Create navigation URL

Question

I want to create a hyperlink on a characteristic cell in my BW web table.  I know how to use the table interface but I cannot figure out how to code the double quotes and single quotes in the cell content.  Can someone please help me?
I want to concatenate this statement
url = <a href= <SAP_BW_URL cmd='PROCESS_VARIABLES' subcmd='VAR_SUBMIT' VAR_NAME_1='ZCMATLSR' VAR_VALUE_EXT_1=  
When do I use double quotes and when do I use single quotes in the above statement?
cell_content = url + cell_content
So the web template will be freshed using the characteristic value in the cell when I select the hyperlink.

Hi,
first of all don't use <SAP_BW_URL> inside of your Table Interface; this wouldn't work. Please use the method get_url instead.

This could look like:
data: l_r_parameter type ref to CL_RSR_PARAMETER,
      l_url type string.
create object l_r_parameter.
l_r_parameter->add( i_id = 'CMD' i_value = 'PROCESS_VARIABLES' ).
l_r_parameter->add( i_id = 'SUBCMD' i_value = 'VAR_SUBMIT' ).
l_r_parameter->add( i_id = 'VAR_NAME_1' i_value = 'ZCMATLSR' ).
l_r_parameter->add( i_id = 'VAR_VALUE_EXT_1' i_value = 'ddddd' ).
       CALL METHOD me->GET_URL
          EXPORTING
              I_R_PARAMETER = l_r_parameter
          RECEIVING
              R_URL         = l_url.
conatenate '<a href="'
l_url
'">Link</a>'
into c_cell_content.
You can add additional parameters using the &
for example
conatenate '<a href="'
l_url
'&next_parameter=abc&additional_parameter=def">Link</a>'
into c_cell_content.
