Created pages in SP 2013 Online and they are not showing up in SPD 2013

Am reposting this question as the suggested solution did not work :-(
I created pages in SP Online 2013, on the public side, as suggested I did find where pages had to be approved, they were I did see others that were marked as "draft" they were not needed to I deleted those. The home page was marked "draft"
and changed it to "Accepted".
Even before doing this, the SPD would show the public site correctly when I clicked on Preview in Browser.
What do I need to do so that SP public side links up with SPD?

The Public web site in SharePoint Online uses the Publishing features of SharePoint. So the pages you created are actually just collections of content that are overlayed on a Page layout at run time. The page layouts are stored in the page
layout and master pages gallery. The content you filled in is stored as metadata attached to pages in the "Pages" document library. But those pages are just placeholders for the metadata content. They don't really contain any displayable
HTML. If you want to edit the look and feel of the page you need to edit the page layout. But be aware that the page layout may be used by several pages. If you change the look and feel all the pages will change.

Itunes content is not incliuded in the backup that itunes performs.
Audiobooks are not part of icloud and cannot be redownloaded.
You can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception.

I recently had to wipe out my phone and lost everything! I have been able to recover all apps, pics, songs. Lost alot of my contacts due to me not backing up my info to icloud more often. Ringtones are currently a one-time only download, they won't appear under the Purchased tab nor in the cloud. Have you got copies of them in the Tones section of your computer's iTunes library or in the backup of your downloads that you can use to re-sync them to your phone ? I contacted Itunes and they told me to go to my account and re-download the songs. I opened my account and found the recent purchases, but they are not recent, there are 250 songs in that list, how come? And ITunes didn't give me an option to download only the ones I am missing. I don't want to download 250 duplicate songs.
The Itunes updates are worst each time, BTW, Just starting to get sick and tired of Mac and Apple and Itunes and all this complicated stuff because of your paranoia of people "stealing" songs, but in fact, who is going to download songs ilegally is going to do it anyway, So all you are doing is to make it difficult for honest people who actually buy the songs and can't have them. I reported the problem several times and didn't get any more answers. Hope this works before I disoute the charges of the songs I don't have.

I'm not sure how the Purchased Playlist decides what to put into it, but if you want to see all of your purchased items, then you need to go to the iTunes Store, and on the right side, under Quick Links, click on Purchased.
Then, click on the Music (or whatever other purchased items tab you want to look at). If you are looking at Music, click on All Songs, and then on "All" or "Not on this Computer" (depending on what you want to see).

Two days ago I purchased The Dark Night Trilogy on my Apple TV. All three movies are available on my Apple TV, iPhone and iPad. Today I wanted to check out the itunes extras on my Mac but none of the movies are showing up. I checked under both the store and purchases.
What can I do about this?

If they are iOS apps and you are signed into your computer's iTunes with the same account that you originally bought them with then they should show in the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page.
If they are Mac apps bought from the Mac App Store and you are signed in with the same account, then they should show under the Purchases tab in the Mac App Store.

You should be able to go > App Store > App store (menu) > store > view my account > sign in. Where do you vary after following this point. In between ID summary and Settings should be a section marked iTunes in the cloud and directly below but within that section, the message we are seeking.
I'm not doubting you, just don't see why you have this problem.

iTunes does not garentee to carry a book forever, a serious flaw. If you can't find the book in iTunes anymore and didn't keep it on the computer, or backed up, it may be gone.
To add audio books to the iPod;
you have to check the box at the bottom section of the Books screen that says, "sync audio books"

Did it used to be on that computer ? Your music library will only be where you put it, buying a new computer and installing iTunes on it will not put your library on it.
If you go in Edit > Preferences in your iTunes and on the Store tab tick the 'show iTunes in the Cloud purchases' tickbox then your iTunes purchased music might show in the Music part of your library with cloud icons against them for redownloading - if you've moved countries since buying the music or if it's no longer in the store then it won't show for redownloading. And check to see if you've hidden any of your purchases : iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases - Apple Support
For your own music (e.g. copied from CDs) and what you can't redownload then do you still have your old computer with it on, or do you have a backup of your downloads/library, or is it on your phone ? If on your phone then there are some programs listed halfway down this page which should be able to copy it back : Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

You have to install the iCloud control panel for windows, then sign in with you apple ID, and check what you want to sync.

I have spent the last two or three days trying to do what you suggested. I uninstalled Adobe 6 from Windows. Some files that CS6 placed on my system during installation remained, including fonts and .dll files.
I had to abandon the Cleaner Tool you suggested because in one screen it allowed me to specify removing CS6 only, but on the following screen it only gave on option to remove ALL Adobe programs. I could not do that because I didn't have the serial number handy for CS3 in case I want to reinstall it at some point.
I tried to get technical help with the Cleaner Tool problem but no definitive help was available, so I reinstalled CS6 again without having the benefit of the Cleaner Tool. I tried to get the serial number for CS3 so I could use the Cleaner Tool but spent 2 wasted hours in chat. Even though I had a customer number, order number, order date, place of purchase, the email address used AND 16 digits of the serial number, in two hours the agent couldn't give me the serial number. After two hours I had nothing but instructions to wait another 20 minutes for a case number.
Illustrator CS6 is still trying to open some backups as Text and otherNone of the problems have been fixed. I have tried to open/use the .ai files in CS6 installed on another system and am getting the same result, so I don't think the software was damaged by the cleaner. The hard drive cleaner is well-known and I've run it many times without any problem to previous versions of Illustrator or any other programs.
When I ordered, the sale rep promised good technical support and gave me an 800 number, but after I paid the $2000, I learned that the 800 number she gave me doesn't support CS6 and hangs up on me. Adobe doesn't call it a current product even though they just sold it to me about 3 weeks ago.
Would appreciate any help you experts can offer. If I can't solve this, the last backup I can use was from June and I will have lost HUNDREDS of hours of work and assets that I cannot replace.

I typed Aperture into Spotlight and sure enough it did show up.
It looks like it is supposed to be in Apps.
But it is not there.
So I clicked on the spotlight Aperture and it opened up the App!!!!
But I do not know where it is to move it!
How can I find it?
While Aperture is running and you are seeing it in the Dock, ctrl-click (or right click) the Dock icon.
You will see a contextual menu. Click on "Options", then select "Show in Finder".
And check the "keep in Dock" mark, so you will not lose it from the Dock.

By "game center account", do you mean Apple ID?
If so, you can change it.
1. Tap settings and navigate to iTunes and App Stores
2. Tap "Apple ID" and then tap "Sign Out"
3. Log in with a different ID.
