  • How to create an invoice from multiple sales doc.

    Hi,
    how to create an invoice from multiple sales doc.
    thanx,
    sourav

    hello, friend.
    assuming that your settings in VTFA and VTFL allow, you can create 1 invoice for many sales orders or deliveries by using VF04.  choose all documents that apply and click "collective billing document".
    you can also click on "simulation" if you want to test if the combination is possible and the system will give you a split analysis if this is not possible.

  • Creating one Sales Order from Multiple Quotes

    Hello
    We are using SAP CRM 2007.
    I believe in CRM we can create one sales order from multiple quotes. We have a requirement where we need to create one Third party sales order from multiple Quotations.
    I have Item cat for Quotations and Sales Document maintained correctly.
    I also have copy control where ZQUO and ZSAL are maintained correctly. Where I have maintained settings for copying Transactions as well as Item Category.
    But when I go to CRMD_ORDER and retrieve quotes and try to do a follow on doc for sales doc , only the first Quote gets added into follow on document.
    Can someone tell me if I am missing any config?
    Thanks

    hello,
    in sap ui we use control button and select multiple quotes and then
    create the sales order as follow up as we have follow up button.

  • One Excise BOND For multiple plants

    HI,
    We have an Requirement like Physically only one plant , one excise registration and one excise bond , but logically we have multiple plants in sap deliveries will happen from all the plants , Excise bond creation as well as ARE1 Creation and Updating is happening for only one plant in SAP , but deliveries are happening from all the plants.
    Please suggest me how we can handled this scenario
    Thanks & Regards,
    Gangi.

    Hi,
    As understand from your query, If suppose company having plants A,B,C,D and in that only A plant is Excisable and other plants are non Excisable that is Bonded plant.  In this case if you are dispatching any material from A then only system to reduce the value/quantity based on the Bond defined and also same for ARE1 but for other plants not required to create any Excise Invoice or ARE1 or dispatch against bond because these plants are non excisable.  In your system settings maintain the plant settings as non excisable for A,B,C
    Please correct if any thing i written wrong.

  • How to create one clean image from multiple shots?

    I tried searching, but I really don't know how to search for this so I came up empty.
    I have multiple pictures of the same product but had to focus on different parts to get those parts in focus. As you can imagine, this meant other parts were out of focus.
    I seem to remember during one of the "CS3 is cool" seminars I attended that something along the lines of what I'm hoping to do is possible.
    I would like to merge these images together to form one image with everything in focus. Exposure is the same on each of them.
    Is this possible (and if so, how) or am I dreaming?
    Using PS Extended.

    Thanks for all the suggestions, guys. I'll give those a shot and see if they work enough. If it looks like it'll take too long right now, I'll just try to find a better angle where I can get it "good enough" as I have many more pictures I need to take of cables and wires.
    Super fun.
    To answer some of the questions posed to me:
    I looked at photomerge, but that looked to me like more of a way to make panaramic (sp?) pictures from multiple shots. I may tinker with that a bit though as it's something I'd like to use for other things as well.
    I don't need this very often so this would not be a common practice, but if I knew how to do it, that would open some more options for me and I'd likely do it more often but still not regularly.
    It's not a super closeup, though I've had need of this operation on those in the past; wound up just shooting differently and settling for second or third best.
    I don't use what anyone would call a photo studio. It's a 4x8' piece of styrene tacked to the wall and a fold-up 6' table in a room with flourescent lighting (please try to restrain your laughter). The company's camera, while decent, is very old: Sony DSC-D770. This is why I bought my own Sony DSC-F828 2-3 years ago. Not the best but much better (the tiny-to-sometimes-larger purple haze around most edges is what bugs me the most). And my setup is just my camera on a tripod. I'm not fooling myself about my skills at photography; I'm very small-time, but I still need my shots to look good.
    (Out of respect for actual photgraphers, I don't even call myself a photographer. I "shoot product photos" or "do product photography" which still sounds a bit too lofty, but....)
    The product itself is the Velleman TLM12, a test tweezer for SMD devices. I'd like to get a "long" shot of it but that angle makes the tip and leads get out of focus in most shots and they're tiny so it's really noticable. I can get every part in sharp focus in 3-4 shots, but not in one at the angle I'm hoping to get.
    I use a macro lense when I need to get big pictures of 1" connectors and the sort, but this is way too big for that and the macro has a very small area of what would be in focus so this problem would be compounded far more than I'm experiencing now.
    I think layer masks might be the quickest way to achieve what I'm trying for here. Like I said, I don't need this often but if I knew how, I'd do it more frequently and might even create an action to do this faster.
    Thanks again, everybody. HUGE help. :)

  • Determine FI Invoice from an LV Invoice.

    Hello Experts-
    I am using 'BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_PARK' to park an invoice. I get back the identifiers (fiscal year, company code and document number) for a logistics verification invoice from this BAPI as export parameters. I need to be able to ascertain the FI document that is getting created by this BAPI in the background.
    How can I programatically determine the FI invoice number for an LV invoice?
    If I have the identifiers (fiscal year, company code and document number) for a 'BUS2081' object, how can I determine its linked 'BKPF' object?
    Is there a function module that can be used to do this? Is there a table that contains this information?
    Thanks,
    - Vik.

    Hello Experts-
    I found the connection.
         Table: BKPF
         Source Field: BELNR
         Target Field: AWKEY
    Thank you,

  • Design Question: Creating One Object Type From Multiple Inputs

    Hi,
    I'm attempting to expand my brain a bit and come up with a more elegant solution to a design I created a few years ago. In simple terms, I have a data object (Request) which can be created based on data in a text file or from data previously persisted in a database record using the Request object and associated DAO. Typically, the text file is initiating a "new" Request object to be persisted, and reading from the database is done to update or view previously submitted Request objects. Note that I have no ability to change the original input method of the text file.
    In my original design I basically lumped everything into the Request class using multiple constructors which made for a messy jumble and a very long class. Different parsing routines were needed when data was read from the file vs. reading it from the database. I was considering refactoring the code to use a factory class but this doesn't seem to follow the typical Abstract Factory or Factory Method design patterns. In my design I keep ending up with something like:
    public class RequestFactory {
        public Request createRequestFromFile(File file) {...build up the request object...}
        public Request createRequestFromDbRecord(int recordId) {...build up the request object...}
    }And I would change the constructor in my Request class to private and remove all of the parsing and construction methods.
    Now, I can definitely make this work but I'm not sure I'm really doing much except taking the creation garbage (there's a lot of parsing of multiple-value fields that needs to be done) out of the actual Request class. So my question is basically, do I have a better approach I'm not seeing or is this type of factory "appropriate"? I mean, would someone come along later and look at my code and think I was crazy? I'm still trying to wrap my head around some ways to use factories in my own projects so I'm probably not thinking clearly.
    Thanks!
    Pablo

    Thanks for the feedback. About your suggestions on dealing with the different loading methods, I think that's where I keep getting disconnected, at least as far as using an abstract factory is concerned.
    Extending your example code a bit using option one, I would guess I end up with something like this:
    public interface RequestFactory {
      Request createRequest(RequestSource source) throws RequestCreationException;
    public class DatabaseRequestFactory implements RequestFactory {
      public Request createRequest(RequestSource source) throws RequestCreationException {
        // do some stuff
    }The part I can't figure out is how to define the RequestSource (or RequestId in your example). It would seem that if I'm going to define member variables in RequestSource like SourceFile or RecordId it would be just as correct to skip the interface and just use two concrete classes like this:
    public class FileRequestFactory {
      Request createRequest(File file) throws RequestCreationException {
        // process file and create request
    public class DatabaseRequestFactory {
      public Request createRequest(int recordId) throws RequestCreationException {
        // load record and create request
    }I guess where I keep stumbling is a) the value of the interface and b) if I do use an interface, how to have a generic object passed to createRequest() that can refer to either a file location or a record ID. This concept is pretty clear when the creation requirements for each concrete factory are the same, but when the construction uses such disparate data sources for creation I can't seem to wrap my head around the differences.
    Your third suggestion is probably the easiest for me to understand but it seems like it would be a bit contrived. In the end it may make the most sense if I am going to go with that type of approach since I still don't really understand how to implement the first two options.
    Thanks again for your input.

  • Create Invoice from multiple GRPOs with Landed Costs

    Hello all, again,
    Sorry to bother again, but this one seems strange to me. Consider the following business process:
    1) One Purchase Order is created in SAP, and sent to provider (no journal entry)
    2) Several partial deliveries are received and posted to inventory (inventory @ invoices to be received)
    3) Partial deliveries are pulled into Landed Costs document (inventory @ invoices to be received)
    4) Steps 2) and 3) may be repeated several times
    5) Invoice of provider is received, with the total amount as per PO
    Now in step 5, I have no possibility of "pulling" the PO from step 1), neither pulling the GRPOs created in step 2), because they were used in the Landed Costs document. It is also not possible to "push" the PO to Invoices (only the open amount would be pushed, not the delivered amount). It is only possible to push a single GRPO to Invoices, resulting in lots of manual work and incorrect representation of provider's invoices (1 PO is delivered in up to 100 different shipments of varying quantity).
    The only reasonable solution I see at the moment, is to use a service invoice and post it directly to the "invoices to be received" account. Or do you have any other ideas/solutions?
    Thanks for your suggestions,
    Joerg.

    I should is correct. Yet it is not possible. I am using 2007 SP00, PL 47.
    Do you think I should send the issue to SAP? Do you know of any notes about this issue?
    Thanks,
    Joerg.

  • How to manage one iTunes folder from multiple computers via a network?

    Hi there,
    The Setup:  I have a macbook air, my partner has a macbook pro, we both have iPhones with our own iCloud accounts. There is an apple TV and an Airport Extreme with an external USB HDD in there too (which could potentially be plugged into the ATV via ethernet if need be).
    What I want to be able to do:
         1 - NOT have to store the music on my MBA
         2 - Still be able to add music to/alter playlists and movies in the iTunes library that my MBA uses, from my MBA (ie if I end up with new music or movies on           the MBA I need a way to transfer it easily, -keeping in mind that not all the video will fit on the MBP HDD)
         3 - Use the one iTunes music folder for both the MBA and the MBP (to avoid having to update both)
         4 - Sync my iPhone with my iCloud email and contacts etc...
         5 - Sync my partners iCloud with her own email and contacts etc...
         6 - Sync music from the 'common' iTunes folder to either iPhone
         7 - Use apps from my iTunesstore account on my both iPhones
         8 - Stream video from the 'common' iTunes folder to the ATV in HD
    Can someone please tell me how I make ALL of the above possible?
    Things i'm not sure of are:
         A- Where do I put my iTunes music folder? -Locally on the MBP, or on the External HDD in the airport Extreme?
         B- Which of the above would iTunes match help with?
         C- Would homesharing be used?
         D- What usernames/accounts do I have to put into the iPhones adn where? (itunes or icloud etc...)
    For some reason I just can't get my head around how this setup will work.
    Thanks in advance!

    I'm sort of in the same boat. We've got an iMac with separate User Accounts set up and are currently sharing the same iTunes and iPhoto libraries along with streaming them to our Apple TV.
    Right now I'm the only one with an iPod, however she'll be getting one in a couple of weeks.
    We also just picked up a MacBook yesterday and I'd like to be able to sync certain libraries like iTunes and iPhoto so that no content gets duplicated on either the iMac or MacBook and so that we both have access to the current libraries for each program on our iPods and AppleTV.
    I have an external hard drive that I back up the iMac on and I assume I could manually keep things current with that but there's got to be an easier way...that's why these are Macs right?

  • Putting ALL my music into one single drive, from multiple drives & machines

    It serves me right, but I have created a wild mess of various instances of iTunes on various machines, with some music purchased and some from ripped CDs.  I also haven't used the ipod much, until only recently, so most of my collections have been bound to my MBP and G5.  My backup procedure is a worst practice method of just cooying stuff from one drive to another and occasionally buying new hard drives.  Now that I have plenty of drive space, the only problem will be logistics.  I'm using Tidy Up to locate duplicate files but that only gets me part of the way there.
    Ideal scenario is locate all the "music" folders from various users in my household and various hard drives and eliminate the duplicate files.  Then I just create one massive music folder, and point iTunes to that folder and all the music will magically be in iTunes.  Something tells me it's not that simple, especially when you have music by artist > album > song in iTunes.  I also have this crazy idea that I'll have that one big drive of music hooked up to my Airport Extreme and I cam listen to it on various machines throughout the house.  (Didn't Apple say I could do this one day??)
    So to summarize:
    Can I just let iTunes do the work of organizing all the music?  Will it also delete duplicates?  (I'm assuming Tidy Up will be the thing for that.)
    Can I hang the drive off my Airport router and access that in that special AirTunes way?
    Hope that makes sense....please go easy.   I'm just an idiot with a lotta hard drives....
    Lee

    I guess I can reply to my own post.  I wanted to add that, although I see a lot of similar posts about organizing with iTunes, I don't see one as complex as my scenario.  Unless I'm missing something.
    Thanks in advance, O Great Apple Discussion Board People.....

  • Creation of  Credit Memo request from the contract invoice

    Hi all,
    I would like to know the relationship between the contract invoice (billing document type, ZULG) and the associated credit memo requests. I have the billing document no, and need to know all the associated credit memo requests.
    It is possible to find the reference billing document from the credit memo request, as it is created with respect to a billing document, but is it possible to find the credit memo requests from the billing document?
    Any info on this relationship would be really appreciated.
    Many thanks,

    Hi!
    If the credit memo is created as a follow on order with respect to the contract, it is possibel to find the credit memo request through the doc flow.
