I have Creative Cloud account with Photoshop CC and Lightroom; I am paying a monthy fee of Rs. 499/- (one year committment), can i subscribe to Complete CC plan which on Adobe site is listed as Rs. 1620/- monthly for individuals and will i be billed on pro-rata basis ?

    I want to upgrade my phonegap build account however a standard phonegap build paid account will give me a maximum size of 100Mb while a creative cloud account permits up to 1Gb. When I look into creative cloud accounts there are no further mentions of phonegap build so it is unclear what sort of account I require. As I already have licensed versions of Photoshop and Illustrator I have no need of additional software yet when I select "Single App" Phonegap Build isn't available.   • How do I set up multiple Creative Cloud accounts for the same login?

    I have a number of Macs of various flavors.  I want to install Creative Cloud apps on four of these units.
    I have a subscription currently which I am using for my MBP 17, and a 27" iMac.
    I want to add an account for my MB Air and Mac Pro, and I'm willing to double my subscription fees to do it.  (I use different apps on each of the computers, though I like the idea of having the ability to use them all on each.) How do I accomplish this addtional subscription without having to add a new Adobe account?
    Second Question:
    I have the one-year special on my current subscription due to licensed PS 5.5. ($29.95/mo).  Would I be eligible on my second subscription for the same deal due to the license on the PS 5.5, or would I qualify due to being a Acrobat Pro 8 owner... or Licensed owner of previous versions of PS?  OR.... would I immediately be paying $49.95/mo for the second account?
    Either way, I'm in. Just want to do it all under one account if at all possible.

    Currently all subscriptions (with the exception of Team Ready) require a separate Adobe ID for each Creative Cloud Membership. Its not possible to have two memberships under the same Adobe ID.
    Adobe has a Team Ready offering for customers interested in a volume license for Creative Cloud. This is a TLP volume license to Master Collection CS6 and includes licensing for Lightroom and Muse. Customers with this will transition to Creative Cloud Team once available later in 2012. This product uses only a single serial # and Adobe ID. It's not the same as Creative Cloud Membership like what is currently available, but rather a means to get customers setup with something now to transition to the volume license Creative Cloud Team offering once available. If this sounds like something you would be interested in please contact a local Adobe Reseller for more info.

    Hi ja-ich-halt,
    As per the End User License Aggrement , you are allowed to use a single subscription on upto two machines only and not more than that . So if you meant to ask that " can you use two systems with your educational Creative Cloud subscription ", the answer to that would be a YES .
    But you cannot purchase two Creative cloud subscription under the same Adobe Account .

  • I have two creative cloud accounts one for work and one is my personal, can I access files and settings from both on one computer?

    Basically I have had my creative cloud account for over a year and recently at work they just set me up with one. Can I keep both active on the same computer? My home laptop is sometimes used to do work so I would like to access files on either cloud drive as well as share program settings.

    This is essentially my question as well - I have a personal CC account and I would like to use my personal libraries on my work computer.
    Since that involves signing in to CC on my work computer, I am wondering if that will mess up my employer's CC license on my computer (or in general)

  • Unable to access my creative cloud account. It request I verify my email, but the email on file is deactivated.

    I've had a Creative Cloud account for over a year now, I recently purchased AE (After Effects) went to download it and I received a message "Verify your e-mail." The e-mail its requesting me to verify has been deactivated, I went into my "manage accounts" and the e-mail address (creative cloud is requesting me to verify) is not  listed as my main nor back up email address. Please help me figure out how can I re-set the my email address for creative cloud, therefore I can download AE.

  • Types of Payments for a Creative Cloud account?

    I received a letter from Adobe stating that the security of my credit card on file for payment of my Cloud account may have been breached by hackers.  Adobe also sent this letter of breachment to the issuer of my credit card, who immediately canceled the card. This is the second time I've had issues with Adobe about my credit card. Are any means of payment other than a credit card accepted for payment of an Adobe Cloud account? If there are, what are they? 
    I truly want to keep my Cloud account, but personally, I can't afford to take the risk of becoming a victim of fraudent charges, stolen personal information and identity theft by entrusting Adobe to keep my credit card information in their files.  Adobe, your security breechment letter has made me and many other Cloud account holder aware of your inability to guarantee Cloud account holders complete protection from becoming victims of hackers.  Therefore, it would only be behooving of you to accept means of payment other than a credit card to give  little more personal security to Cloud account holders who prefer more security over their personal information than you can provide.

  • Trying to update my credit card for Creative Cloud account but chat support is always repeating the same thing?

    I'm just trying to update my credit card info for my Creative Cloud account, it's been 6 times I've contacted chat support.
    Every time they repeat the same questions & answers over & over.
    "What's the name on the card?"
    -I give it to them.
    "It will take 4 to 5 hours to update."
    -I wait a day, same problem, then contact them again, same question & same answer. They don't give me a reason or any indication why my card didn't get charged.
    I re-phrase my questions, always same answer:
    "Your payment details are updated, your account will be activated in 4-5 hours."
    Are they robots?
    Is there actually somebody on the end of the chat, is it possible to talk to a supervisor or someone that could help me give you money so my account doesn't expire?

    Well, today my tools are going to be deactivated because my account is expiring.
    Still no solution or feedback on the status of the issue relating to the fact that my valid credit card is stuck in a processing limbo in their payment system.
    The biggest lesson learned is that subscription software & cloud based services are too risky for a professional production pipeline.
    Imagine if I had employees and a huge deadline this week, I would have to explain to my clients that the reason I can't deliver is because Adobe can't process my credit card for whatever reason, and they deactivated my tools.
    Now, I probably won't be able to work today but at least this situation as forced me to re-evaluate how I'm going to build my new workflows and those of my clients.
    I was actually planning to convert my video production pipeline to Adobe Premiere but now, it's guaranteed I'm staying with Final Cut.
    Same thing for my photo retouching & motion workflows, I'm stripping out every Adobe Cloud tool from it.

    I was paying monthly for the Adobe Design Standard Subscription (Registration date December 1, 2011) which automatically upgraded to Adobe Creative Cloud Membership and then another Adobe Creative Cloud Membership appeared and I started paying for in my account.
    How do I safely deactivate one of my Creative Cloud Memberships (getting a refund for overbilling would be a plus) without disturbing my files in the Adobe Cloud and the desktop applications I've downloaded from the Cloud?

    According to the screenshot your subscription shows two Creative cloud membership for one year. For cancelling one year subscription you need to just call Customer Support and let them know which one you need to cancel.
