Creation of mass subscriptions
Hi,
We are working with CRM 7.0 and we need to create many subscriptions, does anyone know how to create mass subscriptions?
We have checked "SMOELOADu201D transaction, but we can only use it for initial loading of user data, sites and maintain the assignments between sites and subscriptions have previously created in the system.

my question is i want create at a time 20 WBS elements, as i know that we can create project definition and wbs element, but i need to create at a time 20 wbs elements.

Hi,
We need to created storage bin for warehouse. we were planning to use LSMW. We cannot use auto creation of stroage bin LS10 since the numbers are not in a proper sequence.
However we need to add value to the field 'Sort fld pick' for every storage bin which will be used latter for sorting the storage bin in pick list.
This field is not available when u create storage bin. This field is only avaialble when u are change mode after creating the storage bin.
Also we cannot use the customization for define sort sequence for stock removal.
Can anybody help me how to fix the issue.

Storage Bins creations and Sort fld stck plcm/Sort fld picking are all master data maintenance, to maintains these you need to create LSMW or BDC. There is now option on customization etc.

Mass creation of BOM and Master Recipe for Plants
My client wants to do Mass BOM creation and Mass Master Recipe Creation from a Generic BOM and Generic Master Recipe for all 10 Plants by just a click of button.
He does not want to use copy function using CSO1 or C201, and do for plants 'one by one'. He finds it very time-consuming. He wants to copy for all ten plants all at once. Please advice how this can be accomplished in the best possible manner, and if by standard SAP.

What is LSMW ?
I want to Copy some bill of material from another plant .I had used T code CS01 for it but only the header bill of material is copied .
The copy field in CS01 is only for first level boms the subsequent Boms are not copied .
so is there any other way to do it ? if possible please give the detail procedure .

Mass sales order creation using BAPI
Dear All,
Can anyone help in mass sales order creation using Bapi BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2.
For example if i want to create 3 sales order with three item per order . i am populating
HEADER = 3 Records
Item = 9 records
schedule = 9 records
partner = 1 record.
Then after populating the records I am calling Bapi BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2
to create order. It should have created three order but unfortunately it creates
only one sales order. I debugged and found that records are correct both in header,
item, scheudle and partners.
Could you please guide me what I am missing for creation of mass orders.

I would like to create users in BI massively.
Could I do a mass upload from a flat file such as using USERS_GEN in others system? What are the available options?
In fact, I have all my users created in SRM.
How can I do to have them created in BI as well? Any synchronization tools?

Data source in R/3 for BW - 0UC_SALES_SIMU_01
I am using the Data source 0UC_SALES_SIMU_01 for extraction from R/3 to BW. The extractor of this data source is Function module named -ISU_BW_SIM_SALES_STATS_DUMMY.
There is no code under this FM. Do I need to write the code for extraction under this FM?
Because when I run the Extractor it is not fetching any data although I have created the data.
This data source is basically for Unbilled revenue reporting.Hi,
You will have to run mas simulation billing in ISU to bring unbilled revenue and consumption.
Please carry out the below steps.
- Go to transaction EAMS20 to Define Simulation Periods for the Simulation run.
Initially for a unique Simulation Period ID, choose option Create Mass Simulation
Indexes
- From transaction EAMS10, execute creation of Mass Simulation Indexes.
- Once the above step is completed, go back to EAMS20 and change Simulation Run Status to Bill Mass Simulation Indexes
- From transaction EAMS00, execute the Mass Billing.
Based on this data is populated into BW Delta queue.
Data source 0UC_SALES_SIMU_01 uses dummy function module to extract the data into BW from delta queue. You do not have to write any code to bring the data. Delta is generated by mass simulation run.

Is there any way to specify more than one set of asset filters? I have two separate user groups using the same Final Cut Server instace. I've got the permissions set to keep them separated from one another, but I would, ideally, be able to specify different asset filter search fields for each of them.
I have a sneaking suspicion this isn't possible, but a guy can hope, right?Nick & Jason, I can do you both one better!
Create a Metadata Group called "Advanced Filter" and load it up with all the oddball fields that you use to trigger your automations, but that make no sense in the Asset Filter for advanced searches. Add it to any Metadata Set (mandatory, but very temporary).
Save it. Open it back up again to modify it.
Look in the Metadata Sets area. You should now see a bunch of new options that were not there when you were creating the group. Remove the token Metadata Set you added during creation and add "Subscription Asset ()" and "Subscription Production ()". Now you should see two sets of filters when you work with your Subscriptions!
BEWARE!
Any field you shared between the existing Asset Filter group and your new Advanced Filter group will need to have its filter value exactly duplicated by hand in each filter or else the filter will fail. Therefore, you are much better off not having any given field in both filter groups.
Since you will likely be removing fields from the Asset Filter group, you will need to check over any subscription that depended on those fields and make sure their values and conditions are applied to each respective field in the new filter group on that subscription. Test your subscriptions after making these changes. This little hack will work, but I've found that sometimes I need to "kick" the subscriptions by re-entering their filter conditions and saving them.
Now, as far as the original post is concerned, you still cannot mask the advanced search for one user group or another, but the technique described above will allow you to declutter the advanced search if yours has grown bloated due to excessive custom automation. I know mine did. -
Adding learners in a learner group to a course
Hi All,
I got a small doubt with OLM Learner groups concept. We are in 12.1.3. I tested creating a learner group and adding learners to it (both by organization and learner assignment).
When I try to assign a course to a Learner Group from the Application, I go to course and from "Bulk Enroll" window, I input the Learner Group to which I wanted to add the course and click on 'GO'. Now Application lists out the learners in the Learner Group. Learners in the Learner Group are not enrolled into courses unless I click the check box beside each learner and select 'Add'.
Is this the standard way of enrolling a Learner Group to the course. I am just looking for a way where I can enroll all the learners in Learner Group to a course by selecting that particular Learner Group (rather than clicking the check box beside every learner).

What would be the solution if I wanted to mass(bulk) subscribe a group of learners in a Learner Group to a Certification. I am not able to specify Learner Access as the certification says it is public and to specify Learner Access, it need to be restricted. Can you please let me know how can we do this.
Is there any Concurrent Program just like 'Process Mandatory Enrollments' for a class to do this mass subscription for a Certification. Otherwise, how can I approach this scenario.

but when trying to query for job im unable to get it.

Fix
This functionality provides support for standard discrete jobs with or without a routing.
The User Interface for this functionality is via Mobile Applications
Serialization can be activated within a job...this can be for entire job or beginning at
a specified operation.This new feature is optional. It is defaulted by org parameter and controlled at the job level. The user will need to define the default to steps for the moves.
When turned on, then when Jobs are created automatically ...via CTO or Planning, the serial will be turned on.
The current functionality of serial number generation and uniqueness is used. Auto-generation and association at the time of job creation via Mass Load is added with this functionality. Also import of serials from 3rd party systems is supported.
The serial association can occur anytime during or after job creation. Users can use pre-generated or on-the-fly serial numbers. This association is also not tied to job quantity and is changeable until assigned to a specific unit.
Once the job is 'Serialized', you cannot transact this job through any of the Desktop forms. A new Menu structure is added in the Mobile Applications called 'Serialized Assembly and Material Transaction'.
Users utilize the mobile pages under this menu to perform serialized move or completiontransactions.
These assembly items for which the serial numbers are associated at the time of creating the wip job itself can be transacted only through Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA) . -
MASS CREATION OF INFOOBJECTS IN BI 7.0
Hello Gurus,
Here is my scenario:
we have more than 100 new Z fields in R/3 (Tables: KONV, KONP, VBRP) and we are populating those. We maintained the Datasources with that fields. Now we need to develop new infoobjects in BW for those Z fields. Is there any possible way for mass creation of infoobjects.
I searched about this, but most of them were used only for 3.5 data source.(eg: CTBW_META - transaction for mass creation of infoobjects in bw 3.5)
Please anyone help me in solving this !

SAP currently does not have a facility to mass-maintain schedule agreements. The business alone has over 16,000 schedule agreement lines. Manual maintenance is very time consuming.
There are some key items of data that can require amendent for a particular vendor. The new program would permit the maintenance of:

approach from my functional consultant:
basically i want to update the fileds on a screen of tcode : memasspo (mass maintenance of purchase orders )
if i select pur ord item in the initial screen,
it allows me to enter pur doc values and item values
after that
if i select fields symbol button on left side
and i can select fields which i have to be updated in the right side in the Popup screen
if i choose fields they will come along with pur doc and item in the screen
My question is :
pur doc and item values with additional fields data is available in the flat file that should be updated
pl let me know the approach to upload whether i go for eigther BDC or BAPI
Note :
i can update for newly added fields in the user defined SAP Screen itself for porders
but if i enter the purchasing doc as scheduling agreement no it wont allow you to update
i need to update for Scheduling agreements ?

Mass creation of common folders for different user groups
Hello Experts,
We are using Portal 7.0 SP12 and we have 10 different user groups created in Portal.
Based on this group structure, we need to create two common folders in each of the user's personnel documents in KM.
Is there is any way to achieve this kind of requirement ?
Can we do mass creation of these two common folders which will be assigned to all of the groups. This needs to be done in user's personnel documents and not in Public documents.
Any help in this context would be highly appreciated. points assured.

Anil Kumar.For every user a folder is created in userhome. One approach is to capture this folder creation event and create the folder structure you need. You need to develop a portal service which will listen to events from userhome repository.
