Create process error =2 wat should i do

Question

in this case i am interrupted wth create process error -2 wat shuld i do can any one help me out.in this case try is a batch file in same folder of the program

try
Process proc = Runtime.getRuntime().exec("try");
proc.waitFor();
catch(InterruptedException e1)
catch(IOException e)
System.out.println("---"+e);
