Creating playlists on Lumia 820

Question

Ok, finally after connecting via usb cable I managed to get some music onto my Lumia 820, but can't see a way of creating playlists with the music app. There's a 'playlists' placeholder, but it just says: 
"It's lonely in here. Connect to your computer or go to the XBox Music Store to add music"
So what I want to do is just group couple of songs which are stored in my phone's memory into playlists. I can't see a way of doing this?

Much easier to manage playlists using a PC.
Create and name a playlist using the phone, single song. Start it playing and tap the bold song name below the album art. On the new page tap the save icon on bottom, give the playlist a name.  Pause the song.
Cinnect the phone to the PC via USB. In windows explorer open the music folder, open the playlist folder. Right click the playlist you just created, select the recources tab. That's what is is named in Win8, other OP systems may name it differently. In Win8 it may be hidden.
Now you have the recources tab with it's window. You can drag and drop songs that are on the phone Into the playlist. Using the window you can delete songs and change the play order.
