[CREATE_RECORD/NEXT_RECORD]Encounter exception when call CREATE_RECORD

Question

Dear all
I got a strange problem when I try to customize the Move Order, the req is
1. Add one section, such as the job number
2.User can click a button to retrieve the preserved template info(item,uom, qty, etc..)
3.The template needs to be automatically filled into the List of Lines OF MO
The first record is ok, but when I try to call the CREATE_RECORD/NEXT_RECORD
It always show following error, and I can not create another line for it
This is a read only flexfield. You cannot change any values in the flexfield.
This error only exists when I save this form first, like I save the header info, then click the button to apply the template
