Creation of disconnection notification for the disconnection document

I created a disconnection document using FM ISU_S_DISCDOC_CREATE for the installation. Now i have to create the disconnection notification for the disconnection document. Is there any FM to do that.

CIN - Excise value posting for the material document

Hi,
We have assigned the routine 356(FV64A356) in the Pricing Procedure for Depot Sales where Service team issues components for the Service repair job through a Goods Issue(MIGO-261 Mvt Type) document.We are also able to create a excise invoice for the material document.
The flow is Service Order - Goods Issue - through resource related billing a DMR is generated for the labour as well as the Goods Issued(MIGO-261), from DMR a debit memo is raised to invoice the Customer.
The formula in the routing is, during the creation of Billing or Proforma document it picks up the excise value posted for the delivery if the excise has been posted,if the delivery is not found, then it continues with the excise value calculated in the sales order (DMR in this case)
Is there any way or any other routine "to check for the excise value posted for the delivery ,if the delivery is not found, then check for the material documents if any linked to DMR(through Service Order)".
Could anyone help in this regard.

While creating the excise challan using J1IF01 you can see a excise invoice selection tab, Select the J1IF01 line item & click on this tab, here you can select the excise invoice from which the base amount will be determined.

How do you add the language of the dictionary in pages for the whole document?

How do you add the language of the dictionary in pages for the whole document. When I add the british language it does not stay ON for the whole document. It goes back to "none"???? I am using pages 09 version 4.1 (923).

Why do we have to create a new user for the server which is consuming the web service? We already have an user "ADSUser" defined for the Web AS server which has ADS services deployed.
I have opened this thread to solve the previous unanswered question I posted on SDN Empty area in place of Interactive form. .
One more thing the adobe print forms of ESS [Total Compensation Statement and Salary Statement] are rendering properly, only the ones with Interactive ability or not.

1. To access the NW04s configuration guide,
 - Go to https://service.sap.com/adobe
 - On the left frame (tree), under Adobe > Media Library > Documentation
 - On the right had pane you will find the link to the NW04s Configuration guide
2. The link that you have mentioned below details the steps required to be carried out on the client machine that consumes the Adobe Document Services. In our case that is the j2ee engine on which your Web Dynpro application is running. It could be the same physical machine with two different j2ee instances hosting Web Dynpro and ADS or it could be two different physical machine or a single machine having a single instance of j2ee engine hosting both the Web Dynpro and the ADS.
You do not have to create a separate username and a password on the consuming machine but you need to configure the Web Service client proxy to point to the ADS (maybe hosted on a different machine) with the username and the password created on the ADS server. As you have mentioned, you have already created such an user on the ADS (ADSUser). This user authentication on the client machine (consuming server - Web Dynpro) would be required at the runtime by the j2ee engine to authenticate itself with the ADS.

Hi Hannah,
Inspector > Text > Tabs Button > Tab Settings > Default Tabs.
To set a tab stop on the go, click in the ruler.
If you can't see the ruler, Menu > View > Show Rulers.
To set tab stops for lines (paragraphs) you have already typed, select those paragraphs and set them all at once.
Also, have a look at Menu > Pages > Preferences > Rulers.

I am having a e commerce scenario.
I have done all the settings related to it. When I login with a user in EN language, and try creating a sales order ,I am able to create in e commerce.
I have created another user with login in russian language.When I try to create a order in front end I am getting the error:
The text for the sales document TA RU lacking in language.
Please suggest if I have to maintain any setting specific to RU language in R/3.

Please maintain the language for that sales document type using the following path...
IMG(SPRO) - Sales and Distribution - Sales - Sales Documents - Sales Document Header - Convert Language for each Sales document type - execute and maintain the entries using 'New Entries' tab.

Notification for the Blocked Queues

Hi,
My environment is PI 7.0 and in my monitoring transaction (SXMB_MONI) getting the messages has Scheduled for Outbound Processing (The Icon is like (>) ).
I checked my SMQ2 of my XI/PI system and I can see some of the messages got blocked in the Queue. The Queue message is XBT0*******. Manually unlocked the messages and activated my Queues and refreshed the queue cleared in couple of mins.
The problem was caused by the PI**USER got locked and unlocked the user few days back.
I want to know is their any possible way to get a notification for the Scheduled for Outbound Processing messages (>).
Other then Scheduled for Outbound Processing (>) messages we can get the notifications. We can get for notification for the Red Flag, Green Flag, and White Flag). What about the Scheduled for Outbound Processing messages (>) Flag????
Give your ideas to monitor this kind of errors by notification.

I'm trying to move my first steps in this field, I hope you can bear with my naive questions.
I'm trying to find the documentation for the Acrobat Document Object Model. To my surprise a search in the forum's archives was unsuccessful.
I remember downloading out of curiosity a few PDFs from Adobe about their implementation of JavaScript in Acrobat, one precisely concerning ADOM (but I could be wrong as it was a few years ago and I'm getting old): are those documents a thing of the past?

The Book confuses me. I still think assignment delay and leveling resources are the same. Here is the explanation from the book for the three concepts.
" Project offers two types of delays:
Leveling delay. This type of delay applies to tasks; it pushes out the start date for the task and all its resource assignments. It’s meant specifically for remov-ing resource overallocations. With the Leveling Delay field, you can remove
all leveling delays by choosing Resource➝Level➝Clear Leveling.
Assignment delay. This type of delay applies to a single assignment within a task. Suppose you have a security consultant coming in to help lock down your site. However, your employees have prep work to do before the consultant can get started.
You can assign everyone to the same “Try hacking into office” task but delay the consultant’s assignment by 5 days. "

No DME could be generated for the following documents

Dear Consultants,
Transaction code F110. DME file is generated for all vendors except 2 vendors. Invoices got cleared.
One vendor is from Austria and other is UK.
No DME could be generated for the following documents
Error:
Supplying country's country key is missing or is not valid
SCB indicator is missing or is not valid.
Could you please let me know where do these setting to be made.

I have solved my issue myself and thought of sharing with you. In field status group - foreign Payment there is a field SCB/Country Key.
It was suppressed earlier. I made this as optional. When we are postings invoices, once the fileds are filled in . DME file generated.

Mail notification for the Project definition creation

Hi Experts,
I got an scenario in the PS is that once i create a project in the project builder & than i will assign the Person responsible to the project definition. Once the project definition is created then mail notification should be triggered automatically to the person responsible. can u tell me how it can be achivied.....
As per my knowledge we want to develop a program with the help of an ABAPer then we can achivie. Is there is any other way how we can achive it?

This can be acheived through a simple workflow. Ask your workflow consultant to create workflow, so that as soon as the project is created workflow can be triggered to the respective persons you want. and also the person in his inbox he can get object link for the new project created so that he can open the project directly from inbox instead of project builder

Error during creation of application entity for the plug-in.

As part of creating Content Database source for SES....
We,
1 Activated the Oracle Internet Directory identity plug-in for the Oracle Content
Database instance.
2) However after activating Identity plug-in for Oracle Internet Directory.... ......... we used the csPlugin.ldif file to create an application entity for the plug-in by running the following command "$ORACLE_HOME/bin/ldapmodify -h oidHost -p OIDPortNumber -D "cn=oracle" -w password -f csPlugin.ldif" ....but in the process executing the above command.... getting the following error(we gave correct login details):
SASL/DIGEST-MD5 authentication started
ldap_sasl_interactive_bind_s: Invalid credentials (49)
How can i resolve this.
I have another query...in the command "$ORACLE_HOME/bin/ldapmodify -h oidHost -p OIDPortNumber -D "cn=oracle" -w password -f csPlugin.ldif" which user name should i specify..... is it "cn=oracle" or "cn=orcladmin"

We have followed the installation details provided in "SESAdmiistratorGuide".
In that guide.... during creation of Content Database source he did not mention any entry for "SES keystore location", and the exception which we are getting is related to "SES keystore location: null" (please look into the exception stack).
could you please guide us.

Number Range For the accounting document

After creating the billing document, account determination error is coming.
Message says that number range 01 is not maintained for the accounting document

Go to OBA7, select the document type RV and execute. There ensure that the object 01 in the field number range assignment. Next go to FBN1, key in company code and ensure that the above object is maintained there.
