Creating flash video to embed on website

I am a big fan of Adobe but I have to admit that the program development far exceeds my ability to keep up and I so dearly want to be able to do one "simple" project.  I want to be able to record 5-30 sec "green screen" segments on my video camera, extract them from the background, save it as DECENT QUALITY flash that can be embedded in my company website (small motorcycle dealership in Sweden) so that I can reach my customers in a better way.
I have seen a website that does this and truly want to learn it.  I am willing to buy whatever software is necessary.
The website is www . livefaceonweb . com .  Any suggestions? Where do I learn how to do it?

Hi,
To create a Green Screen transparent video, you need to have Flash CS5 IDE and After Effects CS5. Each and every steps to create a Green Screen transparent video, please click on the below link which will explain you step by step.

  • Creating Flash Video

    Hello Everyone and thanks for your help in advance.  I am extremely new to Flash (using CS4) and want to create flash videos for display in web pages.  I have used a few of the wizards and have gotten some rough, very amateurish looking results, but at least they work.  I owuld now like to create a more professional looking product that has a nice looking player skin, a thumbnail preview that is typically included, and some sort of "Click to Play" button.  Would someone be able to point me to a tutorial of this or walk me through the basic steps?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Here are a few links that might help you

  • Suggested method for creating flash video?

    I've searched through the forums and see that Apple seems to want to make things difficult for creating flash video for some reason. Regardless of why, does anyone have a suggestion for a simple solution to take a QuickTime movie file and convert/export it to flash video? I don't need a lot of bells and whistles, just the ability to end up with a flash file of my video. Thanks.

    Thanks, but I'm really trying to find something for use on my Mac. Or perhaps I'm trying to do something that isn't even necessary... What's the recommended method for creating good-quality video from my Mac to be used on the web? Flash stuff seems to have a great quality for smaller file sizes. Is there a comparable format I could use on my Mac to get similar results which most web users could open without installing some additional software to read it?

    I don't know that any Flash downloader extensions work in Firefox for Android. You would be best off asking for support from the extension authors at https://fvdmedia.userecho.com/list/21650-firefox-extensions/?category=4944

  • This laptop cannot run Flash video on the BBC website

    On this Vista laptop, I try to watch video of the Japan earthquake on the BBC website. But each video just shows a momentary red swirl, and then stays black.
    I have the identical problem on FF4.0RC, and there I can also run it in 'Safe Mode', with all addons disabled. With or without addons, it behaves the same as 3.6.15; no video.
    However, on the W7 laptop beside the Vista one, everything is fine, and the video runs in all three combinations there.
    The Vista laptop will show Flash video from YouTube perfectly OK, so it seems to be something to do with how the BBC site presents video.
    However, as the W7 laptop has no problems with the BBC site, it seems to be some configuration issue on the Vista laptop, rather than a general Firefox or BBC problem, or indeed, anything to do with my broadband set-up. (I'm guessing it's more subtle that just Vista vs. W7 here, as there are many other differences between the two laptops).
    I have watched video on the BBC site in the past, but that was a few Firefoxes ago. I also note the BBC videos will not run in IE8 on this laptop at the moment, though they are fine on the W7 laptop in IE9 (though I don't think the 9 has anything to do with it)
    Has anyone any suggestions as to what might be stopping the Vista laptop from showing the BBC videos?

    BBC iPlayer relies on Adobe Air. AIR 1.5.3 is the last version of AIR that supports Mac PowerPC and Windows 2000. AIR applications that require AIR 2 or later cannot be installed or used on a Macintosh PowerPC or a computer running the Windows 2000 operating system.

    I am in the same boat. I cannot watch flash videos on the BBC website or on BBC iPlayer, although all other flash videos (YouTube for example) are fine.
    For reasons that passeth all understanding, they work with the PPC version of Firefox, called TenFourFoxG5.app, once you have anabled plug-ins, as it does not natively support Flash.
    You can download TenFourFoxG5 from here:
    http://www.floodgap.com/software/tenfourfox/
    Now for the intersting bit: TenFourFox, like Firefox, does not support most plug-ins. Unless you are prone to headaches (in which case don't) you can read about that here:
    http://code.google.com/p/tenfourfox/wiki/PluginsNoLongerSupported
    But there is a workaround!
    Open TenFourFox and type in the address bar: about:config (no spaces) and click return. This gives you a warning that it might harm the application. Ignore that and click on 'I'll be careful, I promise' and you get the config file that you can edit - with great care.
    Look/search (scroll down) for: tenfourfox.plugins.enabled
    Set it to true. (Double click it to toggle it)
    Now close TenFourFox, open it again, and Flash will now work, as it now uses the plug-ins that Safari has stored.
    I am using Flash 10.1.102.64 in TenFourFox and it works just fine.

  • Create Flash Video to Stream on my Website....

    I believe I ought to be able to render a flash video from my Adobe Premiere CS3 or After Effects CS3 and then stream it on my website.  Problem is that's as far as it gets.  I haven't had any luck actually doing it.  Anybody have any ideas?

    Yeah, it's frustrating. I guess the YouTube and Vimeo people have been doing this for a while and they're pretty good at it!!
    I gave up trying to get as good quality from Flash renders, now I just embed everything from Vimeo.
    I did do a series of tests last year on YouTube to try to find the "sweet spot" of bitrate. I put up about 6 HD videos of varying CBR. There was a cutoff where any further increas in bitrate made no improvement.
    You could do a similar test if you like and try to find that "sweet spot"?

  • Flash video not showing on website after upload

    I created a short flash video using Flash8 and used
    DreamWeaver8 to insert it into my web page. I can preview the page
    in any browser using the "preview in browser" function of
    DreamWeaver. It plays perfectly. However, when I upload the page to
    my website the modified web page appears but there is nothing where
    the Flash Video should be.
    I upload in the following manner: Since I do all my web site
    construction while away from the home server, I use my laptop to
    modify things and then use a remote signin to my home computer that
    is hosting the website which gives me access to my home computer's
    (My Server) website folders. I then move a copy of the modified
    page containing the Flash Video, the Video.swf file, and the
    Video.fla file into the website files on the home server.
    Why wont it play?
    What am I doing wrong?

    Hi I have a similar problem, imported a medium res flv clip
    into flash, the clip is about 1Meg, works fine when playing back
    the local flash site but does not work via server. A very simple
    flash site with content all in same directory? using MX 8

  • Creating flash video pages

    Everything I read says how easy it is to insert flash video
    with cs4.. just a few clicks and presto! So why cant I get it to
    work? I have read tutorials until my eyes are bleeding and the best
    I can get is a transparent flash
    player with no content.. looks like a blank page until you
    drag your mouse across it. I created a new HTML inserted the flash

    The program you used to compress the .flv did not include the
    required
    Meta Data that the Flash video component requires.
    If you're on Windows, you can insert the Meta Data by using
    the free
    program found on the following Web site. If you're not
    comfortable with
    the command line, download flvmdigui105.zip as well (it's a
    GUI
    interface to the main program).

    There may be a Mac equivalent, or you might want to try a
    different
    encoder program.

  • Creating Flash video issues

    I am trying to convert a .mpg to a Flash video and can get
    most of the way but it's not playing on my web page. I can view
    locally when I do a open with IE and it plays before I upload all
    the files but once I upload all the files it will not play.
    These are the steps I am taking to do this:
    1. Open Macromedia Flash Professional 8
    2. Select File/New/Flash Document
    3. In Document Properties change Dimensions to: 354px w x
    240px h
    4. File/Import/ImportVideo...
    5. Where is your video file? On your computer: (Browse to
    file 'ff.mpg' and select Ok) then click 'Next'
    6. Deployment: I select 'Progressive download from a web
    server' (click Next)
    7. Encoding: In dropdown I select Flash 7 - Medium Quality
    (400 bps) and on right side change my slider to start where I want
    it to and then click 'Next'
    8. Skinning: Skin = ClearOverPlayMute.swf and click 'Next'
    9. Finish Video Import: Click 'Finish'
    10. Then a Save As pops up and I save to demo.fla (Flash
    Video Encoding Progress shows it encode the video)
    11. I can see the video in Flash 8 and view the video by
    going to Control/Test Movie and works great.
    In my /flash folder I have the following files: ff.mpg,
    demo.fla, ff.flv, ClearOverPlayMute.swf, demo.swf
    12. Open Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 and create new web page
    (File/New)
    13. Click on the flash icon and select demo.swf and it
    creates code and upload demo.html along with all the other files
    excep ff.mpg
    Link is:
    Page with my
    code.
    Does anyone have any ideas why this isn't working? Do I have
    to set something on the server? A friend with MX didn't do any
    encoding.
    Thanks for anyone that have any thoughts.

    I am also facing the same problem and I am told that you have
    to configure the MIME settings on your server
    & ensure that the path to the flv. is correct.
    Hope this helps

  • When will "Flash" video be viewable on websites with iPad?

      Adobe announced that it will support video for ios, but will it only be for iPad 2 or also iPad?  And when will it be available?  I constantly see video won't play messages on news websites and I'm getting tired of not being able to see video.  I have iPad, not iPad2.

    Really? All these responses and yet no one even gets close?
    You guys should really learn more before being so gracious with your opinions and answers.
    To answer the OP's question...
    What you are reffering to and read has nothing to do with Flash video, or websites, developers or anything on the web right now.
    The article, and the technology being refferenced is about LIVE STREAMING, not embedded videos, HTML5 or any of that.
    When a company sets up a "Live webcast" they do so through whats called the "Adobe media server", which is the standard in the industry for connecting Live video streams with you through a web browser.
    This is usually done through Adobe Flash, Java, and a few other plugins.
    Because of Apple's block on these technologies Adobe was kind enough to incorporate a new feature tide to Apple proprietary technology allowing these Streaming video feeds to be picked up by apple devices from the Adobe Media Server without needing a plugin, instead they will use Apple's proprietary software.
    That's it, the next time the president does a live stream you "may" be able to see it as well, instead of being the only ones in the world not capable. Thank Adobe for that.

  • Flash video not working on website

    I created a Flash flv file and imported onto a web page. When
    I tested it locally it worked fine but when I uploaded it to my
    server the video was missing, as was the skin. Any ideas?

    This is prob what you already know but i had this and this
    helped. You have to make sure the flv file and the skin swf is in
    the same directory as each other and make sure they are relative to
    the web page.

  • Posting flash videos in fullscreen on website

    Hi,
    We have .swf video generated using Adobe Captivate.We want to post it in our website. We want users to watch videos in fullscreen. But flash player(flash player 11.6 with active_x) does not seem to have fullscreen option.So we have to set size of flash using width and height parameters. But Its not possible to give width and height suitable for all resolutions. So is there any way to give fullscreen option in flash player or any way to watch .swf video fullscreen in website??

  • Problem creating Flash video placeholder

    I'm using this code to load a swf with an flv video file. The Flash movie also has a jpg placeholder that loads before the user clicks the video start button on the control panel. When the user clicks the start button, the placeholder overlay is tweened out of the picture and the video plays. This is what the code is upposed to do but it isn't loading the video. Can anyone tell me why this isn't working or what I can do to make it work?  This is meant to have an image rather than a black box before the user starts a video on a web page. Thanks. Here's the code:

    import com.greensock.*;
    import com.greensock.easing.*;

    movie1.addEventListener(VideoEvent.PLAYING_STATE_ENTERED, isPlaying);
    function isPlaying(e:VideoEvent): void
    { TweenLite.to(poster, 4,{alpha:0} ); }

    movie1.source="sandywoods_resident_export.flv";
    movie1.addEventListener(VideoEvent.PLAYING_STATE_ENTERED, isPlaying);
    function isPlaying(e:VideoEvent): void
    { TweenLite.to(poster, 4,{alpha:0} onComplete:hidePoster); }
    function hidePoster(){
          poster.visible=false;
    or use the normal class Tween, Tween Lite is efficient and compact, but sometimes does strange things
