLOG_EXTERNAL; which works well be does not include the terminal name.
Any insight would be appreciated.

Hi Eric,
RSAU_SELECT_EVENTS should get you the required information. Another alternative is to have a custom program developed by using/activate the user exit in FM EXIT_SAPLSUSF_001 - module TH_USER_INFO and TERMINAL_ID_GET. This way the information can be populated in a custom table and can be used for reporting purpose.
If you are only looking at the active users, you can use USR41 table, which gives you this information.

SD Revenue Recognition-SAP Audit

Hey Experts,
I understand that before we could go live with SAP SD Rev Rec functionality, post UAT, we need to present the system with complex scenarios for SAP Audit.Upon their approval only, it is suggested to move the design to production.
Could some one who have gone through such SAP Audit tell me

The assessment is a free-of-charge service SAP offers to
ensure that mandantory conditions and customizing settings are met.
The prerequisites are reported in note 782758.
Initially you have to fillup the questionnaire which SAP sends.
Once the Activation key is provided, you have to do the testing of the processes in the TEST/DEV system.
Then the test cases have to be provided to SAP for assessment.
SAP then gives you the approval to use revenue recognition in your
PRODUCTIVE system after SAP has reviewed the testing data you provided
and don´t find an error.
This assessment is necessary in order to get future support by SAP
in terms of the revenue recognition functionality.
Please inform SAP at least four weeks before you go live with the
revenue recognition functionality.

SAP Audit is to check for all the configuration are correct or not, say process may be like as below for MM.
1) Organization strucutre is maintained as per requirement or not.
2) Assignment of Purchasing organization.
3) Number Ranges.
4) Pricing Procedure - Important
5) Release Procedure
6) Inventory movements with accounting key
7) G/L account for movements
etc . . . basically to cross check all the required requirements are met with the configurations done.

Set value to attribute created in other enh. point by SAP

Hi all,
I'm modifying a standard component, I've created an enhancement point and a post-exit in some methods. Within this methods I want to read/modify the value of one attribute that is created in other enhancement point by SAP.
I've tried to read this value using the code wizard but when I try to use it the following message is displayed:
"This element cannot be selected in enhancement mode ZZZ..."
I've written the code by hand but when I try to activate it there is a syntax error, because don't find the type of this element...
I don't know if exits any way to do it.

Creating a Client Bean for an SAP-Webservice

I have created a web service for an SAP-Bapi with the web service creation wizard of the SAP-System (EC5).
Now I would like to implement a client bean in the NetWeaver Developement Studio for it.
How can I give input parameters for a testmethod? I have created the following test method and the init method. Now I need to fill the array Bapisdstad[] somehow. How can I do this? I need to create Bapisdstad-elements, but I don't know how to do this?

I get the following mistake:
java.rmi.RemoteException: Service call exception; nested exception is:      com.sap.engine.services.webservices.jaxrpc.exceptions.XmlMarshalException: XML Serialization Error. Property [DocNumber] of class [com.sap.proxies.types.p1.Bapisdstat] must exist and can not be null. This is required by schema description
Is something wrong with my coding or do I have to do something else? Is there any documentation about this?

If i get it right u r asking for <b>DEBIT memo</b>
There is no concept of debit memo in SAP
and If u want to debit vendors accounts for Overcharging in PO u can pass credit Memo in MIRO which in turn will debit vendors account by that amount
Steps to pass credit memo are as follows
Trnx Code MIRO
Enter invoice date
Select Credit memo from Transaction dropdown
Give PO number in PO reference
Enter Amount and Qty for credit memo
Select tax code if required
Rest same like miro
Save MIRO

Audit- Not laoding Audit data into Audit tables

Audit data not loading into audit tables in my XI3.1 SP4Environament.
Audit data base is in SQL SERVER 2008 R2
where Audit database congigured , audit events enabled properly.
and also log files creating without any errors also
