Create Multiple Level in Marketing Organization

Dear All,
If I have a multiple positions under Marketing Organizations and I want to make a levels for them, how can I do that? i.e. if I have an employee who reports to the supervisor and this supervisor reports to the manager, how can I configure the levels for each one in case that the manager has the highest level and the employee has the least. This will help us to configure our CRM system so the manager can see all the leads which are assigned to the supervisor and the employee.
We have CRM 5.0 on windows server 2003 and SQL2005.

Hello Mai,
If i understood your question correctly, You cannot create multiple levels under positions in oranization structure. You can define various positions under each organization unit and then you can assign employees to corresponding positions.
what you are trying to achive is possible with partner functions are partner determination within lead management. you have to define a rule within your partner determination and then assign this partner determination procedure to lead transaction type.
by this you can configure such a way that manager can see all the leads which are assigned to the supervisor and the employee.

    Try menu.submenus.add() to get the structure you want.
    You can also take a look at the SAP TechDemo, it contains a two level menu.

    Hi Kishore,
    You have to assign the user through which you are logging into the system to the position which is assigned to your marketing organization of your org structure.
    Then you will be able to view the maketing organisation in the maketing plan.

    We are trying to develope group above cross tab report with BI Publisher.
    i am unable to achieve multiple level columns dynamically.Using cross tab wizard i can achieve single level measure column ,but not the second level column.
    Output should look like this:
    Country1
    Region1 Region2 Region3 --(level1 column)
    d1 d2 d3 d1 d2 d3 d1 d2 d3 -- (level2 column)
    Row1 10 20 30 70 80 90 40 70 90 --data
    Row2 21 24 54 65 23 64 64 76 87
    Here regions and d1 d2 d3 may vary based on xml data.Also we have page break on country.

  • Creating multiple invoices

    Hi,
    I would like to create multiple invoices for a sales order which has multiple line items, for eg:
    if the sales order is havig 10 items, i want the system to create 10invoices,
    and this is for a Order related billing.
    I have an idea of doing this by writing routine with a piece of code at the item level in the OR to F2 copy controls, and guess it should work.
    If you have any better solution for this or any oss notes , request you to share with me.

    If <b>you would like to implement at Sales Org level</b>, no need to writing routine and all.  Just follow the IMG Path - SD -> Billing -> Billing Docs -> Country specific features.
    Here you can see an option "<i>Maintain maximum Number of Billing Items</i>" where you can enter so that for that particular sales organization, irrespective of your sale order line items, there will be an invoice split item wise.
    Alternatively, in <b>VTFL</b> copy control, select the respective item category and tick the blue lens on top.  Now pick the tab "<b>Data VBRK/VBRP</b>" and <b>assign 351</b>.
    I think your requirement can be met with either of the above.

    In Pages (5.5.1) can I create multiple Paragraph Styles within one paragraph. 
    I need to make a table of contents for my Mater's Thesis and want to use the automatic table of contents feature.  I want the first sentence of a paragraph to have a different paragraph setting than the rest of the paragraph.  Is this possible?

    Nice of you to be doing this for your Mother's Thesis.
    There are several issues here:
    1. A Paragraph Style is what it says, the style for the paragraph
    2. You can format text within a paragraph by applying a Character Style
    3. Pages 5.5.1 lets you apply formatting to overall text for the T.O.C. but not parts of it and you can not retain that formatting as a Paragraph style
    So in answer to your question, no.
    You will need to create the T.O.C. manually and unfortunately as Pages 5.5.1 can't create bookmarks (just one of over 100 missing features) you will be unable to link the T.O.C. to the referred pages in the list.

  • Create multiple sales orders from single service notification?

    Is it possible to create multiple sales orders from a single notification (IW51)? 
    We currently create sales orders directly within transaction IW51 (Create Service Notification).  We kick off the sales order creation by pressing the "SALES ORD." button in the notification screen.  We're now interested in creating a 2nd Sales Order which would tie directly to the same Service Notification.  This is so that we can have the second order assigned to a different account assignment WBS (there are two different parties doing work on the service notification).
    I assume you would have to go to VA01 to create the Sales Order, but am not sure how to tie it directly to the service notification from here.  I treied to do a create with reference, but there is no ability to create with reference to a service notification.
    Do I have to create a second service notification for the 2nd Sales Order for this to work?  I want to avoid doing this if at all possible.
    I'm running SAP R/3 Enterprise

    Hi,
    go to vtaa- copy controls for sales document to sales document.
    select your combination of order and quotation go to item level. There select value 0(zero) in field positive/negative negative.
    No need to change update document flow.
    After setting zero in copy control that be told on above. create order with respective to the quotation.
    After saving the order.
    go to document flow to see the status in between quotation and order.
    If you placed setting right, then u certainly observe for quotation status will be open. so you can create no. of sales order with respect to that quotation..

  • Is there a way to create multiple map tile layers at once?

    I have a small problem. It's mainly a matter of saving some time. I need to create 51 map tile layers in mapviewer, and I would like to this this at one time. I can go to the admin console-->Management-->Manage Map Tile Layers-->Create, and then I can create one at a time. But it really would be nice to create them all at once!
    I tried using the XML mode interface, and I can use the following code to create one map tile layer:

    It looks like you are right! Thank you for your help.
    I still have a small concern. I looked at the documentation and it reads,
    "The configuration settings for a cache instance are stored in the USER_SDO_CACHED_MAPS metadata view. You should normally not manipulate this view directly, but should instead use the MapViewer administration tool, which uses this view to configure map cache instances."
    But, I tried inserting records into USER_SDO_CACHED_MAPS and it works, and I can't really see any reason not to directly insert records into this table, so...
    Perhaps that warning is there simply because potentially you could screw things up tinkering with the table directly.

    What I am expecting is to have PL/SQL statement which could help us in this regard.

  • How to prevent from creating multiple deliveries per sales order

    Hi,
    Appreciate your help on the below.,
    I do not want the users to create multiple deliveries for a single sales order. They should only be allowed to create one delivery and it can either be a full delivery or a partial delivery.
    Is there any possibility in configuration to do this? I checked the customer master configuration, but it is only for sales order line item.. I only need one delivery for the entire order, regardless of whether it included all line items or not.
    If the user tries to create a second delivery for the same order, it should ideally give an error message and stop the system from creating the second delivery

    I tried this again, however it still works only at item level.
    Say i have a sales order, with 2 line items with 50 each.
    Say i create an delivery for only the first line item for 20, delivery gets created.. It doesnt allow to create the delivery for rest of the 30 on that line item,
    However if i try to create a delivery for the second line item, it allows and the delivery gets created.
    I only want one single delivery for the entire order.

    My requirement has more levels. I looked into all the methods of the class, but none of them seems to help to append more levels.
    Here is my requirement.
    Selection screen had date range,  partner functions etc ..
    -->Select all Inquiries for given date range or (TABLE u2013 VBAK) given sold to party/ship to party etcu2026
    -->Get all statuses (system status /user status etc (TABLE u2013 JCDS and TJ30T ).
    -->Select all Quotations for given inquiry, if any

    As per my understanding, we could pass only 1 single structure to a tree output.
    For eg, all lines of the tree output should be of the same structure. (please correct me if I am wrong )..
    But In my case, the fields on each level are different, and I need to pass different structures to the tree.
    Please let me know, if anyone have a clue..

  • Problem in Aggregate with Multiple level of dimension

    Hi,
    I have a BI repository with a snowflake schema. I have also designed the business model with snowflake, It works with drilling and all but I am facing problem when I am
    creating  a logical column aggregating with a higher level of dimentation. Let me illustrate that :
      I have the Following Hierarchy :
    Tournament(id, Name) ---- > Round (id, name, tournament_id) -------> Match (id, Name, RoundId ) |  Match is fact table and other 2 dimension.
      I also created a logical dimension called tournament with 3 levels.
      Now say I want to create a logical column Total Number of Matches , aggregating  to the dimension level of Tournament. The result gives counts a 0 for every tournament. However
      it is working perfectly when the dimension level is Round (which is the immediate next level after fact).
      The Logical request generated (in case of Tournament level) :
       MatchId:[DAggr(Measure1.MATCHID by [ Matches$.TournamentId]  SB Tournament)] as c1 GB.   
        There is no such column as TournamentId in Matches$ table. How does the BI server got this ?
       The execution plan  evaluate this:
         cast(NULL as  INTEGER )  as c1 GB [for database 0:0,1]
       Can someone please explain why is this happening, is it because of the snowflake schema, but I guess if BI server can handle a snowflake schema it should work the Aggregate
       properly in multiple levels of dimensions, or it is something I am doing wrong.
       Execution Environment:
         Windows XP ,  OBI 10g on OC4J.  Data source : MS Excel (ODBC 3.5)

    Hi,
    With reference to your question.
    Can any operator perform this task..I don't think any single operator will help you.
    I suggest using an intermediate (staging) table by using a PL SQL procedure with output port to store the values of account number provided the number of accounts are limited. Else use an array variable for account of an employee.
    In short no simple solution because of the bad source design else the pivot/unpivot operator would have helped you.

  • Unable to create multiple Purchase order base on One Purchase requisition

    Dear All,
    I have problem to create multiple POs base on one PR.
    For example, PR is automatically created after a Sales order which contain 10 pec of Material A. A PO is created for 4 pec of Material A first which is no problem, but when it come to create second PO for the remaining 6 pec, the system respond with a error message. "Materials for PReq 10167146, item 00010, already partially ordered, Message no. 06 249"
    I have searched for the SAP Note to solve this problem, the Note number is 202011, to solve the problem I need to import
    SAPKB46B03 and SAPKB46B04 for my 4.6B system. However those two package had already installed into the system long time ago, and the problem is still not solved. The currect level of PS is SAPKB46B57. And I was advised not to re-import the PS (SAPKB46B03 and SAPKB46B04) again.
    Could anyone please tell me is there any other solution to get around this problem.

    I'm running Tuxedo 10gR3 and observed in OS level that GWWS process alone consume more than 10% of CPU all the time and some slowness are claimed by users.
    I need to check if this is normal (CPU %) by checking the load on GWWS and if needed to create multiple GWWS to distribute the load.
    OS: AIX5.3
    Number of CPU : 12
