Create exam object (CE) - Error

Hi;
I have a problem about CE object. I create exam object (CE) and I add students this object. But I receive error code. This error code : The object was not created . We saw for this problem; this students has not academic year and period at standart table : piqdbagr_appr . System don't create save at table for just some students.

Thanks for the example demo.
The demo creates a primary key on "depart_no" a "number(2)" field.
My application is trying to create a object that has a field
within the object (seq_key) which is unique. The reason
for the "audit_info" object is to create an object that provide
the same consistent processing of rows across all tables
of a schema. The use of the object allows the plugging
of this logic just by creating an "id" field of that data type.
This seems like a good use of objects. My hope was
to create each table as an "object table". In theory tables
are suppose to represent "objects" or "relationships".
Seems like using object tables would be a good use
to implement this concept.
