Creative Centrale sync qu

Question

Hi everyone first post here and looking for some advice. I have replaced my iPod with a Creative Zen xFi and am ovbviously using Creative Centrale to sync and upload my music. However, I have noticed that in my main iTunes playlist that I use there are about 750 songs but in the equivalent playlist on Centale there are only 60 songs and I cant get it to update. Can I clarify the following points:
1. Is this due to the?possibility that the other songs are songs I have purchased from iTunes thus making them incompatible to Centrale?
2. How do I overcome this problem, is it'ssimply a matter of ripping the songs onto CDs and then ripping them onto Creative Centrale?

Glad to hear you have some of the functions working. When I installed my XM card it installed all of the applications on the CD. I do not know what bundled software came with the Xtreme Audio card. Do you have your original SB install CD? Below is my install log for the XM card.
