Please check whether Tax procedure is assigned to Country in T.Code OY01. And also ISO code has been maintained for country.

Issue in domain creation local deployment Error : odi-core.jar

Hi,
I am trying to create a domain on my VM for local deployment of fincomm and Ess. But during domain creation it is failing with following errors.
Error in writing to file '/scratch/software/mw_local/FMWTOOLS_11.1.1.7.0_GENERIC_130327.1838_PATCHES4FA_11.1.1.7.0_PLATFORMS/vimjain/mw_home_standalone/odi/oracledi.sdk/lib/odi-core.jar'. [invalid block type]
Cancelling Install Session..
Internal Error: File Copy failed. Aborting Install
I tried the various different options for creation but all failed.
1> I tried by resetting to old patchset.
2> 3 days back i was able to successfully create the domain, but today i am seeing the error as discussed.
3>Tried to delete the patchset and recreate a new one, but still no luck
If anyone else is also seeing the same issue and able to resolve.

To Simulate PR creation and capture errors in SRM

Hello Experts,
We are on SRM 7.0 EHP 1, classic scenario.
SC is created in SRM, post which, PR and PO gets created in ECC.
Sometimes, though SC is ordered successfully, it goes into error due to various reasons. (Mostly PR creation at ECC fails due to some data error etc)
Is it possible that:
In SRM, once we order SC,
> it will simulate PR creation in backend, Instead of actually creating a PR
> capture error if any at the time of PR creation simulation
> and display the same to user in SRM? So that user knows what the error is and hence can modify data and order SC successfully at one go?
Will it be possible to do this custom enhancement? Any pointers?
Is it possible to trigger an email to appropriate requestor based on RZ20 status? (As RZ20 captures error, can we send the SC error reason to requestor? But again this will increase requestors work of re-ordering the SC)
Are there any other simpler/better options?

1. We do not have SC approval process in SRM. Once the SC is ordered its get auto-approved. So is there any BADI which I can utilize to simulate PR creation > capture error > and display it to Requestor?
2. In the case email notifications, will it be possible to send the exact error reason for SC error? Do we have any standard FM to do this? or it will be custom code query on standard tables?

Quotation creation through DP81 Error related to Material maintain Inquiry

Dear All,
This is related to Quotation creation through DP81.I have maintain A DIP profile and as per my Easy Cost Planning (ECP) in Project System it is capturing in sales price in DP81.Please note that I have maintain three (3) line item in the sales Inquiry.Based on that 3 line item we have maintain three different WBS element in ECP and it is attached to corresponding material no in VA12.
Now in DP81 system showing the three line item but if we go for Quotation creation one material no is coming for the three line item with different price value.
I have also maintain these three material in DIP profile in ODP1.Please note that the first material no maintained in DIP profile that is coming not the other material no.
Please through some light as in our case there are several line item is maintained in quotation.So is it possible to make Quotation with different item and where I have to maintain these material no.

i checked the characteristic for cost element & Material for CR, MD & Str, i created sets for cost element & the material & i determined the material which i required in the quotation. I am getting an error "no expenditure item found" , can you suggest me now.

_Media creation failed with error message: 'The system cannot find the path specified.'

SCCM 2012 R2 CU2 all latest patches.
I attempted to create a task sequence media and I get the error in the screenshot below. I have deleted and recreated the operating system,boot image, driver pack and task sequence. The usb media is 16GB and the task sequence size is 3004MB.
I only see the error in CreateTSMedia.log as below. How do you fix this?

Sales order creation, Line item error

Hi....
Iam created one sales order with BAPI techniue.i.e type stand alone order.
After creation VBELN generated successfully.
Now, if i save the order from VA02 it was displaying following message in popup window...
LINE ITEMS HAVING NO QUOTA OR TERM ATT
Item Material Description
10 1111-0 ABCD FR
And.,
In the conditions tab of the line items I want to insert a row i.e contract type and amount..,
But..,
for this Iam paaing entries as input to BAPI but not mapping on screen..,
Also if i try to add them mannually showing following error..
Requirements are not fulfilled for condition <given type>.
As an abaper Iam not able to solve this problem, also functional people not availble here..,

Hi,
This is due to the requirement routine assigned to the condition type in pricing procedure.
Goto Tcode V/08.
Here enter you pricing procedure. You can find it in sales order header : Tab - Sales (Pric. procedure)
Enter this pricing proc in V/08
When you select the procedurew & double click on control the procedure will be displyed
Now look for you condition type & look in the colium "Reqt".
Some number must be assigned, look for the logic inside the routine. If the requireemnt in logic is noit met the condition will not be populated

Clustering model ..target group creation ...error

After i created a Clustered model successfully i went ahead to create a CRM target group and as the last step in the process I selected the Training source of my Clustering Model ,right clicked it and clicked Monitor
The result shows that the CRM target group creation was incorrect.The following screeen shows the error screen.

BAPI:BAPI_TRLSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI2 for TLane creation is giving error

I am executing BAPI:BAPI_TRLSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI2 for TLane creation. when i am passing required values like , location from , Location to, model, version, lot size , etc.
After executing the BAPI is returning that ''Entry was not processed because there is no changing parameter available''. Can any one experienced this before. As i am creating a new TLane, why this error should come???

Best way to check the parameter list is ,use the bapi BAPI_TRLSRVAPS_GETLIST (SCM 4.0) or similar available in 5.0 to read the existing transportation lanes successfully created in system.Check all the parameters and update similar parameters for BAPI_TRLSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI2.
Ofcourse then you can come to exact parameters functionally important to you by trial and error.
Otherwise you can use the APO loader tool to create the transportation lanes.Although SAP discourages to use it in the production system , for testing it is fine.Please check the FAQ note 551972.

Creation and checkout errors, duplicate transactions using iPhoto print projects?

My fiance and I have been using iPhoto to create calendars to give away as gifts for a couple years. I have had multiple problems with the latest iPhoto. They occurred on two Macbooks on two different wireless networks (an old white MB from 2006 running Snow Leopard, and the other an MBP running Lion), both with the latest iPhoto. Apple Support told me I should have used Time Capsule to avoid the first two of these errors (which, I was told, are documented bugs in their software). I was bummed because I initially spent around over 8 hours building the print book project!
- Fonts changing when opening journal print book projects (fixed by completely restarting an 80 page book :-/ )
- Pages cannot be rearranged in print books - they actually swap rather than drag and drop (fixed by again, completely restarting the project!)
- When checking out, in calendars have an unspecified error and I have to cancel and fix individual photos (fixed by canceling
- Photos randomly become blank icons and I have to reupload the photos
- Photos that are dragged and dropped into a calendar don't show up in a random spot in the project and I have to go find them
- When ordering calendars for this holiday season, errors when uploading have resulted in 16 duplicate transactions on my debit card resulting in over $400 of pending transactions that have been unable to be resolved by Apple Support
Has anyone else experienced these problems? Any real fixes?

If you're using iPhoto 5 as you say then, yes, 24k photos is heading close to the Limit of 25k. iPhoto 6 is good for 250,000 images, iPhoto 11 is good for 1,000,000.
I'm going to guess that's a typo and that you have iPhoto 9.5.
I've simply never heard of "too many photos" causing the problem you describe. You don't need more memory. You don't need to break up the Library. "Flushing Memory" is a non-isssue. One of the big improvements in 10.9 is in memory management.
There are a couple of ways to break up a Library while preserving everything. It's dead easy with Aperture - export projects as Library - you can do it with iPhoto simply by duplicating the Library and deleting from the two libraries or use iPhoto Library Manager.
But, as I say, 24k is a small Library. My main library is more than twice the size of that.
Are Aperture and iPhoto using the same Library?
As a Test:
Hold down the option (or alt) key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
Import a few pics into this new, blank library. Is the Problem repeated there?

Creation of asst -- Error - Message no. AA198

But i am getting the error as "The multi-level method of phase N1 in depreciation key ZAPR has not been correctly maintained for acquisition year 2009." and "Correct the multi-level method of depreciation key XXXX". Hi Sumana,
First set your COD with OAPL.
Then go to AFAMA and select your dep key
And double click on assignment of calculation methods
Here check, which multilevel method is assigned to your dep key
And double click on multi level method field (you will be derected to multi level method config screen)
Double click on levels
Here check what you have given for the fields acq Year, years, periods
Normally they should be 9999, 999, 12.

The program link between tables KOMT1 and XKOMV using the XKOMV-IX_KOMT1 field no longer works in the pricing program SAPLV61A. This could be because the PRICING_REFRESH function module has been called up from another function module, even though you did not require it.

Repository Creation Utility (RCU) Errors

I am in the midst of installing WebCenterSpaces 11G and am at the point of trying to run RCU to create the Metadata repositories and am running into the following errors
RCU-6083:Failed - Check prerequisites requirement for selected component:OID
Please refer to RCU log at /tmp/logdir.2010-04-08_18-39/rcu.log for details.
RCU-6107:DB Init Param Prerequisite failure for: open_cursors
Current Value is 300. It should be greater than or equal to 500.
RCU-6092:Component Selection validation failed. Please refer to log at /tmp/logdir.2010-04-08_18-39/rcu.log for details.
RCU-6083:Failed - Check prerequisites requirement for selected component:PORTAL
Please refer to RCU log at /tmp/logdir.2010-04-08_18-39/rcu.log for details.
The OWA_UTIL (Oracle Web Agent) package in the database is missing or out of date, extra time will be required to install this package. Click Ignore to continue with the installation, or Abort to exit.
Related to the RCU-6083/RCU-6107 errors from what I have seen in researching the resolutoin to this is to run the following SQL statemetn to modify the processes
alter system set process=500 scope=SPFILE
This has been performed on the database (an Oracle 11G Rac DB) and I am still getting this error if I ignore it the validation continues and it marks the OID component validation successful
Related to the RCU-6083/OWA_UTILS package being out of date I have not found any reported problems of this
Has anybody experienced these and have a solution?

I have been able solve the RCU=6083/RCU-6107 issue by having the DBA increase open curors by issuing
alter system set open_cursors=500 scope=SPFILE to the database
Per the RCU-6083/OWQ_UTILS package we have verified that the package does exist in the database and is in a valid state

I have already changed the process parameter to 500.
