Created new array successfully, but how do I mount it?

Hi All,
I recently upgraded the drives in Bay 2 of my Xraid. I created the array successfully using Xraid Admin, but nothing shows up on my desktop now. I can't seem to get the array to show up, even though it was created successfully.
I restarted to try to get it to show up, and also looked for it in Disk Utility, to no avail. Am I missing something really simple?

You do need to look for it in Disk Utility and then partition your new RAID in whatever format you want to make it usable.
However, if your RAID isn't showing up in Disk Utility that's another matter:
Are both sides connected via fibre channel cables? The side are logically separate and both sides need to be attached.
If so, what are is being reported as to the status of the fibre connections? What does the fibre utility or System Preferences (depending on OS version) say?
What shows up in System Profiler under fibre? Are there and SCSI units showing up?
And last, but not least, when everything seems absolutely fine and nothing should be wrong - is LUN masking enabled?

That refers to the 3 digit security code on the back of your credt card, not a security code for the iPad.

Contact Apple support at 800MYAPPLE and ask them to assist you with resetting your security quesitons.
They will ask you to verify your identity. Not usually a big issue. Call them ask for assistance.
They can walk you through getting the security question issues resolved.

No, your accounts will remain separate, any content that you download via either account will be tied to that account - so each account will only be able to authorise its own downloads on your computer's iTunes, redownload them, download updates to its apps, and make in-app purchases in its apps.
Is there are particular reason why you've created a new account ? If it's due to, for example, no longer having access to your old email account then you can update the email address on an account by tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and selecting 'view apple id' on the popup and logging into it, via the Store > View Account menu option on a computer's iTunes (click the Edit button to the right of your id at the top of your account's screen), or via http://appleid.apple.com . If you want to re-use the email address on the account that you've just created then you will need to change that first

Is it asking for a PIN (for a debit card) or the three-digit number on the back of the card (for a credit card)?

NetBeans Create new Record to Database, How to retrieve it?

I am new to java and using NetBeans and JBoss to develop a new web application now.
I created a new "ComModule" record to "ComModule" table in database inside my servlet while clicking Add button on my web page.
The codes are:
ComModuleFacadeRemote comModuleFacadeRemote = this.lookupComModuleFacade();
ComModule cm = new ComModule();
cm.setSerialNumber(serialNo);
cm.setMacAddress(MACAddress);
comModuleFacadeRemote.create(cm);
As in ComModule class, I have set the ComModule ID as sequence and primary key. So this code will add a new reocord by increasing the sequence key automatically.
What i need to do now is to retrieve the new added record in "ComModule" table and pass it as an Object for other uses.
e.g. I can do like this:
ComModule cmObj = comModuleFacadeRemote.getComModuleByID(id);
BUT the problem now is I don't know the ID of the new added record. How can I retrieve it?
In ComModuleFacade(), the common method are CREATE, DESTROY, EDIT, FIND, FINDALL. Is there a method that I can directly retrieve a new inserted record??

I have check our database and found out that all periods with usersign as -1 if they are not the periods belong to the first year. It might be designed that way.

I can't sign in to iCloud on my Mac due to an alert stating that my email address has not been verified.
If you can't sign in due to the alert “Account not verified - Check your email for instructions for verifying your account”:
Close and reopen iCloud preferences before attempting to sign in to iCloud again.
If that does not resolve the issue, check your email folder and Junk folder for a verification email sent from Apple.
If there is no verification email in your email folder or Junk folder, click the Resend Verification Email button in iCloud preferences.

Creating new task in DITA, how do I choose Strict or General?

I'm using DITA 1.2 with FrameMaker 12.
I've seen how I can create a new task with DITA > New DTIA File > New task... But the 1.2 DITA standard is supposed to support two types of task, strict or general. How can I specify that I want a general task rather than a strict one?

Hi Archaeopteryx...
If you look in the structure app definitions (global), you'll see that there's a "generalTask" structure app. The app named "task" is strict, and the other is general. I've not tried it but I believe that you'd need to add the generalTask to the application mapping in options. When you do this it should show up in the New DITA File menu.
You may not be able to use both task types in the same app mapping .. I don't know .. but since it's not included in the default mapping, you may run into trouble getting it working. But definitely give it a try and let us know!
Maybe someone else who has done this will chime in with some useful info.

Created new Art Brush but it dissapears

Let me just say I am reasonably new to Illustrator.
I've created a new art Brush: New brush>Art Brush> and made my selections and clicked ok. The brush then shows in the brush palette where I have access to use it but then when I close the document and reopen a new one the brush dissapears. Where did it go and how do I get it back??
Please help... not sure where I am going wrong in saving the brush.

Once you create a brush in Illustrator you need to save it by choosing save brushes under Brush libraries menu.
What you can do now open the old document click on the save brushes and than open the new document and under Brush libraries menu select other libraries and open the saved brush library from the previous document.
