Creating XML from C++ using 2.0.3?

Question

OK, probably a truly dumb question. But using the 2.0.3 parser for C++ I can parse an XML document without any problem. However, I don't see how I turn around and create a new XML document from my object. I "assume" that there is a way to do so using the parser. Do I assume correctly?

In pl/sql I define a variable "Last_Exec" with sysdate as default.
I am writing pl/sql code. Here I need to add the condition as
" select * from tempo.RF_VIEW where rf_View.date_exec>=last_execI am getting invalid identifier message . Please correct this query as well.
