Create Window Error

Hi,
Sometimes I get this error message:
"Error 1 : Unable to create Window - OS Error : [1400]".
Photoshop cannot create a panel and I have this error message with all the scripts, but it works after having restarted Photoshop.
Do you know why ?

Wine (error x create window)

After on of the updates I noticed that the wine doesn't run any games. Meanwhile, almost all programs (with rare exceptions) work perfectly.
This error occurs when the game tryes to draw its window, with the wine gives the corresponding error. Something like "x create window error"
First time I noticed that some months ago. Since those time I tryed to reinstall wine, remove .wine, and even reinstall system (not because of wine). No one of these things does not help.

Error in creating windows 8.1 VMs from templates

I have created a template on Windows 8.1 on SCVMM 2012 R2 (OS:Windows Server 2012) ,Now am try to create a Windows 8.1 VM on another Hyper-v Host where Windows Server 2012 r2 is installed but creation has got failed with error in job list :
Error (2915)

Your virtual port profile. You are defining a setting that does not exist. (I am guessing at this since the only thing is an error message).

Couldn't create Distiller Window, Error: 126

I'm getting an error that says "Could not create Distiller window, Error: 126-The specified module could not be found"
This happens when I first start up the machine, and also when I try to print a Word document to a PDF. Acrobat will not open to do any other diagnostic work. I tried going into Control Panel>Add and Remove Programs and doing a repair on the Acrobat program, but that didn't help. This is a problem with Acrobat 9.0 Standard and Win XP Pro with SP3. Can anyone help with this?

Thanks, I updated to the current version 9.3.4, but that didn't solve the issue. Finally found a seemingly unrelated Windows issue that I corrected and the problem with the Distiller window went away, so I guess that it somehow affected it as well.

Fit Image CS4: Error: Unable to create Window - OS error [1400]:210

I'm running Vista Ultimate 64 bit Photoshop CS4 Extended and have come across a problem with the Automate/Fit Image script. I have read the other posts here concerning a bug in the script, but I'm not even getting to the stage of the script giving me any options to run - I just get the following in a Script Alert message box: Fit Image CS4: Error: Unable to create Window - OS error [1400]:210
I can see that the script is in the Presets/Scripts directory OK. Anyone with any ideas please?

Thanks for that reply. I tried this again and it's working now. The only thing I can think of is that I have closed and opened Photoshop a number of times since having the problem and that may have fixed it.
I find that if I am doing a lot of work in quick mask mode on large images with the pen tool, after a while, Photoshop starts to develop a very significant lag time, taking a number of seconds to draw the next point or respond to the tool (I'm on Vista 64 bit with 12 GBs of RAM, so it shouldn't be RAM, GeForce 8800 GTS video card 640MB dedicated video memory). I find that I have to frequently close Photoshop to get the tool response time back to normal. Perhaps the inability to draw a dialog box was somehow linked with this kind of problem....

The problem was solve by installing my PhotoShop Elements 9. I don't know why.

Signing in with a new ID creates a new iCloud account. However, each device is limited in the number of iCloud accounts that it is allowed to create. Once you reach that limit, you cannot create another account. All you can do is re-use one of the accounts previously created, or create a new account to use on another iOS device or Mac (running OS X Lion or higher), if you have one.

ITunes reinstallation brings ''error 7 - Windows error 126'

I had to de-install and re-install iTunes (version 11.1.4 64bit) on Windows-8.1. At the end of the installation process I got the message: "Service 'Apple mobile device' could not be started. Please check wheather you have sufficient authorization to start the system-services" (translated from German). This came though I was logged on as Systems Administrator. When I started the Task-Manager as Systems Administrator and tried to start 'Apple mobile device' I got the message "the service does not respond in time tot he start or control request. Error 1053)"
If I ignore the message above and try o start iTunes I get immediately "iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows error 126)". This happens whenever I de- and re-install iTunes.
Could you please help.

I was setting up my mothers macbook, During original set up I created a new apple ID, and she already has one, how do I delete the apple ID I created in error?

Purchased a Macbook for my Mother as I do not want to use another windows product. I need to delete a newly created Apple Id I created in error forgetting she already had a apple ID, any suggestions?

What I would do is reinstall the OSX and then use the intended apple ID so that it is associated with that Macbook.

Windows error - No Disk

For some reason when i connect my ipod to my computer, I know get the following windows error:
Windows - No Disk
There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into the drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR13

I don't think the problem is related to the ipod itself. The message pops up even when my ipod isn't connected. I think the problem is related to iTunes or QuickTime. I thnk it might have something to do with iTunes trying to prevent piracy (or maybe the database file is just corrupted).
Just before this problem started, I installed a second internal hard drive for back up purposes and I made a copy of my ipod and my iTunes library (over 4,000 songs) on the new drive.
One thing I tried was to uninstall iTunes 6.0.5. I then reinstalled 6.0.4 while logged in as “Owner” (with admin rights). The same problem occurred when I tried to launch iTunes.
Next I created a new user, “Pete” (also with admin rights). Then I logged on as “Pete” and installed iTunes 6.0.4. I was able to get iTunes to open, but I was unable to see my original library (which was located under “C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\My Music\iTunes”). Next I copied my original library to “C:\Documents and Settings\Pete\My Documents\My Music\iTunes”. I again got the same error message, "Windows - No Disk. There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive."
This made me think that maybe my original library database somehow got corrupted.
Then I deleted the “C:\Documents and Settings\Pete\My Documents\My Music\iTunes” folder. I was again able to open iTunes but it showed no songs in my library. From iTunes, I was able to use “File”, “Add Folder to Library” to restore almost all my songs to the library from recent backups I had made of my ipod and the “C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\My Music\iTunes” folder.

Boot is set to hard drive first and CDRW second.
Turn on the computer
8 seconds later it goes to Windows Error Recovery.
When I choose Launch Startup repair, it goes straight to Windows Boot manager. See #6.
When I choose Windows start normally, it goes to “Starting Windows”. After several minutes, it recycles to Windows Error Recovery Screen and then to Windows Boot Manager screen. See #6.
If I choose neither, it goes to Windows Boot manager; Windows failed to start; Status: 0xc000000e Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible. I do not have the Windows Installation disc.
Action taken:
Created a Window 7 64-bit system repair disk on another computer.
Changed bios boot to CDRW first and hard drive second and saved.
Inserted System repair disk into CD drive.
Turned on computer and pressed any key.
Windows loaded files from repair CD disk.
A Windows blue background screen with leaves appears without Windows logo (not the blue screen of death); files load and cursor appears; CD stops running; but nothing else happens with screen for eight hours.
I do not have the Windows Installation disc.
Please, what do you think is wrong with the computer or what should I do next? Your help will be greatly appreciated. How do I confirm that it is Windows 7 32 or 64 Bit? I am trying to fix this for my friend who probably bought it in the Indonesia area. Thank you in advance.

Windows loaded files from repair CD disk. A Windows blue background screen with leaves appears without Windows logo (not the blue screen of death); files load and cursor appears; CD stops running; but nothing else happens with screen for eight hours.
Something wrong with that repair disc or the hardware. The bitness of Windows on the hard drive should not matter at this point. I would burn another disc and try again.
Never seen a blue background with leaves. Can you snap a photo for us?

"Unable to create volume" error when exporting

Exporting photos from iPhoto gives me the "unable to create Volume" error. iPhoto and Mountain Lion are the latest versions, and most recent updates. Library of 30,000 images is currently on an NAS. Destination drive is formatted Mac OSX Extended (Journaled, Encrypted).
Library has already been rebuilt. No change.
PNGs have been deleted from library. No change.
Tried batch re-titling every image in the library library, and exporting so that exported files were named according to title, followed by a number--thus no two files would have the same name. No change.
Any suggestions?

Library of 30,000 images is currently on an NAS.
Likely cause right there.
iPhoto needs to have the Library sitting on disk formatted Mac OS Extended (Journaled). Users with the Library sitting on disks otherwise formatted regularly report issues including, but not limited to, importing, saving edits and sharing the photos.
Select one of the affected photos in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Reveal in Finder -> Original. A Finder Window should open with the file selected. Does it?

Getting an "unable to Load the tables in the power pivot window" error

I have 2 worksheets in a excel file and would like to load both into a power pivot table. When I click the 'create linked table' in the pwer pivot ribbon, The powerpivot window open and looks like its about to load the data but then I get

I get first the same error as above but after I look into the details I see the following error message:
in translation the error message is: There is already a item with the same key added.
I can open the power pivot window in diagram view. And after I refresh the data in one of the tables I can open it in the table view. I have already searched for "!" signs in the calculations and searched for calculations with same name but that
is not the problem.
Also I can't open the synonym window. I think this has something to do with it because I've made changes in the synonyms.

To fix this issue, you need to change the Identity of your website's Application Pool to use the
NetworkService account (or the less secure LocalSystem account). By default, IIS7 seems to set the Application Pools Identity to 'ApplicationPoolIdentity' instead of NetworkService or LocalSystem.
Here's a step-by-step guide for determining your websites Application Pool, then changing its Process Model Idenitty in IIS7:
1.Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manger.
2.In the Connections sidebar, drill down into Default Web Site and click on your website.
3.Now in the Actions sidebar (on right side), click on Advance Settings... In the popup box, under General you will see your Application Pool listed for your website (in my case the app pool is: ASP.NET V4.0).
4.Click Cancel... If you choose, you can change the Application Pool here, but for the sake of this example we just wanted to find out what the website's App Pool was.
Then change the app pool's (Process Model) Identity to 'NetworkService', the steps are showed as below:
1.Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manger.
2.In the Connections sidebar, click on Application Pools.
3.Now right-click on theApplication Pool that your website is using (in this case my site is using the ASP.NET v4.0 application pool), and select Advanced Settings... from the menu.
4.In the Advanced Settings pop-up box, locate the Process Model -> Identity section and click on the Application Pool Identity.
5.In the Application Pool Identity pop-up box, change the Built-in account to NetworkService (or if you want LocalSystem), then click OK, and click OK again to save your Advanced Settings changes.

Getting windows error during running the sql scripts from form 6i

I made a little form application. The purpose of this application is to generate explain plan for a particular SQL. Some sql scripts run internally in order to populate the result on forms screen after pressing the forms button but I am getting windows error during running the sql scripts from form 6i.
I am using forms 6i with patch 17 with Oracle 10G database on windows 2000 professional on same computer.
This application runs fine with 8i.
Please inform me where the problem is and how to overcome it.
