Creative Cloud availability?

Hi,
Iam currently working in Hong Kong and I would like to start using Creative Cloud service,
unfortunately after I signed in and it tell me my country is not available, after checking the Forum and the FAQ page,

My Country, Hong Kong is available inside the list, please advice what should I do to start using this service.

Hi Kevin,
Please check if your Adobe account shows Hong Kong as the country name. Once you login to your Adobe account at adobe.com, navigate to "My Adobe"> "My Information" to check the complete address. If the country name different and if that country doesn't have the Creative Cloud, then you will face this issue. Hence you can create a new Adobe account with a different email address and purchase the product.
Secondly, if the address and the country name shows Hong Kong and still if you are unable to purchase, then you might be in an incorrect Store(Education Store where Creative Cloud for Students are not available in Hong Kong).

I travel a lot. And I want to make sure that my Creative Cloud membership will be active across the globe.
So here's a question: when i purchase membership in one country, will I be able to use my creative cloud and
all of its applications in other countries?
For example, if I were purchased it in Ukraine, would it be available to me in Israel?

Welcome to the forum.
I think concerning global availability it's more about the markets/countries Adobe has currently entered and presently offer the "Sale" of creative cloud. As far as usability past the "sale", once you own the software all you should need is an internet connection for the subscription service to periodically verify your status under the required duration based upon your terms.

Having said that, the Adobe availability matrix, shows the only Creative Cloud currently being sold in the Ukraine is for teams only, not individuals. So not sure if that impacts you in anyway?

Creative Cloud for Higher Ed Institution

I'd like a few questions answered on deploying Creative Cloud at a higher education institution. I need to submit a proposal to purchase the Ceative Cloud in a 20 seat lab for one year.
1. Can you tell me the price per seat for the software starting next August?
2. Is there a different educational price per year than per month?
3. How many users per seat can access the 20 GB of online storage?
4. How many users per seat can upload websites to Business Catalyst? ; we would run multiple classes in the 20 seat lab so there is potential for 4 students to use a seat of the Cloud at different times during the week.
5. Does an educational subscription let you download one Mac and one Windows version of the Cloud per seat?

If you are specifically interested in a volume license options for Creative Cloud Membership they may changed after the end of the year. We currently have a product called Team Ready, this is a temporary product until we have volume license for Creative Cloud available (Creative Cloud Team), Team Ready is the same price as Creative Cloud Team and can be transitioned into Creative Cloud Team once available.

My question is will Creative cloud is/will be available to individuals through Adobe.com before 31/8/2013 and if not, will you make another special offers for existing CS6 customers targeting the MENA region?

Creative Cloud in Architecture

I’m familiar with Photoshop and its utilities in the world of architecture. I would like to know what other tools Adobe Creative Cloud has to offer and that could be useful as well. If it’s possible to know or see examples with images and/or videos of what are the achievements of the suite in order to make a purchasing decision.

I understand your frustration. All I know is that Adobe will be adding additional countries over time and I can confirm that the plan is to make Creative Cloud available in South Africa in the future. I'm sorry but I don't have a timeline for when it will be available.

I can't update creative cloud

I can't open Creative Cloud.
I log in and it tells me there is a new version of creative cloud. I click on update and it just shuts down creative cloud.
I re-open creative cloud and it asks for a proxy password. I don't know what this means. I just try logging in using my Adobe login and it then asks me to log in using my Adobe login. Then it shuts down saying there is Update to creative cloud available on my bottom task bar. I click on that icon and it just tells me again that there is an update available.
Nothing is happening...
I am on a network and I have tried logging into just my computer but the same thing is happening.
Help!

When will Creative Cloud Connection be available? It's been entirely too long, Adobe!

Creative Cloud Connection is the missing link.
Adobe you have dropped the ball (although I truly hope only for a short while), and frankly I am astounded. Never in my over 20 years of using your products has there been a mistake as big as this one (in my opinion and only with the products I have been using). I'll even cut you some slack on the first two versions of CS.
You give us 20GB of space for files. Great. Ican can drag and drop files to the site. Awesome. I can create as many folders for organization as I want. Wonderful. But, I can’t drag and drop from CC to my desktop - when I do I only get a jpg image of the icon on my desktop. That’s a “drag”. In order to actually share a file with another party, I have to make your image public and email a link to that party. Annoying. This is only good for collaboration with others on one design at a time, but in the real world there are usually at least half a dozen projects happening at one time with tight deadlines. Comments can be added to aid in the progress of a project, but that’s about it so far. And, I cannot download more than one file at a time right now. So much for file sharing and enhancing work flow. At this point, I can’t even share your CC workspace with another person, like I can with Dropbox. Sigh.
Adobe you have been promising the Creative Cloud Connection – desktop access to Creative Cloud files – since May. I’m in despair. Why is it not available yet, Adobe, why? You have said that it's coming soon since May - it's August Adobe - what is going on?????????

They've prematurely set some of the expectations of the Cloud features too high with the marketing copy.

If they hadn't mentioned Cloud Connection in April but simply delivered it in Q3 or Q4, they would be heroes.

I'm a foreigner living and working in Taiwan for Europe and USA. After finally considered my swtich from FCPX to Premiere and Creative Cloud, I found out that this service is not available in Taiwan??

Try below steps once
click Gear icon on the top Right corner and Quit Creative Cloud App
Click on Finder and then hold Command + Shift + G keys on your keypad
It will open Go to folder window, type exactly ~/Library and click on Go
Make sure to open ~/Library not /Library ( there will be two Library folders )
Then open Application Support > Adobe folders
Trash AAMUpdater and OOBE folders.
Then launch Creative Could and check.
