Create and send email issue with UCCX/IP-IVR 8.0 script

Hi all,
I am facing issue with create and send email option with script. In my call flow there is an option to offer call to key in their phone number and script need to pass that phone number to supervisor as an email. I have created the script but every time when I key in the phone number is pass through the unsuccessful node. Please find the script as attachment.

Which version of UCCX/IPIVR you are using and what is the type of license? Because this feature is only supported with Premium License. Please check the UCCX data sheet from the below link.

Strange drag and drop email issue with Outlook 2010

Has anyone experienced this? It only started happening recently. It may have something to do with an installation of the most recent Office 2010 service pack. Here's the scenario: Using Outlook 2010 professional Try dragging an email from the email list
on the right into the list of folders on the left in order to file it When the drag crosses the email list to the folder list, the email drops into some random folder The drag operation picks up a random folder and now has a random folder attached to the drag
In other words, the email disappears somewhere and is replaced by a folder in the drag operation. It's not a mouse button issue as this doesn't happen anywhere else on the system while dragging, only in Outlook. Any thoughts?

From your description, we can follow these Method to troubleshoot.
Method A
Start outlook in Safe Mode, Press and hold the
CTRL key, and then click Outlook program
If the problem does not occur in the safe mode, this issue might be related to some third-party add-ins in the Outlook program, we can try to disable
them.
Method B
We can try to create a new profile in Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 to test the issue, follow these steps:
1.
Exit Outlook.
2.
Go to Start > Control Panel, click or double-click Mail.
3.
Click Show Profiles. Choose Prompt for a profile to be used.
4.
Click Add.
5.
Type a name for the profile, and then click OK.
6.
Highlight the profile, and choose Properties. Then Email Accounts..., add your email account in the profile.
7.
Start Outlook, and choose this new profile.
If this problem does not occur in the new Outlook profile, the old Outlook profile is corrupted. We can delete that and use a new Outlook profile.

you can achieve this easily by creating a partner determination procedure in which you will be having more than one partner function having the function category as activity partner.
once you created the PDP just attach this to the transaction and then call the procedure when you are actually creating an activity.
for sending mail you can use FM
SO_SEND_MAIL_DOCUMENT_AP1
this is just one way
another way is which stephen suggests
you can use the personalised mail form functionality ,this is good in a way u neednt do any coding it will solve ur purpose in standard way.
another way is when you create campaign and when an inbound activity is created for the every survey response
this way you can send multiple mail and also for more than one or even n number of activity partners ,we can create the activity for the same

The Java plugin has created a time unfriendly issue with my e-mail account, I can not open or send any e-mail without using this plugin, how can I eliminate this problem without dropping m. firefox?

A few days ago I tried to e-mail a friend, when I started A box came up and it required me to add a plugin..Java. I contacted my e-mail courier and microsoft, they told me that is was a plugin from Mozilla Firefox. Since then I must go through Java to send or open an e-mail... this is NOT to my satisfaction, it takes too long for all of this to open and if it is not cleared , I am dropping Mozilla and going elsewhere. Why has this occurred? Is this a result of the last update? If so can I delete the last update and continue on the other version?

It might be helpful for us if we knew exactly which web-mail provider you are using. It seems strange to me that viewing or sending web-mail would actually "need" Java for operation, its more likely that some other item on the web page needs Java to run some advertising or other garbage that isn't a necessary part of the web-mail functionality you want to use.

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. For instructions, launch the System Preferences application, select Help from the menu bar, and enter “Set up guest users” (without the quotes) in the search box. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your personal files or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
Step 2
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode* and log in to the account with the problem. The instructions provided by Apple are as follows:
Shut down your computer, wait 30 seconds, and then hold down the shift key while pressing the power button.
When you see the gray Apple logo, release the shift key.
If you are prompted to log in, type your password, and then hold down the shift key again as you click Log in.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including wireless networking on certain Macs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
*Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t boot in safe mode.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of steps 1 and 2.

I would like to create and send an email as a delegate using EWS Managed API for that i have crated one user as a delegate to that mailbox owner.
after adding user as delegate, when i try to create an email The EmailMessage class taking only FolderId as parameter but not taking Mailbox object as parameter. But in web reference they said that EmailMessage taking FolderId and Mailbox object as parameter.

I(owner) have shared my calendar(eg. samplecalenderfolder) with another user(delegate) (i.e.,he is the
delegate of my mailbox) and i have given only permission to the this folder(samplecalenderfolder)
only and the permission level is Reviewer.
if i login with user(i.e.delegate) i am not able to get the shared calendar folders(i.e.,samplecalenderfolder)
that what i a have shared.

How to send group email without additional APP
Just spent an hour on ichat. Long and short....can't send group email. The group name appears in the TO: line, but if you click on the group name, only the first email address is blue..the rest are black and will not get the email. We tired using the CC and BC lines...same result.
However here is one solution:
I sent one email with each of the group (we are only 9 ) in the TO: line. I included my primary email. When it came to the iphone, i moved it to one of the subfolders. (Each account you may have has a list of the inbox at the top and Account at the bottom. ... that is where you can access the subfolder)
I moved the email with all names to that subfolder. I can then, open it ...do a relpy to all and just change the message and subject line. It is cumbersome, but it does work. I really think Apple, a company committed to ease of use, needs to review this flaw. I suspect it may be a bandwidth economy .... and i feel the pain of the providers...but you did create the beast.

Not sending email through with outlook 2013 saved contact

Few of my clients users are having an issue with the Auto-Complete option in Outlook 2013 where recipients don't receive mail if you choose the address from from the Outlook address book vcard. This issue only occurs on outlook 2013 and this is creating
a lot of issue with my clients. The attached pic shows the issue that occurs.
The issue doesn't occur if you manually type the email address. Also we tried with different emails and config pop/imap and it produced the same result. Kindly help as this is causing lots of issue.
E.g. If we send an email using outlook address's vcard at 'To' and 'cc' user by typing email-> cc user will receive email showing 'To' section empty :S and 'To' user will not receive any email..

Either your address book service is broken that why it’s not enabling and creating error when you are using Auto-Complete option (choosing contacts from
Vcard).
Solutions:
1.) Create a new profile
2.) Or sometimes it’s happens, when contacts are not verified so first verified your address book contacts.

Creating a 'Send Email' button

Is it possible to create the 'send email' button without
selecting 'show scores at end of quiz' within the Quiz options of
Captivate 3? What I would like to do is create a button which
initiates the sendmail function without having the review
slide.

I don't just want an email button. That is pretty easy to
get. What I am looking for is a button that will submit quiz data
to the sendemail javascript function, just like the Send Email
button on the results slide. What I don't want is the actual
results slide.
With the results slide, even after turning everything off
within Quiz prefs, I see a Send Email button, a Continue button,
and the results area. I just want the Send Email button, nothing
else (I can't seem to delete the others).
