Create , Update, Delete item columns missing from Personalization Structure

Suddenly, I don’t see create, update, delete columns. I can see my customized items, but not able to do anything with it as these three columns are not displayed.

Mdm uwl iview [(Item) Item is missing from the UWL persistent cache ]

Hi All,
we have a custom MDM repository, so I created the xml configuration file and uploaded into SAP system and clicked on "Register Item types" button and I am able to see that my items has been sucesfully registered.
Now I am using the UWL iview and when I view the connection status, it says that it is sucessfull for the backend MDM system. but i couldnt get the task that i created in the backend system for my user id. I checked the Uwl Log file, The error in the log file is
"com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl.UWLException: (Item) Item is missing from the UWL persistent cache #"
Also the views that I mentioned in the XML configuration are not appearing in the UWL.
Could you please help me in resloving this issue.? any help?

Meetings created after some time start shoing up "re-created a meeting that was missing from your calendar" with no body information e.g. Lync meeting

My manager is having a problem. "randomly" reoccurring meetings in outlook will after some time start showing as this:
"Exchange 2013 re-created a meeting that was missing from your calendar"
With all the "meat" of the body is missing.
We are running Exchange 2013 SP1 and Outlook 2013. They look the same in OWA. Meetings can be from different senders, different times etc.
Any thoughts?

Microsoft have confirmed this is an issue with Exchange Online via the O365 Dashboard:
Current Status: Engineers have developed a fix and are currently testing to ensure successful remediation.
Customer Impact: Affected customers are experiencing issues with incomplete meeting information for a limited number of invites set to occur between the dates of August 7th, 2014 and September 12th, 2014. For the affected calendar invites, customers may see
meeting content replaced with a canned message stating, “Exchange 2013 has re-created a meeting that was missing on your calendar.” This issue is only affecting the body of the calendar invite for attendees, and not the meeting organizer.
Also, this does not affect the title, location, date and time, or the attendee list.
Workaround: As a workaround, customers can re-send affected calendar invites. Additionally, if the calendar invite contains Lync meeting information and the information does not appear in the message body, attendees may be able to use the ‘Join Lync Meeting’
button that appears in Outlook, Outlook Web App (OWA), and the mobile client to join the scheduled meeting.

How to Create/Modify/Delete a query view from the web template in BI 7.0

All:
In BW 3.5, the Query Selection View web item was introduced for users to create a query view to save the navigational state of a query. This web item was also available to modify and delete an existing query view.
The Query Selection View web item does not exist in BI 7.0. I see the drop down web item can be used to display the query views associated to a query.
Can anyone share how to create,modify,save or delete a query view on the web in BI 7.0

Sanjay, we experienced the same issue. Below are a few pieces of information that may be of help: 1-The Save As button on the 0ANALYZER template saves the query to the portal. From Bex Web or Bex Analyzer, you have no access to these saved views. We created a ZANALYZER copy of the 0ANALYZER template and removed the Save As button. 2- If you right mouse click on any item in the query results grid of Bex Web, you get a small menu. Clicking on the menu item Save View will save the view to BI. You do not have the ability to delete the saved views from Bex Web. However, you can delete them from Bex Analyzer. This was not an option for us since most of our users are using Bex Web. 3- On the same menu, clicking on Bookmark, saves the navigation and also opens the Internet Explorer Favorites maintence window. The navigation is saved as an entry into the users Internet Explorer favorites where they can organize and delete their entries. However, deleting the favorite does not delete the entry for the bookmark in BI. The bookmarks are stored in table RSWR_DATA. Program RSWR_BOOKMARK_REORG can be used to manage the saved bookmarks. We are loading RSWR_DATA into a chracteristic so that we can query the information in order to help us manage it. I hope this helps you and others that appear to be struggling with the issue of saved views in Bex Web.

Most items are missing from BSIS

Hi,
I'm querying BSIS (direct read from table) via SQ01, and most items are missing. It seems to depend on the general account number: those registered in a profits-and-loss type of account are missing. Those registered in a balance-sheet type of account are here. They're not in BSAS either. Are all uncleared items supposed to be in BSIS? Where can I look for those?

I ALWAYS search this forum before posting a question and usually have very little luck. I am either horrible at framing my search criteria or too impatient to look through dozens of pages of hits that aren't very well sorted for matches to my keywords.

Suresh You need to talk to your basis consultant to increase the size(I forgot the technical name of this size, sorry).

Create,update, delete of users in OIM through user reconciliation

I want to perform create, update and delete of users in OIM using reconciliation of users through Oracle database.
I mean, I want to user Oracle database as trusted source of user information.
Can I perform these CRUD operations by creating GTC (generic technology connector) or is there any other means of doing it?
I need detail information/document on how I can perform user reconciliation?

Delete created then deleted icloud email folders from thunderbird emial program

I have different folders and subfolders in my iCloud email account over a long period of time. I can go into years of history of why but I don’t think that is neither important nor relevant. Suffice to say I installed my iCloud acct on thunderbird email and the folders and subfolders always automatically installed below main inbox. As I changed my folders and subfolders due to way too many and tried to reduce all these folders it worked fine in my apple iCloud emails accounts. In tbird, not so much. The folders I deleted after moving the emails that were there to different new folders tbird iCloud autoed the new folders and left the old that will not delete, change, move nor rename. I get the message that the folder is NONEXISTENT from tbird from iCloud each time I try. I just don’t seem to be able to find a solution to resolve this problem and maybe there is not one. If I have to delete the iCloud acct from tbird, so be it. I guess I can move any and all emails to some other non iCloud acct, delete iCloud, reinstall iCloud and hope all previous emails are not lost in the process. Also, one last question here I have always forgotten to ask. I often leave my iCloud email address when I enroll in something. Sometimes (maybe all the time) I get 2 copies of the email sent to the iCloud acct. is there a reason for double copies I do not know about?

Bapi to Create/Update/Delete/Block G/L Accounts Centrally

Hello experts,
I'm searching for a BAPI to achieve some functionalities already done throw transaction FS00.
After uploading account data from an input file I should:
- Create G/L accounts
- Update G/L accounts
- Mark for deletion G/L accounts
- Block G/L accounts
Depending in a flag existing for each line of this file.
I saw some threads advising BAPI: BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_POST to replace FS00 transaction.
But, I don't see a way to use this BAPI in my case.
If this BAPI is the right solution then where could I specify the flag for (deletion, update, blocking, creating)?
If not, then could you please advice me the better way to deal with this issue?

The case which is missing for me is when I should update an account corresponding to an alternative chart of account (which is normally done via FSP0).
I'm pretty sure that I could not call directly transaction FSP0 (as I did with FS00) according to documentation of rfbisa00. The response could be 'FSP0 not supported'.
Do you think that we could deal with this issue also with RFBISA00 for Tx FSP0?
Or is there another standard code for FSP0?

How to track deleted items in rpd from log in OBIEE 10g?

Hi Amir,
Can find using rpdfilename.rpd.log (ex: OracleBIAnalyticsApps.rpd.log) file from location OracleBI\server\Repository.
Open the file and search for DELETE
you can find text like
DELETE 4010:507753;
But it hard to know by name unless you get the ID(ex: 4010:507753) of the column from gui ex: Query Repository.

Software update deleted close to EVRYTHING from phone?

I installed the recent update on Sunday, and when my phone rebooted i noticed my lock screen was different. Upon unlocking my phone i saw that all of my screens were blank - no clock, no widgets, no apps...nothing. I immediately go to my messages inbox and see the same...nothing. Close to panic mode, i check my contacts...nothing. I ran the backup assistant to retrieve contacts, but even then not all came through for me. I had several VERY important "locked" messages that were also deleted and cannot be restored. Even my saved voicemails are gone. The even stranger part is that the majority of my downloaded aps. survived, but have been acting funny ever since. All of my settings are gone too, and I am having to start at square one for just about everything!
I know that this info is gone and never coming back, but what caused this to happen? Im fearful of relying on my phone to do what it is SUPPOSED to do in case this happens again. Several hours have been wasted already trying to gather the info needed from my messages & voicemails from people, i can not afford to keep a phone that doesnt work the way it was promised and the reason why i purchased in the first place, nor can i sit around crossing my fingers that this doesnt happen again. Any ideas or input to how this happened and how I can prevent it from happening again?

I also recently lost ALL my contacts and ALL of my messages!!! I have ran back up assistant numerous time and it downloaded only half of the T's, V's, W's and Z contacts I had. I go to the Backup Assistant website and it show I have 329 contacts and that they all have been synced to my phone. I spent 25 minutes on the phone with Tech support only for him to put me on hold ALOT and tell me he has no idea what to do to fix it!!! I am so frustrated!!!!!! Any and ALL help will be tried and appreciated!!! Soon.......

How can I delete items in trash from an external hard drive?

I have a Macbook Pro and have installed Paragon so that I can use an external hard drive on both my Mac and my PC. But some files I deleted from my external hard drive (Seagate 3TB) while on my Mac can't be deleted from the recycle bin.
When I try to delete, the files just stay there. When I do a secure empty, a message comes up saying the files are in use. This has persisted for two days. I have restarted the Mac, reconnected the drive, and also cheked the drive on my PC for errors and found none. Of course, the files only appear in the trash when the drive is connected. I ejected the drive properly each time, and didn't just unplug it from the Mac.
I have tried to do a secure empty with option and/or shift keys down, but I still get a message that the files are in use. I tried a fix involving writing a command including the term "trash" (I don't have the full command at my fingertips) in Terminal in the Utilities application, and this did not work. There appears to be a program called "Trashit" which might help, but my computer says it will not open under my security settings because the author of the program is not listed.
The files remaining in trash are part of an old iTunes library that I wanted fully deleted from my external hard drive and my trash. It was a big file (over 200GB) and about 99% deleted and empltied. Reformatting the drive should not be necessary, might not help, and would probably erase the drivers on the drive and ruin it anyway.
I'm wondering what is happening, and how I could fix it. Many thanks for any advice, in advance.

I actually fixed this by plugging the drive into my PC, changing the settings to "show hidden files and folders," then finding the folder ".trashes" on the drive and deleting everything in there. When the drive was plugged back into the Mac, the trash was empty as it should be. (It was a very large folder I deleted, and a very small portion of the files were apparently corrupted.) In case anyone else ever needs this fix, it works. Good luck.

ADF BC and Faces, i have got a table view where user can register hours for each day of the week, for which i'd like to create summary(sum-up)fields that display the number of total for each day, and it is updatable at run time(i.e. when numbers are put in, summary fields get updated automatically).

After syncing, some items still missing from my phone ,apps and music?

The update takes a LONG time... but with the new system, you can keep using your phone during the update, so it doesnt FEEL like it is updating...
you have probably interrupted the update, just like I did
plug your phone in... "continue the update" or hit the sync button to psh it in... and leave it there
unless you have enabled sync over wifi (which still only works when you are plugged in)
just be patient... and there shouldbe a flashing "synching" symbol at the top of your phone screen
