Creating REMADV idoc- payment advice

Hi Experts,
I want to generate REMADV idoc after the payment run, can anyone please suggest the configuration need.
Thanks&Regards
Srinivas

Hello,
To create REMADV  you can use the program RFFOEDI1. This program should be added to the payment run, in the same you use the old RFFO* to create payment medium.
These links provide hints on how to configure it or how to define the integration:

  • OB55 Customer worklist REMADV IDOC Payment advice

    Hello,
We are using REMADV IDOC to enter payment advices for customer open items. We have for ex 3 customers A, B and C. Customer C is entered in Customer's master data A & B as the alternative payer. (company code, payment transaction tab). Customer C sends in payment advice with payment for line items of customer A & B. The aim is thus for the system to clear them by creating a batch input.  When viewing the REMADV IDOC (FBE3) we should have in field "account value "C" but in field "alternative account" we should have either customer "A" or "B".
This is done through the help of customer worklists. I am unable to understand how this works. How do I create a worklist?
I tried creating one in OB55 by naming it Worklist "Customer C" REMADV. Then in Edit > Automatic Worklist > Alternative payer. In there I did not enter anything in the prefix, in offset 2, display length 8. I tried many options prefix RE, offset 2, length 6.
but nothing is working. When integrating the REMADV IDOC, impossible for me to see in FBE3, in Alternative customer account A or B. It is always customer "C"
Can anyone explain clearly how to create a customer worklist.
Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi

  • REMADV Idoc

    Hi Experts,
Can anyone suggest that is there anyway to trigger the REMADV Idoc(payment advice) when a Goods receipt is posted.
    Thanks
    Srinivas

Using the REMADV inbound idocs, payment advices will be created. The created payment advices can be viewed using the transaction FBE3.
For creating internally it uses FB01 tcode. inbound function module will be IDOC_INPUT_REMADV.

  • F110- Payment advices for vendor - SAP standard solution

    Hello all,
I would like to generate Payment advices via Idoc to the vendor in a standard way ( no ABAP), can I use the program RFFOUS_C ( assigned in Payment method company code ) and generate the idoc payment advices via RFFOAVIS?
I canu2019t create the payment advices with the above programs, here what I have done so far
    1) Vendor master checked with the EDI flag
    2) FBZP is configured, assigned the RFFOUS_C
    3) Variant setup for RFFOAVIS
    4) Payment posted correctly but in the output its is saying " No row selected"
We are using classic payment medium.
Thanks in advance for your help

Have you created right variant in your parameters in F110. Otherwise, no advice will be created.
have you checked your FBZP settings, you must allow the generation of payment advice.
Are you looking into SP02 for payment advice.

  • REMADV Idoc setup

I want to send REMADV Idoc (remitance advice) to vendors after payment run F110 is complete. I have completed following steps
    1. in Vendor master checked the flag for "Pay. Adv. by EDI)
    2. Maintained variant for program RFFOEDI1 and selected variant in F110.
    3. maintained partner profile for vendor. with message type REMADV, Idoc type "PEXR2002".
After I run payment run, I do not get the Idoc. The log shows that no records selected for RFFOEDI1.
Can some please let me know what I am missing?
    Thank you
    Shrikant

In program there is a check for field REGUH-EDIBN. In our case the field is blank, and that is why the data does not get selected. Any ideas what needs to be done so that the field have value is 'X". I have maintained partner profile for vendor ( without message control) already.

  • How to seperate vendor payment advice form/customer payment advice form?

    Hi all,
i was wondering if you could create a seperate payment advice form for
    vendors
    and
    customers.
I used transaction code SE71 to visualize forms. Examples of payment forms for each company code can be found in customization "allocate forms to paying company code".
The challenge that you will have to take is to seperate the payment advice for vendors and the payment advice for customers.
Is that possible in SAP? Or is the payment advice for vendors automatically the same for customers?
What i want to make is the following:
    - payment advice for vendors
    - payment advice for customers
(So i can make changes in accounting clerk, addres, etc...)
    Thanks in advance.
    Pamela.

    Hello Pamela,
Payment Advice is normally unique for each Payment Method/Company Code.
If a special treatment is required to differentiate between Customers & Vendors (Example - Special information, layout difference, special details) in the Payment Advice, you can always handle it with in the same SAP Script Form that you configure for the Payment Method/Company Code.
Either the field KOART (Account Type) in REGUP enables you to differentiate between Customers & Vendors. Please let me know if you need some examples.
Hope this info answers your question. Please reward.

  • Payment advices to vendors using F110

    Hi
Can you please let me know how  it is possible to restrict payment advices to only some group of vendors using F110?
Eg:Required settings are made and activated in the system to send payment advices to vendors via email using Tcode F110.
Now the issue is ,we want to send payment advices to only one group of vendors not for all.
Can we restrict the payment advices to only some vendors or vendor group?
    regards

    Hi There,
Yes, you can send the payment advice to a selected group of vendors.
E.g., you are using RFFOEDI1 for generating the payment media. Create a seperate payment advice variant, and give the vendor range in this variant.
If above is not meeeting you requirements, another possibility is to create a user exit function module at the event 00002040 in FIBF transaction. You can copy the standard sample function module and can make change to allow to send payment advices to a selected vendor account group.
I hope that this will help. If fine, please assign points.
    Regards,
    Gaurav

  • Split spool for payment advice

    Hi expert,
I would like to send payment advices to vendors via FAX.
I run the payment program, which triggers a background job and produces 1 spool with payment advices for all the selected vendors.
The faxes cannot be sent. They are blocked because there are many different fax numbers in the spool.
How can I create 1 spool per vendor?
    Do you have any experience?
    Thank you for your feedback.
    Kind regards,
    Linda

    Hello,
As stated above, if you give 99 lines, it will create a separate payment advice after 99 lines.
Restricted to : you can give the number of line limit.
Payment advice note upwards of ... lines (Check this radio button)
The number of lines on the payment medium where note to payee information for the business partner can be stored is restricted. In the event that more lines are required, a payment advice note is displayed on the payment medium and a separate payment advice note created.
In that case, irrespective of number of vendors, a new payment advice gets generated after 99 lines. I mean if a vendor is having 120 line items, then for 99 one payment advice and 21 lines another payment advice gets generated. I have not tested this. You may please be required to test this.

  • Bank Statement - payment advices

    Hi All
Probably it's easy but I can't find it myself. Where I can switch off the functionality of creating and posting payment advices when posting bank statement using the Posting Type 8 - Clear Customer Account. I rally don't need that and can't get rid of this.
    Will appreciate any help.
Thanks and have All nice day!

    Hi Robert,
I think there is a setting in the posting rule definition for bank statements, where you assign the external transactions to posting rules. These are cash management advices so not sure if that is what is happening in your system.

  • Lockbox BAI2 - EDI 820 Payment Advice

    Hello All,
Thanks very much for your time.
We currently have lockbox with BAI2 format file coming in from the bank for all our customers.
As an enhancement, we want to implement lockbox payment advice to come directly from the customer through EDI 820 payment advice and will only receive the payment header (the 6 record) on the lockbox file from the bank.
The small customers will still follow the current process - send their check and payment advice to the bank and the detail will be transmitted via the BAI2 lockbox file.
I know this can be done - but have some questions regarding the timing of the files and the set up process.
When the EDI 820 payment advice file comes in first, the system can be set up to wait for the header file from the bank to clear the customer account / open items. But if the lockbox file gets in the system before the EDI 820 payment advice file, the payment will get posted on account based on the MICR number without any customization process. Is there a process that has been successfully implemented to deal this scenario?
Please let me know and thanks again for your help.
    AM

Incoming payment advice or outgoing?  I don't have the details with me, but roughly, you will have to work with the ABAP and EDI people to convert the EDI into the relevant IDOCS (I think the IDOC type is PEXR2002 and msg type is PAYEXT). For automatic postings for incoming EDI/IDOC payment advices the FI consultant will then define the posting rules to the relevant G/L accounts (TCode OT83).
    Thanks,
    Frank

  • How should we delete payment advice?

    Hi everyone,
Can anyone please clarify me the following question?
I have created a remittance/payment advice in FBE1just 6 days back. Now, when i am trying to delete this advice system threws  message "Pmnt advice XXXXXXXXXXXXXX cannot yet be deleted: Age 6 days, min.period 10 days, Message no. FA038".
we did configuration for payment advice types and Number of Days until Deletion of Payment Advice is 10. But i have many old payment advices and wants to delete all. How should i delete in one stroke? I know it is possible in TC: FBE6 but one by one....
Also, is there any way to be deleted automatically if they are older than 10 days in SAP??
    Thanks to all,
    Deepu

    Hi
In the same transaction code goto the list mode and then give your parameters and then in the edit tab on the menu click on delete on selection. Hope it works. There is another T code FPAVDEL which allows a range by date but sadly I believe it holds good for FI-CA. Not very sure whether it would work for you though.

  • Send Payment Advice via Fax & E-mail

    Hi,
We would like to send Payment Advices to vendors via Fax & E-mail.
We have put the e-mail and the fax number in the company code specific data of the vendor (i.e. accounting clerk's data) and we have configured the Payment Advice form.
When we make a payment run and select many vendors, we want to be able to:
    - send the payment advice for vendor 1, 2 & 3 by fax
    - send the payment advice for vendor 4, 5 & 6 by e-mail
The issue is that only 1 PDF is created with the payment advices of all these vendors.
When we want to send it via Fax or e-mail, it will be rejected, because there are different fax numbers/e-mail addresses in 1 PDF document.
Is it possible in a payment run to generate 1 Payment Advice per vendor?
    Thank you for your feedback.
    Kind regards,
    Linda

    Hello,
    I would like to check
OBY6 - Make sure you have not ticked "No foreign currency exchange rate differences"
OB09 - Make sure sufficient accounts are maintained for account determination with loss and gain accounts.
OBA1 - Check your account determination for different keys
OBYY - Check your account determination in OBYY (probably this must have covered in OBA1)
check also in the configuration in case if have maintained any maximum % rate for foreign exchange differences per company code / per currency.
I would also recommend you to go through
Note 582987 - FB05: Translation postings with missing Customizing
Note 1041579 - Error F5 063 when transferring invoice to accounting

  • Posting Partial Payments throught incoming REMADV - Payment Advice

    Hi ,
I am trying to post payment differences as partial payments whilst processing incoming payment advices via EDI using IDOC message type REMADV.
In table T076A (auto-clearing with payment advice notes), I have configured the company code with payment advice type "06" and set active the flag for "Partial Payments" (XPPMT), However, whilst processing payment advices through RFAVIS40, the payment differences are still posted as Residual Items - and NOT partial payments.
I need the original invoice item open and not cleared - with residual items the original invoice is cleared.
I have seen SAP note 309952, which states that payment advice notes created manually are processed as standard via residual items in case of payment differences. However, in my case, I am posting payment advices created via an IDOC and are of type "06", therefore I am expecting that they should be processed according to the flag in table T076A...i.e with Partial Payments.
Can anyone help with this issue? Or have experienced something similar and came up with a solution..
    Thank you in advance.
    Sandip.

Hello Shannon, At my current client, we are also having the same requirement i.e. incoming payment advices are posted via EDI 820 in the legacy system. Now we have to start brining these payment advices into SAP... were you able to get your issue resolved.... any help will be great. thanks.

  • Vendor Payment Advice - idoc PEXR2002

    Dear guru,
My customer would like to receive a payment advice from the bank regarding the vendor payments done.
It means that after processing the F110 and sent the payments to the bank, we will receive an acknowledgement idoc from the bank in order to inform us that all payments have been correctly processed.
I have seen that the idoc PEXR2002 can be used as "payment advice" with message type REMADV for instance. But all the cases that i have seen concerned customer payment advices sent directly by them.
Is anyone know if it is possible to use this idoc in order to retrieve the payment information for vendor and not customer?
If yes, where can we retrieve those information in SAP? Besides the table AVIK/AVIP, can we check the payment advice integration somewhere else (reports, financial document)? because in our case we just want to retrieve the confirmation of payments but there wont be clearing between payment/vendor invoice because it will have been already done at F110 processing.
I hope this is clear enough.
Thanks a lot for you help
    Guillaume

    Hi Afzal,
For sending Payment advice by E-Mail, "You need to copy SAMPLE_PROCESS_00002040 and adjust it to write code as per your requirement. This BTE runs for each payment advice note to be sent and in the module, it is mentioned 1=print, 2 = Fax and I=mail, so you can set your priority, that if an E-Mail address is maintained in the vendor master, send mail or if no E-mail address is maintained send Fax, and if both are not possible shoot a Print.
From Configuration side, you need to maintain the Z copy of SAMPLE_PROCESS_00002040 in FIBF transaction under the Process module of a customer without country or application indicator.
