Creating new client (via SCC4) doesn't create defualt users (SAP*,DDIC,...)

I've created a new client (100) via SCC4. After this, I've tried to login at this client with SAP* user and password PASS (i've also tested with the password that i've changed at installation). The message that the system displays is "Name or password is incorrect". I've been querying the SAP table USR01 and the user is not created for this client (only for clients 000, 001 and 066). What can I do to login at the system with client 100?

Once you have created the new client in SCC4:
- Goto transaction rz10
- From the drop down select the instance profile <SID>_DVEBMSG<NR>_<hostname>
- Select extended maintanence
- Add new parameter login/no_automatic_user_sapstar and set it to 0
- Save the changed profile
- Make sure to activate the new profile
- Restart SAP system
- login to the new client via SAP*/pass

Problem Creating New Client in SAP NW2004s ABAP+JAVA LINUX

I installed successfully NW2004s dual stack on linux vmware (SUSE10 enterprise server). This stack give me two client by default, 000 and 001. System gives me default user sap* and password: sapn4sadm
I want to implement the process for BW enabling, and I want to create New Client for it. I have been used SCC4 to create a new client by logging on with the Client 000, but the problem start, when I log-on with the new client.
Client: 002
User: sap*
Password: pass
I have tried system default password of sap* , but that also dosen't help.
It doesn't work, I also try RZ10 to change the value of login/no_automatic_user_sapstar = 0, but I don't find any profile , when I click on the profile field, i get the message "Profile not found". I am not figuring out where I am doing wrong.
How can I success to create a new Client in which i could log on with sap* user. Please Help me

In order to edit profiles In RZ10, you must first import them.
Menu: Utilities --> Import Profiles --> Of Active Servers
After this you can add your parameter.
One alternative is to edit the profile directly with vi, restart the system, do all client copy tasks, remove the parameter with vi, restart the system again and then import the active profiles.
the profiles are located in directory
/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/profile
and the filename is something like this
<SID>_DVEBMGS<instancenr>_<hostname>

1) Create a client going in to the path
Tools->Administration ->Administration -> Client administration -> Client maintenance
or can also use TCODE scc4
2)Login into the client with
User: DDIC or SAP*
Password

Error while creating new client

Hi,
recently i installed sap 4.7 in my system .
to create new client i copy the standard one and i assigned password .
While i am trying to login in to new client i am getting error "password is not right even though it is passsword given while creating new one.
can any explian me how to resolve this

I'm sure I will be calling AppleCare, but the problem is, they charge for the phone calls don't they? Because I don't have money to be spending to be on the phone with a support service.
In other things, it seemed like the only time my MacBook was working was when I had Snow Leopard without the 10.6.8 update download that was supposed to be done to prepare for OS X Lion.
When I look at the information of my HD it says that I have 10.6.8 but that was the install that it claimed to have failed and caused me to restart resulting in all of the repeated problems.
Also, because my computer is currently down, and I've lost all files how would that effect the use of my iPhone? Because if it doesn't get fixed by the time OS 5 is released, how would I be able to upgrade?!

You can create a client using transaction code SCC4. Then you need to perform a client copy, use transcation SCCL to perform a local client copy from client 000 using SAP_ALL/SAP_CUST profile.
Once you are done with you need to check whether the parameter login/no_automatic_user_sapstar is set to false (0). This can be achived in transaction code RZ10. You will have to restart the SAP server if the parameter value is altered(if not already 0).
Once the parameter is set then u can login to the client using user SAP* and password "pass". For performing client copy u will log into the destination client that is the client newly created and using SCCL perform the client copy.
Using BD54 u can create a logical system and in transaction SCC4 you can assign this logical system to the new client.
Once you are done with client copy then DDIC user will also be there with the master password given during installation time.
Using transaction SU01 you can create new users according to ur need and assign the roles/profiles as required.
Once this is done you can peform the IDOC sending and recieveing activity in between those clients.

          I have messed up with the existing 800 client in some configuration, Now i want to create a new client and want to set the configurations again, And which client we have to copy 000 or 800, because i did lot of configurations in 800 client. All my transports in 800 client are not released, if i copy 800 client will the old settings done in client 800 will be copied.
          For basis questions, where i have to post in SDN, because i did not find any section like SAP-Basis, suggest me where i have to post.
          Give me some suggestions on this.

You Need to do something like this .
Logon to the system
start Transaction SM31
Enter 'T000' as the table name
create a new entry with your preferred client number
logg off the system
Start a new gui logging on to the new client with user
'SAP*' and password 'pass'
Start transaction 'SCCL'
Use client 000 as source and your new client as target
give it the 'go'
wait some time
You can also do all these steps through the menu:
Tools
Administration
Administration
Client Administration
Client Copy
Local Copy

This can be done by Roles and authorisation.
Basis can be able to do the settings in such a way that once the user save the sales order at VA01, he can' t change anything in that.
THat can only be modified by the authorised person.

FLVPlayback creates new client

My application has alot of media in it and I'm using the
FLVPlayback component to play my video because it has a way of
adding cuepoints using AS.
GHowever, whenever I uise FLVPlayback to view a stream from
FMS2, the component uses a new connection and often does not close
the connection when navigating away from the page.
So... I have a single user running an application which is
creating 10+ clients on FMS2. As FMS2 has limited simultaneous
clients, this is very unsatisfactory.
Am I doing something wrong? Otherwise I will need to ditch
the component and create my own Video, NetConnection and NetStream
objects and playback media that way.

Report template error when creating new report via SAP menu

we have the following error on our system:
When trying to create a new crystal report on a SAP query, using the entry "Create new report from a SAP query" in the SAP menu an error occurs: An error ocurred while generating a new report template
The error message appears after the SAP logon and the SAP query selection.
I think this error is related to the report templates of Crystal...
Is there any default template for SAP integrated queries?
We are using Crystal Report 2008 SP2 with SAP Integration Kit.

Hi samm21,
First you'll need to rendeem your iTunes Music Store Card, even before creating an account. So type the code first, then a pop-up message will appear asking you to login in. Just hit "Create New" and finish the other steps. Don't forget to choose "None" as a payment option (if you want to)!

Create New gives an error "Could not find the user document directory"

Fresh installed Adobe Edge Animate CC (2014). When I try to Create New, I get an Error popup "Could not find the user document directory"

I think this worked!
I just downloaded an example file and tried opening from outside of the program. At first it gave me some errors but then loaded it up.
After that I've re-saved it and now I can create new files and open files.
Before that I also uninstalled old CC programs that were not showing in the Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
