Create quit button

How can I make a button to quit a window? Thanks!
JButton quit = new JButton("Quit");

Ok, please post questions like that in the "New to Java" or in the Swing forum or better yet, read the swing tutorials:

anyways, a hint for starters:
JButton quit = new JButton("quit");
quit.addActionListener(new ActionListener() {
  public void actionPerformed(ActionEvent e) {
    // window is an instance of the Window object which you wish to "quit"
    window.setVisible(false);
    window.dispose();
});
