Create image menu from list -

I have several images on my page that are CSS buttons and each one has a link to a new page or site. I want to be able to make this list driven and allow the admin of the site to add, modify, delete, etc. the menu. I've seen some articles on creating a mega
menu from a list, but this isn't a mega menu, its some CSS buttons located within the page that has links to other pages/sites.

Well, let's go back to the beginning. FLV is a streaming, delivery-only format/CODEC. It is designed primarily to be used in some form of Web-based display. It is not meant to be edited, or used elsewhere.
That said, if you have PrPro, prior to CS4, Moyea has a plug-in Importer for FLV. It will work in PrPro, prior to CS4. It does a good job, but the quality of the FLV is already way down. They also offer several converters and even FLV editors. If you have FLV as your source material, and have PrPro CS3, or older, I would look into their Premiere Importer plug-in, edit, as is required, and Export to DV-AVI Type II, as an elemental stream, for Import into Encore.
If you have CS4, update to CS4.2, and you can most likely Import the FLV's for editing.

NO, you can not create temporary table in oracle on the fly ( Like #Tabels in SQl Server or Sybase ) , you will have to use the GTT i.e Global Temporary Tables

Create a project from list item not working if EPT has Project Plan Template

HI,
i am trying to leverage the new feature in 2013 to create a project from an idea list.
This works fine if the EPT does not have Project Plan template assigned to it. Even through workflow action "Create Project from current list item".
However if i assign a project plan template and the user creating the project  is not Administrators Group member, i get an error. While doing this trough a workflow the worfklow gets suspended and i have the below message:

I have experienced the same problem as you are, except "Create project" option, my managers could do it.
So, for me a solution was to set definite permissions for Workflow Initiators (I have created new group, but you can edit, including
Global permissions
New project
Open project template
Server configuration management
For category “My organization”
Open Project
Publish Project
Save Project on Project Server
Excuse me my translation, some names can be written not properly, cause I have localized SP.
In you case, I think, you should check, if you PM group has all these permissions.
And Workflow Initiator should be in group which has.
In LOGS error notifications starts with “Permission denied”, then goes account
name and then the name of permission which is left.

How to Create a template from List Template Gallary folder

Hi All
I need to create list using List Template. Here is problem, I have added the list template in List template gallery using Feature stabilling, where the list template are create under a folder (List Template Gallery -> ListTemplate(folder)
-> template.stp). I am not able to create list programatically using the template which is under the folder. I am getting following error "Error occurred in deployment step 'Activate Features': The template you have chosen is invalid or cannot be found."
but the template can be found in the SPListTemplateCollection.
Can any one please suggest a solution to it. or is there any workaround.

Do you mean that you can create new list instance in browser using the list template, but not with server object model, or CAML using new List instance from the project?

Create document item from list, then no lookups

SharePoint 2013: I have a content type set up in a document library with a default document template attached (in this case an excel workbook file).
In SPD 2013 (using a 2010 workflow), I can use the "Create Item in List" function in SPD from an adjacent list on the same site collection to create a record in the document library, and set the content type such that when the workflow is done there
is indeed a new document waiting for me in the doc library, utilizing the expected template file.
The issue:
The output of the "Create Item in List" function is the ID of the item created. Using the Create variable, I believe I should be able to immediately lookup attributes of the newly created Document item, such as the last modified date and URLs.
I'm doing the lookups within the output of a Log (to workflow history) function. However, certain fields always come back blank. Performing the same lookup, using a known Document item ID (created in another w/f session) is successful. It
would be nice to email out a URL of the file I just created from the same workflow.
I've tried having the W/F wait up to 5 minutes, but it appears that certain attributes cannot ever be retrieved in the same workflow, while others can indeed be retrieved (GUID of the new doc is successful, for instance).
I've read some online debate related to this, but I can't find anyone having the exact same issue as me, nor explain why it's happening. It seems like it should be so straightforward. Any ideas? Thanks!

According to your description, my understanding is that you create a document library item using “Create item in list ” action and when you log some certain attributes of the item to workflow history list, then
it has no value.
I try to reproduce this issue with your steps and it works as expected in my environment.
For a better troubleshooting, I suggest you do as the followings:
1. Check if the certain new created item field has value in the list which always return blank.
2. I suggest you can create a new simple workflow to log the field data for new created item to workflow history list to test if it works.
3. If the issue still exists, I suggest you can track the workflow using Fiddler. You can see detailed web request for the workflow, it will be easier to find the cause of this issue.

Fastest way to create a group from list of recived emails

I thought this would be as easy as drag and drop but no such luck.
Here's the situation. I had a class of 25 students email me from their mobile phones all using the same subject. Now I'd like to create a mailing list / group so that I can easly contact all of them if need be. I tried creating a new group and dragging all of the emails into it to no avail. I also tried right clicking and checking the menus to see if there were any options which there weren't.
Anyone have any suggestions? I'd be open to using automator or something similar if it worked.

I think the fastest way to do this is in Mail>Message>Add to Address Book, then in AB>File>New Smart Group>Card:>Was updated After... say yesterday, then select all those & make a new (not Smart) Group to drag them to so it won't change after that.
Unless you could get them all to eMail with some other unique that AB can see as a Group field.

Install Image Missing from List

I am trying to deploy Windows Embedded Standard 7 from our WDS server, built on Windows Server 2008 R2. I've added the install.wim file from the WES7 DVD, and I can see it listed under Install Images in the WDS control panel, but it doesn't appear
as an option on the client computer when I boot into PXE. I've also tried restarting the WDS service, as well as the
WDSUTIL /Update-ServerFiles command, to no avail.
Searches have given me 3 possible causes, all of which have been ruled out:
Wrong Architecture - I have tried both x86 and x64 client machines, and other x86 images are showing up and installing fine
File permissions - I have double-checked that users have write access to the folder holding the WIM files - again, other images in the same folder work fine.
HAL mismatch - the WES7 image has the same HAL type (acpiapic) as other images that are working.
Is there something I'm missing here? I'm using the boot.wim from the standard Windows 7 install DVD - does this make a difference?

You can use Get-ADOrganizationalUnit to get a list of OUs in AD and then use New-ADGroup to create groups. You can then use Get-ADUser with the -SearchBase parameter to find your list of users who exist in the particular OUs. Finally, you can use Add-ADGroupMember
to add these users to the groups.

Create Word Doc from list with multiple items (repeat region)

I have a document library that creates an invoice document based on another list. The list has multiple items that where purchased and need to appear on the invoice. It is only showing the first purchase item and not the others. How do I get all the items
to display (repeating region)?

Create choose from list in Report selection criteria

Is it possible to create a choose from list in UDF in a Report selection criteria ?
My issue is i just want to create a report using crystal report. In this report contain some parameter which the parameter choose from list value is come from a UDT. If the value come from OCRD or OITM , it's so easy to make. I just make Customer @From OCRD in parameter CR, then i just preview, it will make choose from list from business partner. But how about from UDT.
I have try to make it using Formatted search. So in SAP B1, i binded with formatted search in some parameter that i make it in CR. But there is some thing odd. if I make 2 different report with different parameter. The formatted search with binded in the first report, will also binded in the second report. And i don't want this happen.
How can i make it , the formatted search didn't binded in second report parameter, because the second report is totally different. ?

You can link a CFL to a User Defined Object but not a plain User Defined Table. A full list of options can be found in the UI help under BoLinkedObject Enumeration.
