Creative cloud being charged twice even though I've cancelled it???

Hi.
i got two creative clouds accidentaly because the site wasn't working. I called to cancel and they said it will be done. But now I received two separete invoices for two creative clouds. HOW DO I CANCEL THE OTHER ONE, please?

I called them as well, and thought it was resolved but since i received the two invoices that will be charged on my card, i guess it's not cancelled?

    If subscription recurring payment is cancelled before the payment then you will not get charged, but after checking your account logs I can see that recurring payment was done on the 26th and recurring payment was cancelled couple of minutes after it. Probably after you saw the recurring payment notice.
    You can check your order history from: https://secure.skype.com/account/purchase/history/orders
    It might show on your bank statement with a different date as credit card payments date 5-7 days till they are processed on bank side.
    Now, if you don't need this subscription anymore than you can file a refund request through customer service: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA297/How-do-I-request-a-refund
    Tip: In the future if you need to get in touch with customer service then all you need to do is go to support site and search with keywords "customer support"

    Btw, a simpler way to do this is to revert to older iTunes app, then hold Option when it launches and choose an older library.

    I tried to renew my Unlimited Europe subscriptions.  I paid by transfer the required €57.50  by bank transfer the next day i received an Email saying "Unfortunately, your payment failed, but don't worry, we didn't deduct any money from your account."  & "Make sure you have enough money and try again."  So I immediately sent €57.50 this time in two payment of €28.75  only to find out a few days late the origin €57.50 and the 2x€28.75 had both been taken from my bank account.  
    I then got in touch with Skype the only way possible via live support.  I had to stay on Live support for 6 hour and as treated like an idiot. i had to send my bank account detail 6 times and had to deal with 4 different agents  For which I was told "Rest assured that the previous agent whom you've chatted with (Kenneth L.) will be coached accordingly"
    I thought they would compensate me and was also informed "the payment of your subscription's next recurring charge since it has already been paid for"  I thanked them but was i would have to pay for my next recurring charge "your next recurring payment date will be on March 27, 2014"

    When am i going to get a responce to this?

    If you can get your rental to download by going to Store > Check for Available Downloads, then report the issue to the iTunes Store.

    Hi, I am being charged twice for my subscription to the AFL live pass. Once on my tablet and once for my phone. I log in to manage the subscriptions and delete and it says I have no active subscriptions?  Telstra can't help me and there is no number to contact anyone directly! I can't seem to cancel this bloody subscription and this has been going on for months. Anyone know how I can get into contact with someone with any suggestions? I think the only option is to cancel my bloody credit card!!!! Thanks in advance guys,

    Try resetting the SMC.
    MacBook and MacBook Pro with a battery you can remove
    Shut down the computer.
    Disconnect the MagSafe power adapter from the computer, if it's connected.
    Remove the battery.
    Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
    Release the power button.
    Reconnect the battery and MagSafe power adapter.
    Press the power button to turn on the computer
    To reset the SMC on newer Mac portables with a battery you cannot remove
    Shut down the computer.
    Plug in the MagSafe power adapter to a power source, connecting it to the Mac if its not already connected.
    On the built-in keyboard, press the (left side) Shift-Control-Option keys and the power button at the same time.
    Release all the keys and the power button at the same time.
    Press the power button to turn on the computer.  
    Note: The LED on the MagSafe power adapter may change states or temporarily turn off when you reset the SMC.

  • Creative cloud extension manager freezing even after reinstall on iMac w/Mavricks

    I recently installed CC photoshop, lightroom, & bridge. I tried to instal my Tony Kuyper action panel using CC extension manager, but it sat there thinking (the little clock) for hours. (I have CS6 and my actional panel installed on CS6 using cs6 extension manager NP) I tried again with the same result so I then unistalled it using the unistaller, and then I reinstalled it, as soon as I opened it,It immediatly went right back to the little clock thinking. So there must be some residual inforamtion that was not being removed during the uninstalation process. I am on an Imac with the latests version of Mavricks as of (Nov 25 2013). Should I completely remove everything CC and start over?

    I've attempted to repair permissions the usual way, as well as through a complete cleanup via Onyx.  Still no dice.
    Creative Cloud Desktop was working previously, for quite a few months (with the occasional "can't connect" and inability to load the App Update panel, which seems to plague the software constantly anyway...but at least it worked intermittently) well after I installed Yosemite.
    This is a more recent issue...just a few days ago...before installing the update, as well as after.

    I don't understand why, but my account is charged twice (2 months in a row) even after cancelling the subscriptions. Not just that, I requested for a full refund per the policy for not using the skype credit at all and I haven't heard anything from Skype. Neither I've received my amount back to my credit card.
