Creating TO using L_TO_CREATE_DN with SLED or Expiry Date????

Hi Team,
I am writing a Ztcode program for the TO creation using function module L_TO_CREATE_DN function module. But my requirement needs VFDAT (Expiry Date ) to be saved for the Trading Order which we create using tcode LT03, Were SLED, Shelf Expiry Date is required during creation with screen.
Can anybody help how to create TO using FM with expiry date...

please check the wm status in the inbound delivery, by this error message looks like plant+sloc is not wm managed ?also if possible Please share the screenshot of the putaway tab of delivery

How can I create Droplets using Actions with several Stops?

My Droplets (using Actions but with several Stops) work very nicely when using a single image source. However when using multiple images thing start to go crazy.
At the first stop on the first image a pop-up emerges asking me to continue to the next image or stop. If I select stop I can continue with the Action for this first image and complete the Action on that first photo.
If I select continue it halts the action on that photo at the first stop then opens the 2nd image and repeats the action to the first stop on the next photo then the pop-up appears again and the cycle repeats.
How can I create Droplets using Actions with several Stops?

I don't believe this is possible when starting from Java. I think you need to start with a WSDL to get this to work. I am curious as to why having multiple WSDLs is an issue, would you care to eloborate.

Create a logical column with more than one data source

I'm having a problem to create a logical column with more than one data source in Siebel 7.8.
What I want to do is the union of 2 physical tables in one logical table.
For example, I have a "local_clients" table and a "abroad_clients" table. What I want is to have a logical table "clients" with the client data from the 2 tables.
What I've tried is dragging the datasources I need onto the logical column.
However this isn't working because it only retrieves the data from the first data source.

I think it is not possible to do this just by dragging the columns to the logical table. A logical table can have more than one source, but I think each column must have just one direct source column.
I'm not sure, but maybe you should do the UNION SQL to get the data of the two tables. In the physical layer, when you create a new physical table, it's possible to set the "table type" as a "SELECT". I didn't try that, but it seems that it's possible to have the union table in the physical layer.

Did you change any of the text in the lob write statements ?
I believe you get this error if you increase the number of characters without increasing the 1st argument which looks as though it represents the number of characters

While installing BODS i used the option to create DB .... Before that even I had Microsoft SQL server installed for MDM which was working fine (Able to Log on and so on)...
Do I need to install Oracle in order to create repositories? How to proceed further please suggest.

What version of SQL Server are you using for the repositories? Maybe the error is because DS can not create repositories in SQL Server 2008. You can read and write data with SQL2008, but you need to create the repositories in SQL2005 or another RDBMS. I'm not sure when DS is going to be able to create them in SQL2008.

Using Spry with large amounts of data

I was wondering if it is plausible to use spy's Auto suggest
feature with queries that return around 18,000 rows of data.
What are the limitations of using spry with this kind of
overhead?
My current Situation
I currently have a cfc that returns a query which is then
converted to xml using a toXML function and then loaded into spry.
At this time the xml that is created only contains around 500
rows but when this is all hooked up to spry's auto suggest feature
i am experiencing very slow load time.
What am i doing wrong? My end result would like to be a
lookup to over 18,000 employees

Creating XML using DBMS_XMLGEN with a namespace

Is it possible to create an XMLTYPE using the DBMS_XMLGEN function set that contains a namespace. As far as I can see only the 'setrowsettag' function allows any control over what goes into the root element - should I be including, for example, an attribute called 'xmlns' with a value?
The reason I ask all this is I'm trying to validate xml created from a select statement against a registered xsd.

How to create site using DWS with "use unique permissions" set to false?

Is there web service call that can set newly created site (created using dws web service) to NOT use unique permissions?
Or how to make site to inherit parents permissions? (using web services)

I actually have a different definition for this web service than the one specified. I possibly have an older version of SharePoint Foundation 2010.
The one I get from SitesSoapClient is as such:

OK, different declaration, but no problem: just put in some fields and we're good, right? As it turns out, that's not the case. I get an empty exception being thrown (actually the FaultException says "Exception of type 'Microsoft.SharePoint.SoapServer.SoapServerException'
was thrown." which tells me almost nothing about the problem) every time I call this function. I've altered all the parameters to check if there's maybe something wrong with what I'm passing, but I can't figure out what the problem may be.
For the record, here's my code snippet:

Anyway, I know this is a thread from 3 months ago, but I'm wondering if there's a solution to this or am I SOL for now?
P.S. I noticed that there are at least TWO web service definitions on MSDN that are slightly different. The one I went to initially was
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/sites.sites_members(v=office.12).aspx and eventually when I was looking for how to create a SharePoint site, I found
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/websvcsites.sites_members.aspx . The latter page at least shows a definition for "CreateWeb," where the former does not. Not sure the relevance of this information, but it seems there's something de-synchronized
between the two. Possibly an older version of the page or something??

Creating workflow using InDesign with XML

What is the fastest and most accurate way to make a workflow from a XML file with Indesign?
Lets say we will make a school yearbook with about 30 pages. each page has 20 portraits of students with their name beneath each image.
The XML files is generatet from a home-made XML-creator and got student information from databases.
I have heard of easy way to do this with Indesign and templates, snippets and maybe a script.
Can anyone tell me step by step how to, or does anyone know of a tutorial movie etc?

i'am currently working on a projekt i need to create a purchase order containing free goods.
We've already tested the PORDCR/PORDCR1 message and Idoc types PORDCR101/102 with BAPI's
IDOC_INPUT_PORDCR1 - w/ self-defined process code (via we42)
BAPI_IDOC_INPUT1 - w/ standard process code (BAPI)
Nothing worked. Got lots of errors in we05 transaction (mostly status 51)
Important:
We need to give the Idoc the free gods flag so we didnt need to set the net_price.

Use Order PORDCR102, with your extension say ZPORDCR102.
Create one control table and assign Function module to that table.
Set this new Ztable with all required data like free goods.
Then create new idoc, this new idoc will take message PORDCR102 and extension will pick new table and add free goods flag while creating PO.

As I sometimes make quite long documents, keeping track of what image is where, and where I got it from, gets tedious.
I had the idea of generating a caption based on EXIF data, which I'd move to the pasteboard, and group it with the image. The text in the caption has a seperate, numbered paragraph style. On one of the last pages, I generate a table of contents, which the numbered paragraph style selected. I chose to display it using another paragraph style, without page numbers.
What I want to have as the end result is:
Table of contents
1. <Title>. <Author> (<Creation Date>). Retrieved <Date Placed> through <Description>
The captions display correctly, as shown above in the body of the table of contents. The table of contents itself however, shows only the numbering in front of it, and not the variables.
I already tried converting the live captions to static captions, but that doesn't work. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?

How to use nvl with to_char on varchar data type

I have the datatype as varchar in which i enter date format with timestamp.
I am using the quey
select nvl(:p_date,pei_attribute8) from per_people_extra_info .
Now i need to trucate in date format as Mar,12,2011.
I tried using
select tochar(nvl(:p_date,pei_attribute8),'yyyymmmdd') from per_people_extra_info and getting invalid character.
How to get the output in 'Month ddTH, YYYY' format ????

This will not apply for HR tables..
I used fnd_date.canonical_to_date function and solved the issue.

Create table space command with no specification of data file path.

I am using following command for creating table space in oracle 11g
CREATE TABLESPACE testTbSpace DATAFILE 'dataFileName.dbf' SIZE 50M REUSE AUTOEXTEND ON NEXT 1M MAXSIZE 32767M NOLOGGING"
But it is creating datafile dataFileName.dbf at disk at following path
echo $ORACLE_HOME/dbs
I dont want to create datafile at this path and also dont want to specify data file path in 'create table space' command.
Is there is any parameter,which i can set and above command start to create dataFileName.dbf at that path
