    Hi Gurus,
While creating message in Satellite system we would like to get a popup screen that should populate/show list of persons responsible/Business partners to whom the mail should go directly to their mail box. Do we have to develop a report for it or can use an already existing job?
    Thanks in advance,
    Vinod Palli

Hi you can create messages from two places either from the standard help menu.
    help->create support message
    or
test workbench status message->click messages tab and then click create button.
    Now go  to tcode Solution_manager
select your landscape and then press execute button you will get the list of all messages with status ,person create d and person responsible.
if you click any one you can go into the details of the same.
PLEASE :reward point for the same.

  • Training & Event Management Course type ** could not be created Message no. LSO033

    Dear Gurus;
I'm trying to record a Business Event Group through S_AHR_61011889 - Business Event Group , then a Business Event Type through S_AHR_61011888 - Business Event Type.
Actually when I'm recording the data of the Business Event Type then I save i get a message stating
Course type **** could not be created
    Message no. LSO033
to be able to save the event type I have just to record its name and the capacity then after saving I have to select change "F6" and record each data infotype separately, something which is not logical for the users.
Even when they make change and record the remaining Infotypes like the description then they select display what they've recorded doesn't come
Does anyone know how can I fix this?
    Thanks in advance.
    Best Regards;

  • How do I use multiple messages with CAN CREATE MESSAGE?

I'm an old hand at DAQ, but new to CAN.
I need to configure the CAN interface without using MAX or a DBC file directly (because i want the user to configure EVERYTHING in one place, and MAX doesn't handle my other channels).
I can provide the message IDs, channel start bits, etc., etc., by importing a DBC file myself.
So I'm looking at the CAN CREATE MESSAGE vi. I can make it work, using a single message, and a few channels on that message.
But how do I add another message to that task? Or do I create another task to handle a different message?
What's the difference between CAN CREATE MESSAGE and CAN CREATE MESSAGEex? I can't find any in the help docs.

you can’t programmatically add messages/channels to an already existing task
So I can't create a task with more than one message, and I can't add a message to an existing task.
That sounds like I have to have a separate task for each message I want. That means separate READ operations at DAQ time. I hope the overhead doesn't cost too much (I'm doing a thousand other things at DAQ time).
I have an RT card in the system I'm designing. It's only using about 5% of the CPU time (PID controlling an engine). Will NI-CAN stuff work on the RT? How do I physically connect it? Is CAN just RS-232 at fast baud rates, or are there more electrical differences?

  • Scheduling Agreement - Cannot Release, cant create message in LPA

    Hello,
I have gone through all the threads on Scheduling Agreement but could not find the answer to the problem I am facing.
I created scheduling agreement through LP, everything went through smooth.
Now while create scheduling agreement through LPA, I am facing these problems, I cannot create output message while using ME38, but can create message through ME32L, but message output through me32L just creates printout of required quantity, no line items printed on it, and when I try to create output message through ME38 the message window comes in display mode, whereas while creating output message through LP, it allowed me to configure it. So first question, how can I enter my output setting in ME38 where SA is created through LPA.
Secondly document is created through LPA, but I cannot release it through ME84. I followed all the required settings, but its not letting me release the document, the traffic light is constant RED. Any ideas?
Lastly, No GR. Going through forum messages, I learnt that until the document is not released I cannot do GR. The dates of lines I changed it to post date, even behind the post date, but its still coming up as document doesnot have selectable items. Please help
    Thanks/Afshad

    Hello Prasand,
Your answer was helpful, but all these steps mentioned by you were already followed by me. My one question got answered there, why I get the messages in ME38 in uneditable format, but when I use ME84 for SA release, the result comes up in Red, and there I dont see any option to go further. Am I missing any step before it?
I clicked on List>Print Preview, the messages of JIT are there, then I click List> Print, dialog box comes up asking Output Device, I use default device LP01 there and then when I click OK message comes up Spool request (number 0000005941) created without immediate output and the problem remains no Sa released. Any help?
    3. Ensure that the output message condition records for output types LPJ1 / LPH1 maintained.
Is this line refering to Customizing>MM>Purchasing>Messages>Output control>conditions tables?Define Condition tables, if yes I dont know how to configure this and havent read anywhere how to get this part configured.
I configured Output control>Messages Determination Schemas>Define messages schemas for SA>Define Message determination schemas, there in control data, i put LPJ1 and LPH1 requirements as 105 which is for delivery schedule, earlier it was pointing to 109 and 111, then Assign Schema: Sa release/expiditer I checked the R indicator. Am I correct?
I guess without the SA release, I cannot do the GR against my SA as when I do GR it gives message no selectable items.

  • Account document not created Message no. VF062 for the pricing procedure

When I tried to create an invoice I came across this problem of Account document not created Message no. VF062.
    I created a pricing procedure with base price,BED,EDU CESS,HIGH EDU CESS ,VAT,CST.
Condtion record was set for each pricing condtion type.
    Sale order>delivery->invoice
When invoice was stored i get the message accounting document not created.
After that i changed the condtion class of (BED,EDU CESS,HIGH EDU CESS ,VAT,CST.) from D-tax to B-price.Now the invoice is stored without the messag(accounting document not created). What will be the problem associated with this

i changed the condtion class of (BED,EDU CESS,HIGH
           EDU CESS ,VAT,CST.) from D-tax to B-price
Whaterver condition types you have with condition class as D, I am sure, you should have assigned some Account Keys in your Pricing Procedure.  Ensure that those Account Keys are appearing in OB40 as otherwise, you will face this issue.

  • Empty File Handling : Do Not Create Message

    Hi,
I have set this option in Sender CC - file.
    Parameters --> Processing.
I dont want to pass file to reciever , when file is empty.
Will the above option  "Do Not Create Message" do the trick.
OR do i need to choose something else??
    -santosh.

    Santosh,
Yes. The trick will work for empty file handling.
When your incoming file is empty then will be no xml message posted to IE and hence receiver will not get any message.
FYI: Also you can use skip empty files which will do the same but here the files will remain in your source directory.

    No, not using correlation id.
I was able to resolve the issue on this queue by changing the following setting
Under the PROCESSING tab, under XI SETTINGS
Time period for Duplicate Check for EO(IO) (secs) it was set to 86400
I have changed this to 300 seconds and the adapter has now gone green.

That said, I have the exact scenario on another sender JMS channel set to 300 seconds and it exhibits the same issue.

  • How to create messages in process chains?

    Dear Gurus,
I want to use the alert system in the process chains.  like when one process fails i have to receive the message on my mail or as an SMS on my mobile.
I tried the same thing with one of my process chain.  When i right click one of my process in my process chain i will get the create message option.  But my problem is i dont know how to use that option.  If u have any solutions or any material please try to send me to the following ID <b>[email protected]</b>
    Thanks in advance
    Mohan Kumar

    Hi,
You can also send messages to an application process of the chain, depending on the success or failure of the process.
    1.       From the context menu of a process, create an additional process variant of the Send Message type.
    2.       If you maintain a message, first specify whether you want the message to be sent when the process has been completed successfully or unsuccessfully. Then choose Next.
    3.       You arrive at a window, in which you can select an existing process variant or create a new one.
    4.       If you create a new process variant, edit the document that is going to be sent, and maintain a list of recipients.
    5.       Save your process variant and go back a step.
The message process variant is now assigned to your application process. When the message is sent, the status information and the process log can also be sent.

  • FI document create Message no. 8I031

    Hi,
I've configure all Excise Configuration. When I'm going to post Vendor Excise Invoice through T_Code J1IEX. While I'm going to post Excise Invoice System Generate a massege Error "FI document create Message no. 8I031".
    Kindly suggest me solution.
    Thank you,
    Atul Sambhare

    Dear,
During Excise Invoice posting system generally issue a FICO Interface error, from this type of Message we are not able find what exactly the error is. So there is a way out to find the error which is stored in Internal Table XMSEG.
    1. At J1IEX screen switch on debugger after entering all details
    2. Once executed system will start debugger, there you put break point on Functional Module MESSAGES_COUNT
    3. Now press F8 and keep on pressing F6 till the time value is not shown in XMSEG.
    4. You may take help of ABAper in this regard.
This error comes generally Business Area not filled due to document splitting, may be because of Profitability .
    Please check and revert.

  • Function module to create messages for Purchase order

    Hi All,
I am writing a BDC and recording steps to create Messages for a Purchase order(ME22N).
For an existing PO, go to Messages and create a message with output type for EDI. Already there are existing Output types for Print and Fax,
How do I default my cursor at the 3rd record if Print, and Fax are already there, and when I run this BDC for several PO's How do I know how many messages are there and where to place cursor to create message for EDI.
Is there any Function module or Bapi available wherein I can directly give the PO number and create the message.
    Please suggest
    Thanks-

I have a list of PO's in the internal table, I need to put a loop and for each PO, I need to create a message with output type for EDI. as I am not sure if there are already messages available for Print, Fax, and Email. I have an issue placing the cursor on the Messages window.
So i thought if there is any function module to create message without going to message window, I can avoid those complications.
How to do this. any suggestions?
    Thanks-
