Creating a new custom attributes in org structure

Hi SRM guru,
We have a requirement to create the custom attributes in T770mattr for EG employee number.
I have to specify a field name to for entries to be made in table TT77oMATTR. where do i create the field name?
We have a requirement to match the custom attributes to a custom field developed on the shopping cart screen.
if u suggest me how u have achevied the same, then i can also follow the same.

how to decide a which table and field name has to de used, bcoz system is auotmatically assign some HR table for me and in ur example u have used tax tables..

    Hi!
    What would be the process to create a new custom language code to MDMP enabled SAP (6.20)? And the same question for a Unicode system ECC6.0?
    The new language (let's call it ZZ) would be an exact copy of Chinese language ZH.
    As far as I have understood, the requirement is to maintain different Chinese material descriptions and tax rates for the same material in different Chinese customs areas. Standard SAP doesn't support this it seems. So, ZH would be used for custom area 1 and ZZ for customs area 2. Each with their own descriptions and tax rates.
    Solution-wise I appreciate any good tips but if we really  have to go down to this "second Chinese language" path I'd like to know how big a task it is.

    in a Non-Unicode system, SAP notes 112065 and 302063 describe possibilities to use additional language keys.
    In a Unicode system, SAP note 73606 (attachment supportedlanguages2.xls) shows all supported language keys.
    However these additional language keys enable you to maintain additional descriptions (e.g. for display or printing).
    But in general it is not possible to enable different tax rates depending on language keys.
    This sounds rather like a localization requirement. For this area there are usually other attributes which can be used (like e.g. company code).

    For creating Customer the interface tables are RA_CUSTOMERS_INTERFACE_ALL and RA_CUSTOMER_PROFILES_INT_ALL and the program name is Customer Interface.
    For creating party the interface table is HZ_IMP_PARTIES_INT and the program name is "Import Batch to TCA Registry"

  • Getting error while trying to create a new customer in R12

    I am getting the following error on top of the web window when trying to create a new customer using Solution beacon - R12 instance. Below is my navigation
    OM Super User --> Customer --> Standard.
    And when the web screen opens and I click on 'Create' it gives the below 3 error message and not displaying the proper fields. Can someone help me how to fix this?

    We have set up a new Operating Unit in Oracle Apps. Now when I am trying to create a new Customer in that Operating Unit, I am receiving following error:
    ERROR MESSAGE:-Please set the Receivables system options for this operating unit and ensure that the MO: Operating Unit profile option is correctly set with an operating unit that is set up in Receivables.
    We do have MO: Operating Unit and MO: Default Operating Unit set properly at Responsibility level for the Responsibility through which I am accessing this form.

    InfoPath blows up with an error message saying "Invalid form template"...
    No, I do not have any added data connections in the form.
    No, I have not added any fields or done any modifications of any kind to the form.
    I am doing exactly these steps:
    Open SPD
    Create a New Custom List
    Open List in SPD
    Click "Design Forms in InfoPath" (Item)
    Form opens in InfoPath 2013
    Click Publish (or Quick Publish...doesn't matter)
    See error message
    This wasn't a problem in my environment liiike, a week ago..? The only thing that's different is that I installed some security patches on the servers this morning...

    Also you can try to check if there are more useful ULS logs related to InfoPath issue according to the time of this error "Invalid form template" occured, it could help troubleshoot the issue.

  • How to create a new custom tag in JSF 1.2

    In JSF 1.2, all the classes (CommandButtonTag, CommandLinkTag, DataTableTag,...) in package com.sun.faces.taglib.html_basic are defined as final class. In JSF 1.1, we can create a custom tag that extends the tag in JSF taglib; it save us lots of time.
    Could anybody know how to create a new custom tag in JSF 1.2?

    If I recall, it was done because how tags were to be handled in 1.2 was very different from 1.1 and it was felt that developers shouldn't rely on implementation specific classes (unless they were SPI) for several other reasons (application portability being the big one here).
    If it's felt that this was the wrong decision, please feel free to log an issue [1] against the RI (to date, no one has).
    As to the 'borked' dependency URLs, please log an issue [1] if you find these. We have nightly builds going that work from a clean workspace and checking today's result, it seems ok.

    My requirement is to create a new customer in XD02 when I change the customer name or address of existing customer and not to update the original customer.
     ex.)  1. change the information of customer code 'F001'  in XD02.
              2. save 'F001'  not changing its information.
              3. create 'F002'  reflecting the updated information.
    I know normally, the existing customer is updated when we change its customer name or address in XD02, but I heard BTE may meet my requirement.
    Could you tell me how to realize it or possible BTE?

    I need to create a new Exit in my program which can be enhanced later by customer.
    Customer could then enhance it with CMOD
    But I can not find the 'create' function in SMOD.

  • Error When Creating/Inserting New Marketing Attribute Value

    Merry Christmas & Happy New Year,
    Need help here, when I create/insert new marketing attribute value in existing marketing attribute, I encounter the following error "The values currently maintained lead to inconsistencies in the database".
    In the detail error, it specifies that I was trying to change existing attribute which is not true.
    Initially i thought it was authorization issue, but when i do the same procedure in CRM GUI, it works fine, only from Web UI then i encounter the problem.
    Any lead is really appreciated.

    Hi all,
    Can anyone please help me in this regard?
    I want to create a new  customer account group for a new customer( using T code XD01/VD01). Like say a new group called  " Sold to Party Samuel" .How to do that?
    I want to get the " Sold to Party Samuel" option in the drop down menu in the Account Group in the Customer create window which i get by using the T.code VD01 or XD01.
    I have tried lots of tips from websites  one of which I am stating below but none of that worked!! ->
    Path:
    (T.Code : OBD4) IMG - Financial Accounting - Master Records -Preparation - Define Account group- New Entries ,
    then a window opens up with columns
    Chrt/Accts |Acct Grp | Name|From Acc | To Acc .
    Then i am clueless what to do?
    And is this the way Account groups are created?

  • Can I create and add my own customized attribute in Org.Model?

    Hi,
    I have a question on Org.Model. If I have to add my own attribute in the 'Attributes' tab, how can I add one.
    My scenario is like this:
    We are using the std Org determination based on employee responsible. But an employee may exist in more than one position in the CRM Org.structure. The ideal scenario would be to have the Org Determination talking place with a combination of Employee Responsible and the Store(customized) partner function.
    Please see what guidance you experts can give me. Points will be generous.

    Hi Fredrick,
    I dont think this should be a problem as when a user is assigned to two different org units, and when you are using the rule based to determine org based on the user (standard rule 10000194), the system will pop up to select the relevant org (it will pop up both org units where the user is assigned) and you need to select one that is relevant to you.
    This pop comes in transactions when you enter the employee responsible and if the org data profile is assigned to the transaction type.
    Hope this clarifies as per my undersatnding of your requirement and reward points if useful.

    i'm hoping somebody here can help, me i've been struggling with this for some time now. On a fresh FIM installation i create a custom entity named "Role" and add a few custom attributes.
    I then create an approval workflow and MPR for normal users to create entities of type Role, but another user must approve this request. The other user has a working mailbox - i've tried firing an action workflow that sends a mail notification when someone
    creates a new role and it is working fine. But, when i enable my approval workflow (the only field i changed from default is the approver) on the MPR, the workflow always failes with the message:

  • How to create a new cell attribute and add adorner to the cell

    I am relatively new to InDesign and wanted to do the following
    I want to add a new boolean attribute to a selected table cell. When this attribute is set, I would want to draw one line vertical and one line across the selected cell ( kind of like a "Plus" sign over the cell). I am wondering how to go about doing this.
    PS: I read the snippet snpManipulateTableStyle and can see how to change a cell style using existing attribute (kcellAttrFillColorBoss). However in my case, i want to create a entirely new boolean attribute and based on it being true or false, I would want to draw the adornment on the cell
    Any help with this would be greatly appreciated..

    I would create the new site first, then promote the new domain controllers and add them to the site. You can do this during the dc promote process.
    There's step by step guides already available for creating a site so I don't see any point reinventing one.
    Here's one:

    You may have to adjust the site links part since it looks like Site 3 will only be linked to Site 1.
    Of course, the IP addresses for the domain controllers in Site 3 have to be in the IP subnet configured for that site.
    Using the example above, you'll of course have to enter the information that makes sense for your netwrok.
    I doubt anyone will create a custom step by step for you using the information you provided  (they'd also have to know your subnets for one thing) but then, who knows.
