Creative cloud apps tab won't load the list of programs.

even after reloading  the tab with the reaload applications button, the same message pops up "Download error, press retry to try again

    My creative cloud apps tab is empty even though the rest of the tabs work. In the apps tab it says download error, click to refresh. However this doesn't work.  So i can't update the apps I have and can't download new ones since I can't even see them.

    I have this big problem. When I open the creative cloud any of the tabs work except from "app".  It seems like it`s loading, but even after 15 minutes it`s not working. I can`t download any of the adobe programs! Please help me.

  • Creative Cloud registration page won't accept the serial number from my email

    I have previously purchased Adobe Lightroom 5 from the Adobe download site and use it on my Mac Mini.  I have recently joined the Creative Community to access Lightroom Mobile, which may not the the panacea I was hoping for.  So I re-downloaded Lightroom 5 from the Creative Cloud app to link it to my Creative Cloud account.  When trying to register the new one, it asks for my ORIGINAL serial number from my Adoble email.  When I enter this, it says it is invalid.  Its the only serial number I've received.  How do I get to enter and register the new product?

    I just made the subscription for the Creative Cloud and installed the client - but it's not working.
    When I click on "Apps" to install the Adobe Apps (obviously) it just loads and loads without stopping. As a result, I'm not able to install the apps and therefore I can't use the cloud I'm paying for.
    I know I'm not the only user with this problem. Please help!
    (And I don't want any "have a chat with a professionell"-offers. I want a real solution)

  • Creative Cloud apps tab error; can't download or update anything

    I'm trying to download Photoshop CC and so I've installed Creative Cloud Desktop. However, when I click the apps tab to download it it says "download error" with a link to install creative cloud again? I've uninstalled and re-installed it about 5 times now and it's still not working. When I sign out and then sign in again the apps tab still won't open but now it says "there's a problem, please close all instances of adobe application manager" even though there are none open. Is there a direct link to download PS that's not through creative cloud because it's not working at all. I'm using Mac OS X.

  • Cannot download PS CC. Why does Creative Cloud apps tab show as blank when trying to download PS?

    I am trying to download a trial of Photoshop but the download never starts. The Cloud app pops up on the top right of my screen but the apps tab just shows a rotating circle. I was able to download Lightroom with no problem but Photoshop won't download. Any idea what I can do?

    Please follow the below steps
    Close the Creative Cloud application if it's running.
        Navigate to the below location
        /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
        Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db
        Launch Creative Cloud and check if the issue persists.

  • Where is Encore with the Creative Cloud?  It is not in the list of 'apps' to download.

    As the subject says, there is no link in my App manager at all for Encore.  I thought it was a part of the CC or am I mistaken.  Thanks.

    I recently used AppCleaner and it delete many Adobe files, I dont know if that the reason but now i cant download anything and i tried downloading de .dmg file of InDesign but it doesnt work neither it appears this:

    Yes, sure. I've done this.
    First of all i completely uninstalled previous installed Adobe programs. It didn;t help.
    Then i manually removed Adobe folders from Program Files, Program Files (x86), %USER%/AppData/Local and %USER%/AppData/Roaming. This didn't help too.
    Also i can note, that it is not download problem. I've redownloaded CC installation from different browsers at least for 10 times. And my Mac os computer in same network installed CC without any problems.
    The roots of the problem itself was perfectly described in the thread i posted initially. I have absolutely same logs in %USER%/AppData/Local/Temp/AdobeDownload and all of the servers listed in the initial thread was available and answered correctly.
    Also I've downloaded standalone application manager and it shows me the same message as in initial thread.
    And sorry, but i think you shoud not create another branch. I've checked lot of times - it is definitely same problem as in the  initial thread here http://forums.adobe.com/message/5181449.
