Create Vendors while creating Real Estate Partners
Hello Everyone ...
I am using <b>BAPI_BUPA_CREATE_FROM_DATA</b> to create Real Estate Partners for loading Partner data on SAP ECC 6.0 system. This creates partners and no issues with it. However we need to create some partners and vendors together. We can achieve this online using tcode BP with role <i><b>Partner W. Vendor Account</b></i>. This creates the partner and the corresponding data is copied to create a linking Vendor simoultaneously.
However I want to achieve this using a FM or BAPI as we want to load partners and create corresponding vendors as part of our data loads.
Any usefull input would be highly appreciated.

I was passing blank entries so the above errors were coming. I removed those blank entries and now Im getting error like .

How do you create a custom search result for surrounding suburbs for a real estate website?
I have a Web App for property listings for a real estate website. There are item fields as follows:
Suburb List:
Edensor Park
Hoxton Park
Denham Court
Cecil Hills
Abbotsbury
Surrounding Suburb List:
Edensor Park
Hoxton Park
Denham Court
Cecil Hills
Abbotsbury
Say a property is listed in Edensor Park as the main suburb and Hoxton Park and Denham Court are also selected as its surrounding suburbs.
On the website's search form, the visitor selects, for example, Edensor Park. I need the search results to show everything listed in Edensor Park as well as in the surrounding suburbs of Hoxton Park and Denham Court. Is this at all possible?

Veronica.The Filter settings are sticky. Every container listed on the Library tab of the Inspector keeps it's own Filter settings, set to whatever was last used.
I'm not aware of any way to set a default Filter.
You could create a Folder and put a Smart Album in that Folder with "Source" set to the Folder. Any Albums or Projects you put in the Folder become the superset for the Filter you set in the Smart Album. This is a pretty sophisticated set-up, however. What is the filter you need, and how often do you need it? -
Creating a searchable real estate website
I have yet to really get down and dirty with ADDT; so, I'd like to know three things:
1) Has anyone out there used ADDT to create a searchable website for a real estate company?
2) If so, how long did it take you (as an independent web designer)?
3) Finally, how much experience do you have in backend development?Paul,
to put things into perspective :: I guess I should have better asked you how complex (or not) the to-be-estimated search criteria for your property site will be, respectively if you think that this search criteria could be handled by an ADDT Dynamic List.
My stuff has always been very complicated, because it was a Turkey wide property search spanning several cities and all kinds of property offers like villas, apartments and building ground, which all have separate criteria, means that I had to assemble a unified search which had to grab the results from even more than one table.
I think this does make a difference -- how complicated is your stuff, what are you going to search for exactly ?
Also, Chapter 14 of the ADDT documentation mentions creating your own CSS skins. Why could this feature not be used to style such a site? Or does it not do what it purports to do?

Error while uploading the Real Estate Contract using IDOC & BAPI

I am trying to uploading the real estate contract data by using LSMW IDOC & BAPI methods .
In IDOC method I have used the Basic type as BUS1505_CREATE01 and Message type as BUS1505_CREATE. I have passed all mandatory fields then also i am unable to create the CONTRACT but and i am able to create CONTRACT using the bapi BAPI_RE_CN_CREATE by passing the values in SE37 and i am able create CONTRACT manually in transaction code RECN . Can any body know the reason .
In BAPI method I have used the Business Object BUS1505 ,Method CREATE ,Message type BUS1505_CREATE and Basic type BUS1505_CREATE03 . Org units not created as business partners
I am using CRM 5.0. I created and maintained the organization structure within CRM. However like in CRM 4.0 , in 5.0 the org units are not being created as business partners within the system. Is there a change in 5.0 or am I missing on something. (I Created sales orgs, maintained distribution channel and division)
It works the same way as 4.0.

I think you are not on SP10. you may need to implement the SP10 or advance correction as in this note:
Note 968097 - Error in BI metadata maintenance (InfoCube, MultiProvider)
Symptom
Note that the attached corrections cause follow-up errors. You must also implement the corrections from Note 971918.
You are in the maintenance dialog for an InfoCube or a MultiProvider. When you enter new key figures in this provider, a program termination occurs with message "NODE_RELATED_MISSING" in class CL_RSO_DATA_TREE.
This problem occurs because the InfoProvider does not contain a unit dimension yet and the system tries to insert the relevant unit into the unit dimension (that does not exist).

I tried LSMW but to enter the SALES and MARKETING atributes in BP i have to "click" on the attribute and not realized by the record.

Always preferred to use XIF Function Modules to create Business Partners and Relationships.

CRMXIF_PARTNER_REL_SAVE
Using this function modules you can populate all most all fields in BP including Z fields(If it created through EEWB), except Marketing Attributes.
For marketing attributes try to use FM CRM_MKTBP_CREATE_LIST_BPS_OB.
Have a look at the notes 609236, 1081545 and 1239018. This will give you some idea, how to upload and update marketing attributes.

Process Flow
1. Create the master data required, such as business entity, building, property and rental unit. Determine the master data required for service charge settlements.
2. The rental process covers all activities involved, from receipt of the rental request through automatic assignment to vacant rental units and creating an offer up to the lease-out itself. Here you have to differentiate between internal and external usage.
If you opt for sales tax for your commercial real estate, the system automatically determines the input tax and divides it into deductible and non-deductible portions during input tax processing.
3. You use the lease-in processes if the objects you are renting are not entirely in your own real estate portfolio. Using the lease-in, you map the agreed recurring or one-time payments. You can assign other vendor contracts defining, for instance, suppliers and services to lease-ins. Resubmission rules help you check the contract structure once or periodically (for example, three months before contract end or once a year).
4. Rental accounting incorporates processes related to posting activities. The main functions here are the debit position (for lease-outs) and periodic posting (for lease-ins), incoming payments, dunning and account maintenance.
5. You carry out the service charge settlement. Apportionable operating and heating expenses are settled against the advance payments made and then adjusted accordingly. If heating expenses are settled using an external company, data is exchanged by means of DME tapes.
6. You then plan the implementation of rent adjustments. The system supports your rent adjustments with the generally used adjustment methods as well as your own user-defined adjustments:
o Representative list of rents
o Comparative group of apartments
o Index-linked
o Modernizations
o Expert opinion
7. The system supports your balance sheet preparations by offering accrual/deferral functions for selected periods.
8. If you manage the rented object on behalf of a third party, a management contract regulates the relationship between you, as manager, and the owner. The related processes are mapped in the third-party management function.

MadhusudhanThe project is created first then assigned later to a sales order,the network assigned to this project is but does not belong to a sales order because the sales order created after WBS/Network linkage.
If you look at transaction Cn23 for network , you will see that it belongs to Project...AAAAA/NNNN, but no sales order is associated. HBCX looking for network in sales order to transfer it to new sales order but not found so error.
You can do w work around by not perform routine Transfer_PS_LINKS.(comment this line)

Is there an instant movie theme suitable for Real Estate videos with Premiere Plus?
Most of the themes are very flashy/snappy/loud. Before I pay $50. I would like to know that there is a theme suitable for a short real estate video of a neighborhood and walkthrough of a home. Thanks!
Welcome to the forum.
I hesitated to reply, as I have only used Themes once, and then totally reconstructed the Effects. I also do not have PrE 10, so you probably have more Themes, but I am not sure that any is really suitable for your described Project. I was hoping that Steve, Neale, John T., or others, who might have more familiarity with Themes, would show up, but they have not - yet.
Looking through the Themes that I have, and even putting on my creative hat, to image how one might work as a base, and then be heavily modified for your Project, I am coming up almost at a total loss. The closest that I could come would be the Travel Theme, where the Locations (in the Theme) are changed to the houses in a neighborhood. Yes, that IS a stretch, but the best that I can come up with.
I agree with you that the Themes, in their stock form, are flashy, loud and most suited for a short treatment, that would be shown to young children, sort of like many things at a Disney themepark - bright lights that flash, loud SFX and music, bright colors, etc..Hardly suitable for a commercial, professional Video.

Are you contemplating buying a "Theme Pack," (have not seen such) or similar, or do you mean, before you buy PrE?
If the former, can you point to the source of that Theme Pack, and I will look over the details. If you mean the latter, PrE is in no way restricted to those Themes. I have used PrE for many years, and have used but one Theme (heavily modified), in all that time. I have created many commercial, business Videos, so the program has all the power that you need - just not with their Themes.
If you are contemplating the purchase of PrE, can you outline the material that you will be working with, a few of your ideas on the aesthetics, that you would like to incorporate, any technical thoughts, and give us an idea of how you will want to deliver the Video. We can help you make that decision, as to whether PrE is the right tool.
While I have not seen any of the newer versions, AVID/Pinnacle's Studio program (probably up to ~ 15 now) has, or had, similar with their Instant Movie. However, back to about Studio 10, those were in the same vein, as PrE's Themes (nearly useless, and often rather odd, though usually funny, and maybe not in the way intended?). Back through about 10, I cannot imagine one of those being useful for your purpose, but might have missed one, and Pinnacle might have finally added some that ARE useful.

Classic Real Estate - General Contracts.
Hello, SDN Gurus.
We are implementing Classic Real Estate, in our company.
We have a number of Partners, who have a differente number of rental Units, that we wanted to associated under the same General Contract.
So, we'´ve created 2 Rental Units in the system. In each one of them i´ve inserted conditions types with the respective conditions amounts.
Then, in the next step, i´ve created a Real Estate General Contract with a partner, but when i select the Rental Unit that i want to use in the contract,
the system doesn´t copy the conditions with the amounts already assined to the Rental Units master data (which work perfectly, in the Rental Agreement).
This means that i will have to repeat the introduction of the same information that i´ve already enter in the master data rental unit.
Is this a standard behaviour, or am i doing anything wrong?
