If i am using 11G andrtp is 11g but on rtp side if they configure SSL, is it mandatory to do it from our side also?No it not mandatory to enable SSL at your end however you have to configure identity and trsut at your end.
Any update on my regular question(The main forum question)? You mentioned that you are posting message from 10g to 11g and as per log you are sending it to URL - https://dev-nog.server:443/b2b/transportServlet
So few things which I see as a problem are-
    1. You should use URL https://hostname:soa_server_ssl_port/b2b/httpReceiver instead of https://dev-nog.server:443/b2b/transportServlet
    2. SOA server SSL port should be enabled (SSL should be enabled on SOA server)
    3. You should configure wallet at 10g side to contain trust cert of 11g server

  • Problem With OAM10g URL while Creating Policy

we are trying to protect a resource in OAM 10g for this we have created policy in that resource tab. we are not getting the URL which we mentioned in Host Identifier. Instead of the URL mentioned in Host Identifier we are getting the following URL.

URL prefix appearing under resource tab, is not because of Host identifiers. It is because of configuration you done during Policy Manager setup (after installing Policy Manager). During configuration, it asks for policy domain URI prefix and by default its value is /

How to add these missing resource types in OAM 11g?

    Hi
I didn't find solution for this issue. As I got this error in my VM machine, I reverted my snapshot to "After installing WLS" and then I installed and configured OAM again. This time I didn't get the issue.

  • Problem with Edit option for a role created in GRC 10.0

    Hello Experts,
I created a role in GRC 10.0 , I see my newly created role in the list of roles . If I want to Edit the role I select the row and click " OPEN" and edit the role.
But when I click the role directly and enter the role , the "EDIT"  button is disabled and even maintain authorization button is disabled.
Did SAP defined in such  a way that we should selct the role and click OPEN then only we can Edit or is this a Bug??
Please let me know if any one of you faced the same problem.

  • Unable to create Policy Definitions in CM 4.1.1c

I'm trying to create a Policy Definition and assign it to an Application I created, but I when I click Submit an error pops up stating:
Transaction not completed. Policy entry cannot be updated as there is no policy entry of type Other. Please create a policy of type Other or update the type of this policy to Other.
I want this Policy to be type Basic, not Other, and there is a type Other - which I'm not choosing. So why is this error popping up? I first tried this using version 4.1.1d, but it failed so I downgraded to 4.1.1c and it still fails.
I've attached a Word document with a few screen shots showing the error, and the fact that there is a type Other, even though I don't want to use it.
Am I doing this wrong or have I stumbled on a bug?

    Hello,
Read "Create Download Page for Embedded PL/SQL Gateway" section in following documentation.
    http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E14373_01/appdev.32/e13363/up_dn_files.htm#CIHDDJGF
<li> The first option is to modify the PL/SQL function WWV_FLOW_EPG_INCLUDE_MOD_LOCAL to include the PL/SQL download_my_file procedure and then recompile
<li> The second, described below, is to create a page in the application that has a before header branch to the PL/SQL download_my_file procedure. You then create a hidden item on that page for the document ID of the document to be downloaded.
I like and have used second option because, you can re-use apex specific features like Authorization schemes etc.
Please note that if you want to invoke custom procedures via URL, then you should allow them at web-server level. Above documentation explains this for EPG.

    Hari

  • Could not create new policy

Hi, i am using Access manager version 7 but I could not create policy for my new realm via the /amserver web console. The 'New Policy' and 'New Referral' buttons are always disabled. There is information message at the top "A referral policy with referred resources must be created to this realm in order to create policies in this realm". Any idea on how to add new policy ?
    Thanks.
    badrul.

You have to create a referral policy from a higher level realm, ie the top level realm to this realm first.

  • Create user in SAP GRC AC 5.3 for each module (RAR, CUP, SPM, ERM).

    Hello,
    I have a doubt.
The users of the modules of the SAP GRC AC 5.3 have to created in the UME of the EP Core, is that right?? And thet add the roles of each user for each module (RAR, CUP, SPM, ERM), is that right?
    Best Regards.
    Pablo Mortera.

    Hi Pablo,
To access GRC AC 5.3 you can create one UME user and assign different roles related to four GRC component.
Or you can create different GRC user and assign respective components roles.
The example of GRC Admin role are.

Step 2: Look for an unknown license type (FireSIGHT) as the following figure:
