Creative Cloud asking for Serial
I know that many people have had this problem and have asked about it, but I haven't yet seen a solution actually working. I've tried logging out and back in, I've made sure all my information is correct, I've tried opening my applications and tried clicking liscence this software, but nothing works. This is getting very frustrating since I don't have a lot of money to waste on this if it isn't going to work for me.
I currently have the anual one application subscription for Photoshop.
Any solution to this would be fantastic, as long as it works.

Will it be possible for you to share some of the files so that we can debug the probable cause for the issue.
These are amt3.log, oobelib.log and PDApp.log files
If you are on Windows, you can find these files in user's temp folder (open explorer, type %temp% in address bar and hit Enter).
If you are on Mac, you can find these files in /tmp folder (open finder; click on 'Go' menu item on the top; then choose 'Go to Folder...' option and type /tmp).
You can send these files as attachment in the mail.

Why is cloud asking for serial number?
I have subscribed to the Adobe Cloud and I am having issues trying to launch my APPS - one of them was a trial that ended so I clicked the JOIN and paid my fee, now when I try and open the same app it asks the same question, trial ended please pay!!!
If I sign in it then askes for a serial number!

I just purchased the Creative Cloud for Students and running Problem during the Activation. Everytime i try to Activate the Programm asks me for a Seriral, which i don't have. Can anybody help me with that ?

Creative Cloud is asking for verification from an old email I recently deleted. However, I would like to log in with this email. Despite the fact, the program does not give you the chance to switch emails if you have not verified the first one. Thanks.

How did you download the software? For Creative Cloud, you should download from http://creative.adobe.com (which will install through an application called AAM). If you have a trial installation, and bought Creative Cloud, that could be the cause.

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Encore CS6 asks for serial number? I have a Cloud membership!

Cloud keeps asking for serial after login, photooshop cc, flash builder, flash pro cc
I can't use my cloud product because it's asking for a serial, after I login with an active adobe account, assigned to a cloud seat. The Cloud account holds many seats bought few month ago. From the start, random computers/account will ask for serial and never activate.
It's really bothering hearing that adobe is forcing everybody on cloud when they can't even make the activation work everywhere, without displaying any message or reason why.

In the country I'm living in, the national operator, the 2nd cable tel operator, the 2nd mobile phone operator won't accept this number, it doesn't even ring.
Weirdly when I sent the money transfer, from this country, it worked fine the first time.
Please inform me why my account won't activate and give me a solutionPhotoshop CS6 after being replaced with CC and only after applying its first update worked.
Here, not any message said that this cloud account was compatible only with CC when i didn't event know photoshop cc existed.
Flash was installed in french, as a trial.
Here is a trace of the network activity on the same computer where flash cc won't activate I captured before, during and after the refusal of cloud on my account. As you can see, the column result has only success.
How come the server anwser no and no message says why?
Now I get the big picture, there are 20 reasons why it probably won't work, Adobe won't say why at any moment , it's good luck for himself. The worse part is that it is the only business model remaining and it's not refined enough to let the client know what's happening.
If I cant to keep CS6, will the activation fail and not event tell me a new version MUST be downloaded and installed or if the language is not allowed for my account?
