Creating a newsletter in pages and send email

I want to be able to send directly from pages a newsletter that I created in pages via mail. Is that possible?

Pages > Share > Send via Email > PDF is one way.

I have a question: I have created a newsletter in Iworks Pages. How can I send this out via mail as a newsletter ? So not as an attachment? I know Microsoft Publisher can do it with 1 click, but I don't want to move to MSFT. No it is multipage. Can't test for all appliactions but it was both sent and received on my system/Mail as the 3 pages in the document.
In other apps and always if the PDF contain several pages, it will be an attachment : what was rejected by the OP.

I need to create a forgot password page in which there will be two text box named user name and email id and user will provide his usename and email id in those text box. so apex will check that the provided name and email id are there in the data base and if email id corresponds to right user name then a mail will be send to that email Id containing auto generated password.

Algorithm for this would be..
<li> Compare username and email with values from DB, go to next step if they are correct, otherwise return error message
<li> Generate random password using combination of username and/or some random strings. You may use DBMS_RANDOM.STRING to generate this password
<li> Update your table with new password. If you store password as hash value (the way it should be stored), then hash password before updating it to table
<li> Send e-mail to use using APEX_MAIL.SEND

The new Pages v5 (Mavericks) uses a new file format with the same extension name (.pages). Older versions of Pages cannot open these documents unless you first export them as Word (.docx) and send these as Mail attachments. The same is true if you originate an IOS Pages v2.01 .pages document.
You may be sending to people who chose not to install Pages v5 on Mavericks and continue to use Pages ’09 v4.3 instead — especially for the superset of features that are presently not in Pages v5.

I created a newsletter using pages on my IPAD3. I can see see it...the icon is till there but when I tap it to open it, I get kicked out of pages.   Tried rebooting and I can open other documents, but not this one. Any ideas?

I created a newsletter using pages on my IPAD 3. All of a sudden I can no longer open that document.   When I click on it, it throws me out of pages all together. I can open other pages documents, but not that one. It is very frustrating to be able to SEE the file, but not open it.
I rebooted and I do have icloud back-up on but am not sure how to restore an older version. I also made sure there are no updates for pages.   Until the IPAD I used a home PC which I still have but am trying to wean myself off of. I wish now I had used MS Publisher on my PC for the newsletter even though I hate it.
Please don't tell me I have lost my Newsletter and 20 hours worth of work.

Try resetting your iPad. Hold the on/off and home buttons together for 7 or 8 seconds till the Apple logo appears.
I'm assuming your default is to save Pages documents to iCloud, and that you had a good WiFi connection when you closed Pages the last time you tried to save the document.

you can achieve this easily by creating a partner determination procedure in which you will be having more than one partner function having the function category as activity partner.
once you created the PDP just attach this to the transaction and then call the procedure when you are actually creating an activity.
for sending mail you can use FM
SO_SEND_MAIL_DOCUMENT_AP1
this is just one way
another way is which stephen suggests
you can use the personalised mail form functionality ,this is good in a way u neednt do any coding it will solve ur purpose in standard way.
another way is when you create campaign and when an inbound activity is created for the every survey response
this way you can send multiple mail and also for more than one or even n number of activity partners ,we can create the activity for the same

In my call flow there is an option to offer call to key in their phone number and script need to pass that phone number to supervisor as an email. Which version of UCCX/IPIVR you are using and what is the type of license? Because this feature is only supported with Premium License. Please check the UCCX data sheet from the below link.

HELP I created a newsletter from Pages - sent it out - those with PC's cannot open. What do I do?

I'm new to all this MAC system. I created a newsletter on Pages, sent it out and now getting emails saying no one can open it. DId I save it wrong? What to do? Thanks Rick

You probably left it as a Pages document, which is only readable on Macs. Export as Word or (much better) PDF using the File - Export menu.

Notification Template and send Email in oim 11g

Hi All
I need to send an email(html) format to users.I have created the a notificationtemplate through webconsole.
I am intrested to know are there any api's available in 11 g to access this particular notification template in my java code and send email to a user using this template.
iam referring to the class <oracle.iam.notification.vo.NotificationTemplate> and <Thor.API.OperationsInterface tcEmailOperationsIntf> classes but iam unable to access the notifcation template and send email.

Your link was helpful iam able to connect the the notification template.
Now iam able to get the Template name,Subject,ID,Locale etc.
I have one small question how to get the message from the template using this api,
I referred the NotificationEvent,NotificationTemplate api's still iam not able to get message from my template and set message in my template.
Is there any other API's i need to explore to get message from notification template.

So, Now i need to compress the data for less than 7MB.
I decided to convert HTML File into ZIP File.

SharePoint 2013 and IE 11 issue - While creating a Web Part Page and Editing Web Part Properties

I tried to edit a Web Part in SharePoint 2013 using IE 11 but I did not see the Edit Eeb Part dropdown menu at the top-right corner of the web part. Then I tried to create a Web Part page and I get the following error.
Cannot create a Web Part Page with the current browser. Browsers that support the creation of Web Part Pages include Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or later, Mozilla Firefox 3.0 or later, and Apple Safari 3.0 or later
Strange !!! My web browser is IE 11.
I tried the above two tasks in Google Chrome and worked fine.
Solution:
I added the site url to local intranet zone in IE 11 and I am now able to add Web Part Page and Edit Web Part in IE 11.
