Create a new Client Copy Profil

Hi,
is there a standard application to add a individual client copy profil to table CCPROF ?
Reason: The client copy via TDMS does not copy the report variants ( note 1159279 ). So I would like to transfer only variants with SCCL or SCC9. The ABAP RSTRANSP creates a transport order with ABAP variants but ignores variants of queries.

ERP 2005 - create a new client

Hello
I've created a new client (100) via SCC4. After this, I've tried to login at this client with SAP* user and password PASS (i've also tested with the password that i've changed at installation). The message that the system displays is "Name or password is incorrect".
What can I do to login at the system with client 100?

Hi Michael,
U should check the parameter value of login/no_automatic_user_sapstar = 0 by default the value is 1 so u have to change the parameter value.After that u can able to login into new client by SAP*/pass.

Local client copy profile SAP_CUSV: Configuration not working

Dear Experts,
My configuration client is 350 and my new client is 100 in same DEV system. Client 100 is copied from client 000 with profile SAP_ALL. Then I created a local copy from 350 using profile SAP_CUSV into same client 100. After that I am facing issues under HCM module. All the HCM configuration that works well in 350 does not work in client 100 even the standard header configuration of PA30 does not work. All the customizing entries are however present in HCM configuration tables but system seems not to read anything from HCM configuration. Apart from screen headers, the configuration done by consultant also has conflicts and system shows an error to maintain entries in tables which are already maintained and visible in configuration tables in 100. An example of error in which system gives error of maintaining Payscale Type and Payscale Area in table T510 is attached where as the entries are maintained in given table.

Hi!
If you followed the procedure, you should have set the profile parameter login/no_automatic_user_sapstar to 0 and restarted application server. After that you can login using SAP* and password PASS.

Creating single role by copying profiles from other roles

HI ,
I am creating a single role from 4 roles. Ihave copied the authorizations of 4 roles and added into the new role. This is done by copying the profiles.
Problems Faced :-->
1. )In table AGR_TCODES i am not able to see the Tcodes for this new single role present in the new role, whereas if i goto object S_TCODE i am able to see tcodes and have that access.
2.) Some of the objects are not copied into this new role. Even from the roles whose all other objects are copied into this role.
Can anybody help me on this and also if someone knows what other problems can be faced by doing this.

Hi Rajesh,
If you have created a role by copying authorizations, then it is possible to get the t-codes provided your role contains the auth.obj S_TCODE which you might have copied manually from one or two among the 4 roles.
If S_TCODE exists in your role then you can find out the t-codes belonging to this role through SUIM->Transactions->Executable for Roles-> Insert your role name
or
Go to SE16-> Table AGR_1251->
In the field AGR_NAME, give the role name
In the field OBJECT, enter S_TCODE and then
Execute.
Q.My second question THere is one role created by some user I am checking it in AGR_Tcodes and SUIM ....I am finding that the no. of Tcodes in both cases donot match....Can anybody tell where i can look for this and what is the possible reason.
Possible reasons for this could be that some of the t-codes have been entered into the role manually and not through the menu in PFCG and as mentioned earlie that AGR_TCODES only shows the transactions that exists in the menu of the role.
It could also be that the manually entered t-codes contains wildcards specifying a range of values.
The best option would be to find it out from the AGR_1251 table.

Loging on new client copying from 0000 with SCC4 is failure(ECC6)

Hi,Expers:
Now I have a quesion: After I finished the ECC 6 Installation, I want to copy a new client.
So I log on the client: 000 with name: SAP*, and finished copying a new client :100 with tcode: SCC4.
Then I log off the SAP system and restart the SAP MMC and OS.After that, I log on the SAP client:100 with name :SAP*.
but, I can't log in the new client:100 ,system shows error messages: Name or password is in correct (repeat logon).
Have logon Name: SAP* any issues: password or the other reasons?
Have anyone the question??

Hi Lin,
After new installation we have to changed setting in instance file for use sap* user in new client.
First you import the profile.
The user name SAP* is only active if the profile parameter login/no_automatic_user_sapstar does not have the value 1.

Unable to create IDOCs after client copy

I'm unable to create IDOCs after a client copy. I receive a SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC or insert of duplicate rows ABAP dump.

The ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert results in duplicate database records.
What happened?
Error in ABAP application program.
The current ABAP program "SAPLEDI1" had to be terminated because one of the
statements could not be executed.
This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program.
What can you do?
Print out the error message (using the "Print" function)
and make a note of the actions and input that caused the
error.
To resolve the problem, contact your SAP system administrator.
You can use transaction ST22 (ABAP Dump Analysis) to view and administer
termination messages, especially those beyond their normal deletion
date.

Error analysis
An exception occurred. This exception is dealt with in more detail below
. The exception, which is assigned to the class 'CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB', was
neither
caught nor passed along using a RAISING clause, in the procedure
"F09_IDOC_INSERT_WITH_NUMBER" "(FORM)"
Since the caller of the procedure could not have expected this exception
to occur, the running program was terminated.
The reason for the exception is:
If you use an ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert to insert a record in
the database and that record already exists with the same key,
this results in a termination.
(With an ABAP/4 Open SQL single record insert in the same error
situation, processing does not terminate, but SY-SUBRC is set to 4.)
How to correct the error
Use an ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert only if you are sure that none of
the records passed already exists in the database.
You may able to find an interim solution to the problem
in the SAP note system. If you have access to the note system yourself,
use the following search criteria:
"SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC" CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DBC
"SAPLEDI1" or "LEDI1F09"
"F09_IDOC_INSERT_WITH_NUMBER"
If you cannot solve the problem yourself and you wish to send
an error message to SAP, include the following documents:
1. A printout of the problem description (short dump)
To obtain this, select in the current display "System->List->
Save->Local File (unconverted)".
2. A suitable printout of the system log
To obtain this, call the system log through transaction SM21.
Limit the time interval to 10 minutes before and 5 minutes
after the short dump. In the display, then select the function
"System->List->Save->Local File (unconverted)".
3. If the programs are your own programs or modified SAP programs,
supply the source code.
To do this, select the Editor function "Further Utilities->
Upload/Download->Download".
4. Details regarding the conditions under which the error occurred
or which actions and input led to the error.

Can't enroll new clients in Profile Manager 3.0.3

I just upgraded a server from 10.8.5 to 10.9.2 and updated the Server app to v3.0.3. Almost everything seems to have gone smoothly, except that I can no longer enroll clients in Profile Manager, and the user under which all devices were originally enrolled disappeared.
I manually re-added the user through the Server app, and used the same short name and password for the account.
All of the old clients (OS X systems running 10.8.5) are still there. I can search within the device list, create profiles, edit profiles, and remove profiles. But none of them show up when I log into the My Devices web page with the re-created user.
This user does not have admin privileges, but even when I try to enroll a device using an admin account I still get a "500 Internal Server Error".
I can't seem to find any other threads covering this exact problem, although there seem to have been others with various PostgreSQL database migration issues during the upgrade. For examples, see this thread: Managed Settings missing in Profile Manager after upgrade to Server 3

Follow these steps:
1) Create a client going in to the path given in my previous reply.
2)Login into the client with
User: DDIC or SAP*
Password
For default password go thru this link

3)After login using Transaction su01, create ur XISUPER user and assign all Roles to it.

If i choose profile SAP_UCSV (customising and user master records)will this inclde the transactional data also.
Is there any other way to copy only master data-excluding the trasactional data.

To copy a company code to a new client

I want to copy the ides company 1000 and its related data and customization from client 800 to a new client 900. How can i do that?

1.Create a logical system in BD54,
2.Create a new client(900) through transaction SCC4 and assign the logical system created in STEP-1
3.Login into the newly created client using UID: sap* and PWD: pass
4.Create a client copy through SCCL transaction selecting the source client as 800 and selecting the desired profile for customization.
