Hi all,
Is it possible to set SAP BO to create raport automaticlly (for example on friday at 4pm) and send it using SBOMailer (also automaticlly)?

Hi,
This is probably not possible with B1 as SBOMailer does not have timing capability.
However, you have these features in XL Reporter where you can specifically schedule when the report should be generated and how it should be delivered ... printed, saved to an XLS file, sent to manager e-mail at desired time.

I have configure JMS bridge between MQ queue and a distributed queue ( which is targeting JMS servers in a cluster ).
Bridge is able to connect to all servers and transfer messages, except one.
Messages arriving on the MQ queue are delivered by the JMS bridge to all the JMS servers except one
We turned on debug on MessagingBridge on affected server and got the error msg in the attached log.

What version of WebLogic and MQ are you using?
Have you ensured that the target Destination and Connection Factory are both WebLogic artifacts (neither should reference an MQ resource)?

Create Document and send

Dear Friends,
i have ECC6.0 loaded, When i put transaction code IW23, Take a notification number, try to prepare and send a document or mail
by creating document and send by adding the recipent type.
in recipient type iam not able to find out complete options like saplogon etc etc.
But with some other user i can see those options easily.
Please Suggest. Thanks in Advance

i have checked it with su53 and then through PFCG i added the authorization transaction to one of its role.

Enter and send message from portal

Hi
I am able to allow user to enter rejection reasons using task TS20000139 (Enter and Send Message) when the user clicks the Reject button in SAP Gui. However when the user clicks Reject from the portal, the Enter and Send Message does not appear immediately. Instead it appears as a new task in the portal. Is there a way for the Enter and Send Message to appear immediately in the portal when the user clicks on the Reject button ?

Actually advance with dialog will work under some specific scenarios from the UWL.
1. If you are launching work items using WinGUI.
2. If you are launching work items using SAPGUI for HTML and are on a high enough release .
In other words, it depends on the launch mechanism - not the UWL.
Try checking the launch mechanisms.

-One funny thing I want to add too: when I put the iPhone in the Apple dock and connect it with my PC, I open iTunes and select my phone. There you can see the build, software version,.. But after telephonenumber it says N/A: not applicable.. Something I only just noticed. I'm pretty sure my number was displayed back in Nov. when I first got my iPhone 4S.

the Advanced with Dialog works fine only in certain scenarios, as Jocelyn mentioned in the following thread. pl go thru' this.
Extended Notification-Submethods and advance with dialog not supported...
COming to your requirement, if you want to provide a box for the user to enter Rejection reason on the portal side, you can use the User decision Actiion Handlers as given in the below link. It is very simple and fast implementaion.
I have done this recently, so if you need more details, let me know.

Creating Idoc and sending it to its own...

Hello All,
The functional design specified that an inbound function module needs to be created to process a custom IDOC, let's say ZMMDLRTL, and using the data from the segments from this basic type ZMMDLRTL, I need to create another IDOC of basic type PORDCR101 to create a PO. This PO IDOC would then have to be posted to the same system where the inbound function module that would process the ZMMDLRTL IDOC. So this is just like creating an IDOC and sending it to yourself right?
I used the function module MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE to create the PORDCR101 Idoc and sends it to itself. But now I am getting an error status 20, which is "Receive of IDOC is its own logical system". I just need some inputs on this.

Hi!
In two words - to avoid this error you have to send PORDCR101 to another logical system pointing to the same client and make corresponding settings in distribution model (as you use MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE).
Proceed as follows:
1. Create a "dummy" logical system name, say LOGSYSD. This dummy logical system will serve as the receiver system in the distribution model.
2. Using SM59 create RFC-destination LOGSYSD for the dummy logical system. The RFC-destination addresses the same client.
3. Create a distribution view in BD64 with your "real" logical system for client as the sender and LOGSYSD as the receiver for your message type.
4. Generate partner profiles for distribution model using BD82.
5. Using WE20 create inbound parameters for your message type for "real" logical system.

Change Pointers
I know how to change the description of a material using ALE Change Pointers.
I will give the following few steps
1) Tcode BD61---> check the change pointers activated check box
        save and goback.
2) Tcode BD50---> check the MATMAS check box save and comeback.
3) Tcode BD51---> goto IDOC_INPUT_MATMAS01 select the checkbox save and comeback.
4) Tcode BD52---> give message type : matmas press ok button.
   select all what ever you want and delete remaining fields.
   save & come back.
5) 5) go to Tcode MM02 select one material and try to change the description and save it
   it will effects the target systems material desciption will also changes
6) goto Tcode SE38 give program Name is : RBDMIDOC and Execute
   give Message type : MATMAS and Executte

Bpm,COLLECT AND SEND MESSAGES

Hi all,
My scenario is as follows:
Get user ids from SAP(receive step) ->
Make syncronous call to get Roles from SAP(send sync) ->
Append response message to message list ->
Make syncronous call to get roles from SRM(send sync) ->
Append response message to message list(both are same MT) ->
Transform message list to new message ->
Send message with to external system
The problem is that only the roles from the first message are sent to the external system. It did not map and send the second message. What do you have to do to get both messages sent in the same send step? Is it possible?
I set the message occurs for the source to 0...unbounded and the message occurance for the target to 1 per the pattern for both the message map and the message interface.

BPM - track and send message based on input message

Hi All,
I have simple bpm to receive two files, merge and create output file.
Start -- Receive1 -- Receive2 -- Transformation -- Send -- Stop.
Scenario is working good as expected, now I need to build the controls. I setup a timeout parameter for 1 min for the block. If File1 is available but NOT File2, after 1 min, bpm is terminated, but I need to send an email stating that File2 doesn't exist at the input folder. How do I track the message2 in BPM whether it exists or not and send an email.

Define a deadline block and set the tims out to 1 min.
Put one control step in your deadline block, to trigger exception:
In your exception branch: put a control step to trigger a alert, then another control step to terminate the process.
