Create dummy schedule line in SO using User-Exit

Hi ,
I have one requirement of adding one dummy schedule line before the normal schedule lines which gets added after ATP check in sales order.
for eg: if for line item 10, system will determine 2 schedule 1 and 2. then i want to add a dummy schedule line before 1.
so it will be like
sch line
1 - Dummy
2 - system generated schedul eline 1.
3 - system generated schedul eline 2.
Please let me know if is there any user excit or any way i can achive this?

Yes your requirement can be achieved thru a User Exit.
There are many User Exits available in Delivery as listed in the link below:

The selection of necessary User Exit is based on your specific requirement.
Also if you want to check some feild of Sales Order whether it is completed or not, then you can also use Incompletion Procedure in Sales Order, which will make sure that no Sales Order is saved until the end-user enter data in those feilds.

Creating SD schedule lines in user exit

Hello,
We are automatically creating schedule lines for a certain kind of SD document (scheduling agreement, VA31) in a user exit. We are inserting directly into internal table XVBEP.
Creating those lines works. The values in VBAP and VBEP are exactly the same as if they were created manually, even though the confirmed quantity is only calculated when the document is saved. The requirements show up in MD04 for example.
However, for some reason index table VEPVG is not updated accordingly. Any ideas what we're missing?

Found it myself. We didn't maintain the client field when adding new lines to XVBEP. This didn't matter for database table VBEP, but it did matter for index table VEPVG for some reason...

Create a schedule line in sales order using Bapi

Hi Guys,
Here the requirement is automating the process of creating the schedule lines using Bapi.
I am using the bapi BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE for the same.
I could able to create a schedule line but the problem is,its not updating the CONFIRMED QUANTITY and COMMITTED QUANTITY on
sales order schedule line tab,its updating ORDER QUANTITY and ROUNDED QUANTITY.
the structures and tables parameters i have updated are:
IMPORT PARAMETERS: SALESDOCUMENT,ORDER_HEADER_INX-UPDATEFLAG= 'U'(change sales order).
TABLES:SCHEDULE_LINES(ITM_NUMBER,REQ_DATE,REQ_QTY,DLV_DATE)
SCHEDULE_LINESX(ITM_NUMBER,UPDATEFLAG='I',REQ_DATE,REQ_QTY,DLV_DATE).
Please help me out if i need to fill up any other parameters or anything am missing out here.

Backorder scheduling creating multiple schedule lines

We have one issue wherein Backorder scheduling is creating multiple schedule lines for the same date.
I would lke to know how to approach this issue, what all needs to be checked in config to prevent it from creating multiple schedule lines.

You didn't mention what kind of order, but the first things to try are the same regardless.
Use an availability checking type in your material master that uses daily requirements, similar to SAP standard 01. You can review the checking types in OVZ2, use one that has a "Total Sales" entry of B.
You can also change the default confirmation behavior. OVZJ, set Avail check rule to "blank" or B "full delivery" if you are talking about sales orders.

MRP create more Schedule Lines than target quantity

We already follow the OSS note 83343, we create a Schedule agreeement and validity date is the same as the Source List and Quota arrangement, also the Target Quanity is the same in the quota arrangement in the maximun quantity and Maximun release qty fields.
After maintaining that data, we run the MRP as follow:
Processing key          NETCH               Net change for total horizon
Create purchase req.    2                   Purchase requisitions in opening period
Delivery schedules      3                   Schedule lines
Create MRP list         1                   MRP list
Planning mode           1                   Adapt planning data (normal mode)
Scheduling              1                   Basic dates will be determined for plann
After that, still in teh schedule agreement was created more schedule lines that the quantoty is bigger that the target quantity in the sched Agreement.
What else we miss??

How to create a muli line text area using JavaFx

Hi all,
Since the preview SDK does not contain TextArea any more, I am wondering how to create a muli line text area using JavaFX. The behaviour of this text area/field should be somehow similar to JTextArea in Swing or StyledTextWidget in SWT.
Does JavaFX have any support for this? What would be a sensible approach to create such a widget?

This is a pretty old thread (I know I came across this while searching for something similar recently), but I figured I'd throw this out there in case other people might find this useful. As I write this, JavaFX's latest version is 1.3... which may have added the needed functionality since the last post.
You can now create a multi-line text area using a TextBox and by specifying the nubmer of lines and setting the "multiline" value to true. It may not offer all of the same functionality as JTextArea, but it did the job for what I needed... newlines by pressing enter, scrollbar if text surpasses height, etc.
Here's a simple example:

I used html format for multiple-line JButton and it took a long time to load that button up (about 5 seconds more). Does anyone know how to create a multiple-line JButton without using html?
Any suggestion or sample code will be appreciated.

You could try using the following:
-give your button some layout (e.g.: BoxLayout.Y_AXIS, or BorderLayout).
-create the wrapped text in separate JLabels (one line in each label)
-add your labels to the button
Advantage:
this solution does not affect the laf classes
Disadvantage:
focus rectangle is not calculated accurately

Change gl account in MIGO by using user exit

Could you tell me how to use user exit to change the gl account in MIGO?
I have searched in SDN and found some code.
In user exit: MBCF0002 ( EXIT_SAPMM07M_001 ).
FIELD-SYMBOLS <F2> TYPE ANY."Field Symbol for the GL ACCOUNT
DATA : W_KONTO_NAME(50) VALUE '(SAPMM07M)DM07M-KONTO'.
ASSIGN (W_KONTO_NAME) TO <F2>.
MOVE "GLACCOUNT" TO <F2>.
"GLACCOUNT" is the new GL account you want to change.
but thecode doesn't work, it can not change the BSEG-HKONT.
Could you help me solve this problem?

MIRO using user exit EXIT_SAPLFYTX_USER_001

We are using user exit EXIT_SAPLFYTX_USER_001 for both ME21N and
MIRO. ME21N works fine in that we added an item number field to I_INPUT_USER and it populates with the current item number on the po so we are able to get the gl account from EKKN. The problem is for tcode
MIRO. The data in the I_INPUT_USER is all header data. There is no material number, qty, item number, etc. So we cannot go back to the po/item to get the gl account number to pass to vertex. I used note 302998 to try and add fields EVRPT and EVRTN to the I_INPUT_USER but they are not populated and when I look at KOMP those fields are also blank there.
For MIRO the I_INPUT_USER-KPOSN always has a value of 999999 where for ME21N it has the actual item that it is processing on the po. I have looked and tried multiple OSS notes and nothing seems to work. It seems that the MIRO transaction will only pass header data to vertex. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!! thanks - deb

Martha - I did have an OSS note out there but I found the solution for us.
To get the line item info in I_INPUT_USER and I_TAX_ITEM_INPUT for MIRO we had to go to transaction OBCO and turn on line item processing for our external tax system. As for your question - the header information should be in I_TAX_ITEM_INPUT and in I_TAX_HEADER_INPUT. the I_INPUT_USER is for users to add their own fields that are currently in KOMP. Look at OSS note 302998 it explains how to extend the I_INPUT_USER and how to export and import data that you might need. If this note does not help - go to OSS and do a search on EXIT_SAPLFYTX_USER_001 and some of the other notes should help you. thanks - deb

How to use User Exit for SD...

Hi there,
My client's requirement is to block the overall status of the Sales Order header under status tab to be blocked when user r-enters a new scheduled date in the "First Date" column in the SO.
When they goto VA02, & put a new date it must automatically put a delivery block in the header as well as make the order header status to be blocked.
I see the First date field in the SO is in a Structure RV45A, the field name is ETDAT.
Can you let me know how to use User exit MV45AFZZ?
When doing it, it must put the Delivery block in table VBAK LIFSK.

Call function module SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT (with COMMIT_WORK = space) to create an event, and use the event to start your workflow (triggering event). Alternatively, you can start the workflow directly using the corresponding SAP_WAPI function module for that purpose. My recommendation is that you normally don't start workflows directly as it is a less flexible solution (or you have to build that flexibility yourself instead of using what you get for free with triggering events).
However, why are you asking this question? I started wondering after seeing you ask an almost identical question in [another thread|Triggering Workflow Using BADI; here.

you can try to set up a substitution and see if it is working. On the other hand P/L accounts must have a CO object by posting, of course cost center is just one option.
