Create header with logo

In previous versions of Pages a logo can be put in the header or footer, in current version 5.01 this is not possible, or at least I cannot add a logo to the header. Any workaround would be welcome.

Ok, found it, select the logo once placed, and then select menu Arrange, Section Maters, Move Object to Section Master.

HTML Signature with logo does not display when read by clients

I have had this problem for a while now. I am using 10.5.6 and Apple Mail to send all of my emails. I have only one signature for my business email account which is a GoogleMail pro account. I have set up a signature to display my business logo which is sent with every email sent using Apple Mail through the business account with Google.
It seems that all of the emails read by clients only show the text in the signature and not the logo??? This is infuriating as the message should display fine. Is Apple Mail incapable of sending signatures with logos? I previously sent message from Google in Safari but Google do not yet allow you to create signatures with logos, which is why I thought Apple Mail would be able to simply do this.
Can anyone suggest a fix or recommend a decent Email Application that will do this. Is Thunderbird any good?

Well, note that there is no e-mail client that can ensure that your logo will show up in a message, because the recipient controls how e-mail displays. Some people will have HTML display turned off, which means only a plain-text version of your message will be seen. Other people's clients may not show attached images inline. And if the logo is not attached, but is located on your web site and linked to from the e-mail, most e-mail clients have an option to ensure that such images are not loaded. (The reason: this is a common tactic used by spammers to verify addresses... if your e-mail client tries to load the image that is linked in their system to your e-mail address, then they've hit a good address and will start hammering it hard.) Thus, you need to make sure your signature is acceptable in plain text, since no matter what you do, that's all some people will see.
That said, go to Edit -> Attachments and make sure the Always Send Windows-Friendly Attachments option is checked. This should ensure that any images in your e-mails will be readable to Windows clients.

I have a document where I almost do such, but without the fill. I use a Head Style which Spans Columns for this instance; it allows the haeds to flow and fill the width.
Paragraph Rules above and below are turned on with plenty of offset.
I tweaked my setting to accomodate your need - It required only one instance, not above and below, and changing the stroke to a double stroke.
It may be necessary to create a custom stroke to modify the proportion of stroke vs fill. There is a difference of thin-thin and thick-thick, neither of which seemed perfect but might be dependent on the Character height.
Creating custom strokes is accomplished via the Strokes Panel.

Go to VTAA--> Select your copy control of contract to order --> Click at details --> Remove the check box of
Copy item number
Complete refrence
Then double click at "Item" left side --> Select your item category --> Click at details --> Remove the check box of
Copy Schedule lines
Then try to create and revert back with your findings,

Everythiunk works fine but I can not create text-elements (from the head) with this bapi.
I know that I have to use the table "ORDER_TEXT" but I do not know how to fill this table.

yes, you have to fill the order_text table. The following fields you have to fill:
DOC_NUMBER
-> not to fill, let it blank
ITM_NUMBER
-> if you want to create a header-text then fill ITM_NUMBER with '000000'
-> if you want to create a position-text then fill the related position-number '000010' or '000020'....
TEXT_ID
-> fill this field with the text-id for which you want to create the text.
-> The text-id must be defined in your customizing
LANGU
-> set the language for the text: 'E' or 'D' or......
LANGU_ISO
-> let it blank
FORMAT_COL
-> set a star (*) if you want to have the standard-format. If you have a special format defined in SapScript or in a Style you can set this one.
TEXT_LINE
-> fill in the text
FUNCTION
-> let it blank

Boot from the original Install disc that came with the computer and then format the drive Mac OS Extended (Journaled) using the GUID partition. Then you can re-install OS X. If you no longer have the original media call AppleCare with the serial number of the machine (look on the bottom of the stand) and for a nominal fee they will ship you replacement media.
The chances are very good you will have fan problems if you used an off-the-shelf HD, beginning in 2009 Apple began using HD's from vendors that incorporated heat sensors into the HD. If you did not buy the same type of HD your computer will think the HD is overheating causing the fans to run at full speed.

Create header file based on data in Data file

Hi,
For Data File: created an interface to extract data from table to data file.
1) Now i want to create a header file which contains info like :
Created On: #Rows Fetched:
2) I also want to create a footer, which contains info like:
SUM(AMOUNT) (amount is one of the columns of data file)
How do i implement this using an interface?

Step 1. Create a Variable Header - Call the count using some thing like this SELECT COUNT(*)||CHR(10) FROM TABLE
Step 2. Call it in OdiOutFile
Step 3 . Call the Interface to load from table to File using [ IKM SQL to File Append with create Header option - no ]
Step 4. Create another Variable Footer - Call the sum in the Refreshing Tab
Step 5. Call it in OdiOutfile with Append option Checked
Note - Make sure you use the same File Name for all the three places.
There are other ways too but this is simple way. Hope this helps.
